The place is poorly organized, and stocked. I couldnt t tell where the regular shelves where, and were the employee only area was. Got a rude employee talking to me as if i was trying to steal something. I only went there because there was no demarkation to tell me not to go there. After I asked for where they have some protective covering for the floor of my car they said they do not have it. What a great autoparts place, do not even have something so basic.

First time stopping here at this location. I was detoured because of road closure and decided to stop in for break fluid. Bill assisted me, he was cheerful and knowledgable on what I was looking for. Although my visit was quick because I only needed 1 item, it was a happy one. Bill is a terrific employee and will certainly be an asset at any location. Be knowledgeable, be like Bill 😁

Really nice manager at this place. Not sure if hes the manager or the owner but the cashier wouldnt take my $5 coupon because she said I used it but I used a different coupon 5 months ago and I got upset cuz I had just gotten the coupon. I asked to speak to a manager. He took blame for it and said sometimes these apps dont work great and just took the $5 off my sale. Wish I knew his name cuz he was so nice that it makes you want to go back there but I dont remember even though he had a name tag on. All I could say is I was in a really bad mood when it didnt take my coupon and I asked for a manager and then I walked out of there in a great mood with my three pack of Armor All stuff for only $8 instead of 13. I also like the fact that the guy I was dealing with was wearing a mask as was I. Even though you dont have to wear them anymore I had a bad case of covid a year and a half ago so Im still scared when Im indoors. I wont go back there for anything I need for my car just because that manager was so nice to me when I asked for him.

The team at the Advanced Auto Parts in Fairlawn is fantastic. Friendly and helpful people that have gone above and beyond to help me while my car was getting repaired. Especial thank you to Javier for his friendliness and support while figuring out an issue with a part. Outstanding service on his end, will be using this as my main store for my vehicle needs.

Unprofessional own a dealership in town I left my mask behind and instead of offering me one ask me to leave very rudely on 5/24/2021 at 2:01pmIn response to the ownerYou employee could have easily offer me one and or since you guys sell mask there could have offer to sell me i at the moment I didn’t have one I would have gladly bought one along with everything else I was gonna purchase. I barely got a foot in the store signal the guy about it.

Terrible place stay away. Drove 30 minutes to be told that they do not install batteries despite I called in and got confirmation that they certainly do!

Today is the second time in 2 weeks I have come to this store during the posted business hours and the doors are locked. We had 4 people standing outside on a Sunday morning at 9:30am when the store is supposed to open at 9am.

Very rude and customer service provided by the employees at this particular advance auto part is the worse. Actually out of the three employees that I had my bad experience with there was only one nice young man willing to and provided exceptional customer service aside from that even the manager did not provide me with a good customer service even after I let him know I was a veteran in need of assistance I will not be returning to this place. I much rather travel a couple of miles down the road to any other auto parts store.

So this place is where I go when I need something asap but the knowledge of cars they dont know anything . Had a employee there tell me they dont have a pcv hose thats hard Im like they dont make hard hoses . But its whatever still would be going there when needed

Lack of enthusiasm. Once again the associate(s) didnt seem to give a damn. But, Im old; and, expect more information to be given. (Actually, I expect the associate to have more knowledge)Seems AAP forgot to send an email to alert me when my order was ready for pickup.

4 stars because its close to my house ... slow to ring people at the register, almost always a line but most of the workers are freindly and helpful... this one may be going out of business soon as Ive noticed they keep decreasing the quantity and variety of items available on the sales floor. Cant confirm that but definitely noticed the empty space on the shelves last time I was there.

Order a car battery online and went to pick up @fairlawn Elijah was the man of the Hour. Imidiately after bringing my old 12 V car battery in, he notice the one I place online was incorrect. He quickly refunded my money and cancel my online order. He was generous enough to lend me a Phone charger so I can look up my order number he went to the extend to call customer care and wait to the money was back in my Bank. After all that he recommended me a better battery and explain the difference between all. The place was very Organize and well Stocked. I rate it a 5 do to the extended customer service.

I can only recall 2 pleasant, knowledgeable staff members. The wait is often too long with both cashiers helping customers find items. Maybe more daytime staff would help. The latest time I went, the wait was so long I put back my merchandise and left.

Fast courteous service. I think some of the items are overpriced though.. The light bulbs I can buy at my local parts store for $1.25 were $6.99 for 2 pack.. But I needed them right away..

Been going to this location for a few years, mostly for soap, wax and oil changes, because they never have the parts I need in stock, I always wind up going to Hackensak... I tried again today and sure enough the guy said he could have it for me Monday lol... went to Hackensak again, I don’t even know why I waste my time going there for car parts, Three stars for a clean organized store, good location

Good auto parts shop in an accessible area. Easy to notice and service is great and helpful if youre not sure what youre looking for.

Clean pretty well stocked for basic needed car parts and general auto maintenance. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Good for DIY oil change supplies. They do not carry top brand replacement parts. Dont use their wheel bearings.
