Excellent Experience, I had called multiple dealers looking for a new Jeep Wrangler 4XE for my wife and got the normal run around and no stock even though it was listed on there site, one dealer was even trying to charge me an extra $4k allocation fee. Not at Exeter as soon as Justin answered the phone I knew it was going to be a good experience, and to no surprise it was, Mark the Business Manager was great to deal with as well. When we arrived after our 4.5 hour drive which was totally worth it, we were greeted by all three employees working that Saturday, Justin, Mark and Mike and to our new Jeep shining in the parking lot. Justin went over all the features with my wife making her feel comfortable with her first Hybrid vehicle. Justin was always there to answer any questions and help, also they had the Jeep ready for us to pick up in a few days even with some accessories having to be ordered. Friendly, personable staff.But the following shortcomings did unfortunately occur:1) There was no owners manual2) The car was not detailed when it was mentioned it would be3) Contrary to original ad stating no miscellaneous fee outside of licensing and HST. There was an admin fee.

I unfortunately did not have a positive experience. I drove two hours to test drive a 2016 RAM Limited only to find personal plates on it and discover someone at the dealership has been using it as a personal vehicle. One of the best selling features of the truck was that it had a few thousand km left on an extended warranty, and they had added almost 600 km more from what was being advertised. The truck itself has an air suspension system, which provides a great ride in warm months, but is known to fail after 80000 km and -10 degrees and causes the vehicle to bottom out...not a great system for Canada. I was counting on the extended warranty to get through the winter to cover a compressor and or valve fail and here they were burning through it, after which I could replace it myself. January and February are known as air suspension months at dealerships and garages because of the frequency of which they fail in those months. Despite these factors, there was little to no willingness to negotiate. In addition, despite knowing exactly how dealerships decide on what to pay for trade-ins and therefore what their markup is, I got the line Oh, that guide and trucks havent been in alignment in years.

They were there for me the last year with a lemon of a Jeep I was dealing with from a previous dealership and they always did above and beyond for me to fix what problems I had with it.Glad to say as of 2 days ago I finally got rid of my lemon of a Jeep and they were able to get me into a wonderful Jeep Cherokee .This dealership goes above and beyond for there customers and I would never go anywhere else .Exeter Chrysler thank you for fantastic service and patience and now onto bigger and better jeeps !

Took my truck in for a full detailing including shampoo. It was embarrassing how dirty it was from dogs being in it all over the back seats. Cody did an amazing job!! Truck looks and smells brand new! He even sent me before and after pictures! It turned out better then I expected it ever could!

We were treated like family. Friendly sales. Very informative. Answered all our questions . Drove 720Kl.to buy our truck . We discussed everything by phone and our sales person was only to happy to go over everything with us. When we arrived all paperwork was done and we were handed the keys to our truck. This is our third truck we bought from Exeter Chrysler and it most certainly will not be our last.

Too many games played whether youre qualified for purchasing. You can be pre qualified on the phone only to find out once inside the building they need more time to assess your situation. I hate jumping through hoops.

Sorry to say my latest vehicle purchase was a nightmare. It was safety checked at the dealership and new front brake pads were put on but upon driving it I found the brake pedal mushy and the brake pads squealing. I took it back twice for service and both times they said..nothing wrong..mushy sounding is normal and couldnt detect squealing. Then I took it to my own mechanic who found the mushy brake was caused by a seized rear caliper pin which he repaired. I submitted the bill to the dealership and they reimbursed me but the squealing brakes continued daily. Still the dealership wouldnt look at it even, so I took it back to my mechanic and he put new front brake pads on and .......the brake squealing stopped. Now the dealership is refusing to reimburse me ........am I wrong?Should I have put up with daily squealing brakes on a 2013 Dodge Journey?
