Really helpful staff. Not only they switched my phone to Verizon quickly, they reduced my bill with a few pointed question. And I thought I already optimized it.
I had an issue with my phone and I went here to see if they could help. Alex was AMAZING! He sorted out the issue with account, patiently answered all my questions and helped set up my phone. He was efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend this Verizon store!
Have been going to this store for years now. This time when for upgrade during their promotion and had a good experience. Alex was very helpful and attentive. Went back second day with my son, and to get help with issues on my phone, Alex again helped out and spend good amount of time with us to explain everything.

I cannot believe the incompetence of the staff in this store. Specifically one individual with whom Ive had issues with every single time Ive had to deal with him. I wanted to change my plan, which he said he would do, and then I left with my plan unchanged. The next time I came, to open three prepaid lines and fix what was not fixed a month before in my last visit, my wait was absurdly long. I was waiting for over two hours before even being helped, and then trying to figure out what changes were being made to my plans by the employee for the next three hours. After that, he told me that the problems which occurred at my visit last month were my fault! Meanwhile I signed a contract and it was not upheld! How is that my own fault? I will NEVER come to this store again! This was a total waste of my time and money because nothing works!He also tried to sell me a $20 screen protector for $70!!! When I told him I found it online cheaper, he told me he could give me a discount. Bull!

I went to the Verizon store yesterday to buy two IPhOne 12. I would gladly recommend this store, salesman Anderson was working by himself when we arrived at about 6pm. we end up buying a total of 5 IPhones Anderson was helpful and knowledgeable of the phones and help us with additional discounts. Anderson stayed an additional hour after store was closed and helped another Customer that waiting. he remained calm throughout the process even after the computer crashed thank you

I ordered a phone with Sam before the pandemic started, i came in today and i was told, that the phone was sold because its been 5 months, it was very disappointing to hear. Abnel was great and told me i can still get what i want and put all my worries to rest with the new phone. All i needed was help and patience and he went above these expectations. This will always be the store that i go to my experience is always the same no matter who i deal with, Thank you Abnel!!!

Went in to buy a car charger. Got talked into a bundle that included a screen protector. They applied it. Its been one week, to the day, and it has already popped off and is now trash since the fingerprint part is sticky and got a speck of dust on it. So thanks a lot. Now not only am I out the $$ for this one, but I also now need to go buy another screen protector.Never going back and spreding the word.

Horrible customer service! Dont go to this store. The salesman, who was suppose to be the manager of the store is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. It was as if I was bothering him or wasting his time. I called the Manager above him to express my bad experience thinking he would appreciate me letting him know how his customers are treated and I got no satisfaction. Just...thank you for your input. I will say another salesman ended up helping me after I walked out of the store upset and was nice and helpful. Ive been with Verizon wireless for years and this was enough to make me want to cancel my account and go with another carrier. The owner of the this store should know how his people are treating their customers!!!
Honestly i can’t say enough about this Verizon store. On two occasions A year and a half apart the same store manager has gone above and beyond. The one time that personally sticks out the most is Christmas Eve 2018 20 minutes before closing, my wife and I showed up with a non working I phone the manager stayed open way past closing time to get my wife a new phone due to faulty Apple products, he stayed after hours knowing it was a Holliday the next day, and we would be days without a phone. Fast forward a year and a half later, Apple is still horrible, but the sane manager was there and helped us out with the nonsense Asurion customer service on Verizon BS. Will continue to recommend and use this location specifically because of the attitudes of not only the managers but all the employees we’ve interacted with
I went to get an upgrade on my phone and I also traded in mine as well. My transition to a new phone was effortless and amazing with the help of Jamie. Thank you again! This guy stayed in the store two hours past closing just to help my mom transfer her old contents of her phone to a new phone. Very pleasant experience and this guy should get a raise!
Went Memorial Day weekend to replace my phone as the service completely stopped. Alex was able to not only help me get my new iPhone he was even able to get me on my own plan. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and was able to get me in and out. I had also left something in the store and Alex ran out to make sure I had gotten it.
This is the first time I’ve ever sat on a store for 6 hours straight.The guy there messed up everything that we were trying to do. We paid the plan and we weren’t able to call anyone or even use the mobile data because “we didn’t have credits on our lines”, he also created a new line and charged us an extra $500 even tho we didn’t need e new line.I’m totally disappointed.

