Horrible customer service.Went in & even though several artists were just sitting there. Just “hanging out” no one wanted to take me & my partner . We had come in the day before and was told by the owner ( who was super sweet & nice) to come in the next day. When I did the owner wasn’t there and his workers definitely dropped the ball. After sitting there and being ignored I was told just cone back a later time. I decided to go to another local tattoo shop. Black owned & let me tell you. My tattoo was half the price that was quoted for me at screaming ink and it’s perfection. I’m happy with my outcome but I definitely feel if I was a white client that they would have taken me instantly at screaming ink.Definitely had a horrible experience

They were so nice when I went to go get my industrial piercing. Other places said I had to bring my birth certificate, my ID, and all that extra stuff. I mean, what 14 year old has an ID🙄.Anyways, long story short, they’re great. They make sure you’re ok and if they can see that you’ re nervous, they prepare you with breathing exercises, before they pierce you.✨So if you’ve been to a piercing shop and they say “you’re too young” or “your ear isn’t fit for this piercing”, Check them out for a second opinion, they’re amazing, and know exactly what they’re doing.✨

Got my first tattoo with Vic . It was a great experience and now I have a piece of art that will be with me always. He did an amazing job,exactly how I wanted the tattoo to be. Will definitely be going back for more.

I recommend them I like the way how my tattoo came out perfect.

The piercer was really knowledgeable and very patient, and did a great job, however, it was extremely expensive, and they didn’t offer any variety of jewelry. You just get that silver ball, and I was kind of disappointed. For three piercings on the ear it was over $200! And I didn’t get to choose the earrings.

Scheduled a tattoo appointment, came in for the appointment and Jeremy was the artist who helped me. What he sketched out for me was exactly what I wanted. He made color recommendations that were perfect for the piece. The staff are great, it’s very clean, I enjoyed my experience there and am looking forward to coming back for more work. Highly recommended

They are rude and do not care about you. very unprofessional since they barely wear their masks in a pandemic and wouldn’t work with what we wanted. they made my friend upset since they judged her tattoo choice. do not come here if you want a good tattoo in a good environment.

We went here to have a memorial tattoo for our dad done. They did an amazing job! He even tried to cover up the scar on my ankle, and accomplished it! Just needs to be touched up a bit now.

Had a tattoo done to cover a scar on my arm. It was done by Jeremy. It is so beautiful, my scar just disappeared! Jeremy is such a wonderful, talented artist, I would highly recommend him to do your tattoo. Everyone at screaming ink is so great, and the shop is so clean. I had such a great experience! My tattoo experience was just ok! For the money they charge I feel like my tattoo could have been a little better! I was in the first seat on the left when you cl walk in he was ok! I would never go back though or recommend!

I called and asked whether they had availability for a belly piercing and/if I would have to book an appointment prior. The man told me I could go right then and there because they were free. I drove 25 minutes and when I arrived I was told there were no piercers available. The miscommunication is completely unprofessional and the man I spoke to in person did not seem to care that I was told the complete opposite over the phome and in no way tried to help the situation.

DJ pierced my daughters septum. Didnt realize how shakey he was until he was trying to get the clamp off. Hope that didnt affect his work. Guess well see how it heals. Wish I had paid more attention before he started.

I was getting septum jewelry from another place down the street from here. The place kept changing owners; I dont like strangers. ALWAYS saw Kat & Jeff for jewelry and now back to them. This place is consistent, loyal to their customers, and just all around nice people.Because of that service I will always come back for my body needs.

My nose piercing is too far down and everyone says it looks weird. But besides that the staff are really nice.

I brought my daughter in for a septum piercing and it was a great experience! Jeff did it and he was so professional, experienced, and friendly, and everything is extremely clean! He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable! Will definitely go there again and will recommend Jeff and the shop to our friends!

Went in for a friday the 13th special expecting to get generic flash art but Mike went above and beyond spending over an hour tweaking his design until it was exactly what I wanted. The shop was very clean and bright, great playlists, and welcoming staff. I couldnt ask for a better experience. I recommend Mike for his amazing line work, patience, plus friendly conversation throughout.

I was referred to Ivan by a friend who has all of his tattoos done by him. Ivan did my first and only tattoo of the word Blessed on my foot. It came out beautifully! The place is immaculately clean and everyone there was hospitable. Since it was my first tattoo, I was a bit nervous but I felt like I was in good hands.

