When we decided to build our home, our design centered around the kitchen and we had a very specific and special range hood design in mind. Rangecraft brought our vision to life! Our Rangecraft hood is stunning and did not disappoint! It is undoubtedly a piece of art. David was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to create with. We were advised that the quality of Rangecraft hoods was unmatched in the industry. We couldnt agree more.

I highly recommend Rangecraft !! Living in a pre war apartment, I was in need for a tall hood to accommodate the high ceilings, but one that was more shallow to accommodate the true counter depth stove. The team at Rangecraft educated me to arrive at measurements that would optimize the function of the hood & then designed the hood based on my description. The end product exceed my expectations, I love it. I did see there were some reviews re: poor customer service. I do know this was related to a former employee, like true professional(s) David course corrected and I rcvd my hood on time. The quality is amazing! Thank you Rangecraft!

The hood fan that Rangecraft made for us is stunning!! We recently renovated a home and wanted something unique and beautiful for our open concept kitchen. David helped us settle on a design, color of metal and dimensions relative to the cupboards. This type of purchase can go either way but Rangecraft exceeded our expectations . They were pickier than me and wanted me to have exactly what I ordered!!!I highly recommend them.

Ordered custom hood from them, wanted to make some changes about 2 weeks after I approved the design, they modified the hood and still delivered on time. The hood is the centerpiece of the kitchen

As a kitchen designer, I have used RangeCraft several times and have always been very happy with the result! I love that their hoods are truly custom made, so design options are limitless and every hood is unique. Their materials, quality and staff are excellent - I highly recommend them!

We had some issues up front with lead times and broken promises by an employee that is no longer employed by the company. David and Ramona were helpful on the back end in getting the hood delivered to us. We were also compensated for the delay and frustration. In the end, the hood is beautiful. Ramona even followed up with me afterward to see if everything was good.

I work as a kitchen designer and ordered a hood for a client. Never again with Range Craft. They promised late November / early December for delivery. Didnt get the hood until the middle of January and they seemed to have zero clue how disruptive not sticking to a promised lead-time is on a job site. No apologies from them either. They could care less. If you read one of the other negative reviews on here and see the owner threatening to sue the person who wrote the review, you have to wonder if this is a company youd like to spend thousands of dollars with. My suggestion is run for the hills. There are others custom hood manufacturers. Last comment: every communication with them was me sending multiple emails with no response - having to call, to finally get an answer. Every answer I was given turned out to not be true up until the very end. Truly a horrendous customer service experience and they seem to have no idea of why thats even important or how to function even remotely in a customer focused way. Im surprised theyve been able to stay in business. My business would have collapsed if I conducted myself the way they do.

People were very unresponsive to my request for months. Finally got replacement fan with no instructions. Hope it is the correct unit as all I was asked to send was a photo of my current fan. Very disappointed. Its a shame as the original product is quite nice but getting parts is a pain.

Spoke with someone over the phone about replacing an exhaust hood. She claimed to be the owner and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend purchasing anything from these people. Good news is they are going out of business shortly!

0 stars this place is GARBAGE!DO NOT place any orders from these frauds under any circumstances. I’ve been dealing with them since last year. I had a custom range made by RangeCraft, needless to say, I still can’t use it. Rangecraft managed to screw up the measurements 2x. I had to personally drive to their location to pickup and drop off although it was their mistake. Doug at their office even admitted someone there did not weld the range liner correctly. It’s now the summer of 2018 and I still can’t use my liner. So not only did RangeCraft get the measurements wrong the first time; they managed to screw it up a second time.You would think they would at least be a little compassionate about the situation, but they don’t. They have been rude since day ONE. No communication skills whatsoever. Every follow up was a nosebleed. It was like pulling teeth getting an ETA or any type of info. The owner had the nerve to call my husband and insinuate this was our fault. Really? I don’t think so. When you say such a comment and the measurements are in writing that makes you look fraudulent to say the least. I’m not even sure how this place manages to stay in business.