EAR PIERCING IS PRICEY WITH A NEEDLE INSTEAD OF GUN BUT THE GUY WAS VERY DETAILED WITH MY TEEN ON HOW TO STAY ON TOP OF IT, SINCE SHE HAS HAD SEVERAL EAR PIERCINGS & THEY ALL FORMED KELOIDS ! WE WILL SEE IF THIS DOES THE SAME OR NOT.

The shop is amazingly clean and organized, all the artists are amazingly friendly and make you feel extremely welcome. Toni is an amazing artist, did a spectacular tattoo and made the experience top of the line. The owner obviously cares about his shop and did everything to help us have a flawless experience, I highly recommend this shop.

I only ever went to Starlight for my tattoos, unfortunately they had no appointments and I decided to go here for a quick, easy tattoo. Im not sure if the artist was new, or just not good, but he really messed up my tattoo. I got in touch a week after because I could already tell it was messed up (streaking and color bleeding) and they blamed me and said it was because I was using too much lotion. Needless to say, I will never step foot in there again, and I will be looking into tattoo removal since I dont believe it can be fixed. So very upset about this whole experience, I have never regretted any of my tattoos until now. Dont go here!

Two stars only because they did one nice tattoo on me. I have 20+ tattoos. I had three done there. Way overpriced and almost everyone who works there is full of themselves, also the owner isn’t an artist himself. Turn off right there. It’s not terrible work but I would recommend many places over them being as I know the tattoo/piercing industry well. While I was getting the one really nice tattoo I have from them the artist wouldn’t stop telling me about how much money she makes. Again, another turn off and highly unprofessional.

I have 2 Screamin Ink tattoos, and they look awesome. The artists there are professional and their studio is clean. Not sure what else you would want at a tattoo parlor.

I got my first tattoo done here in March of 2016 done by ivan. It was the word faith with a cross next to it on the side of my wrist going towards my hand. I would recommend Ivan to anyone, he took his time and made sure it was the way I liked it! He placed it about 3-4 times until he got it straight and right where I wanted it to be. The only problem I had was it costed me more than it should have. It was about $150 which is over priced for a tattoo about 2-3 inches long and about an inch tall

You pay for what you get..You want store brand mac and cheese or how grandma made it..Kat.You did an amazing job on my 💀 tat.Nailed it.Your a goddess..Ppl always treat it like they going to pay honda civic price and get the 66 Nova..You want a tattoo that looks like someone copy and pasted your thoughts onto your skin then you dont call you go in and talk to someone and make it happen.(Mic drop)

Went in looking to get my third tattoo while my brother got his ear pierced. Way over priced and rude. Not a welcoming place at all. The piercer was the only nice one there. The tattoo artists didnt even look like they want to be there.

Terrible service, if you can get past that they can do the job but in my opinion its honestly not worth the frustration. I suggest going to any other mediocre tattoo shop over screamin ink.

Ive gotten multiple piercings done here. Only one that ever healed correctly was my belly button and that was done by Mel T in 2012. Got 2 piercings (tragus and nose) since then (new piercer) and they have been giving me trouble ever since I got them! Overpriced to say the least for a crappy job. Needless to say, I wont be getting anymore piercings here

I actually got my first tattoo from screamin ink 10 years ago. I walked in wanting a little black broken heart about the size of a penny the shop was dead and there was one guy inside. He said sure $200. I thought the price was steep but what did i know. i asked for that amount could it be a little bigger. He said no problem anyway the tattoo looks terrible and got scared aside from the ink itself the price tag makes it disappointing other shops wouldnt even have charged $50

Went in for a small outline with a bit of fill wanted to charge me a buck 50 next week I call to confirm time and price and they change it to 250 went to tattoo express a block or two down the road instead and they gave me a much better deal and offered to color it in for free.

The artists are some of the, if not the best inksters. Cheap prices and their bedside manner is so good that you almost fell asleep

They have really nice tatting people and I just got my tatto but Im very dissapoint because they give me one price and after my tatto they double the price thats not how things suppost to be.... I didnt believe when they give the price it was increable... 👎👎👎

I got a tattoo about 3 years ago on my right shoulder (upper arm), a crucifix with wings inbetween, and i was charged $550 for one 3 hour session. Very overpriced, but worth it in the end. I am going to get it touched up since its been so long, and if my artist doesnt do it for free, hes gonna hear it from me! Overall - Content with my tat.