Came into the Verizon store in the fair lawn promenade to upgrade my iphone. The representative Brian helped me out with getting a new phone and a brand new tablet. Very professional, helpful, nice, courteous and considerate guy. He also helped me transfer all of my information over to my new phone. Very patient individual. I would definitely recommend everyone to come to this store for their cell phone needs and to directly work with Brian. Awesome guy!

Very unhelpful. I’m an existing Verizon customer and just wanted to activate my phone I brought from outside the Verizon ecosystem. $40 activation fee in-store and to transfer to new phone. F that! He eventually let me borrow his sim key (this is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one)and I just swapped out the sim myself and my new phone was good-to-go. Verizon wireless provides great cell phone service yes. But the customer service at this store is abysmal!
I have been a customer of this location since its opening, and they have the best service of any verizon store in the area. The guys here have gone above and beyond to ensure that my complex business account is managed to my personal standards. They take care of the little things, such as responding to technical questions at any time and notifying me whenever there are savings benefits for my account. I travel nearly 30 minutes just for the quality professional experience here. I have sent many of my connections here for their wireless needs, and they have all been happy with the personal service at this store.
The workers here seem to be knowledgeable and ready to help, but it’s clear they are understaffed. Kind of ridiculous to wait 45 minutes just to get a screen protector replaced.
One of the best Verizon stores I walked into. My contract was almost up and I walked in to ask a question about the edge plan, Sam and Bryan were very helpful with all my questions and answering them in a professional manner. I had an I phone 5 and wanted to upgrade, I walked out with a Samsung Galaxy S 6 under the edge plan and I couldnt be more happy with it. 5 star store in my eyes and the employees are very respectable. I would refer this store to anyone.
I just had a wonderful experience purchasing a new iPhone 7 at this Verizon wireless depot. Sam took his time setting up my new phone & showed me all of its features. I have used this store to purchase many phones over the past few years & each experience has been wonderful! A+++++
I have always had bad experiences with Verizon and I was about to switch. I went into the store to cancel my lines, however since the customer service in this store was so amazing I ended up renewing my contracts. They were so understanding about my frustrations and made me feel that they really cared and felt bad about my experience. Even though it wasnt there fault they were so apologetic as if it was. I would only recommend this store for any Verizon needs. The absolute best Verizon Store ever.

On my visit to Verizon at the Promenade in Fair Lawn NJ I was greeted by Representative Alex. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. Alex answered all my questions with sincerity and in depth. He was very patient. I upgraded my IPhone 6 to the 10XR and my mini pad to an IPad. I am very pleased with both items so far. Alex is very professional and personable.

My first visit to get an new I phone was somewhat crazy. It was very busy and the salesperson seemed rushed. So much so that he did not set the phone up correctly.Thus a day later the phone did not work ( earpiece defective) and the battery lost power in 5 hours. I took it back and saw Jorge (not sure of spelling) who was fantastic.He checked the phone out and confirmed it was not working. He got me a new phone a new case and even set up my hands free in my car. He was friendly and very helpful.If he had helped the first time. I would have given them 5 stars. Once again see Jorge if you go

Walked into this location today to ask about lowering our bill. The very disinterested rep said Verizon has NO wireless plans for seniors. Although weve been Verizon Wireless customers for 15 years, we will be switching to another carrier whose all-in cost is $60 (taxes, etc included). Its crazy to be paying Verizon $130 each month for our low usage.
Every time I come here its always the same story. My bill is as low as it can be and I gave the best plan. Staff is ok but Verizons prices are so high for the small plan we have.

This is my third time coming to this Fairlawn Verizon Wireless Depot. Even though I dont live near by, I come to this specific Verizon because the service is always outstanding! I went in for an upgrade and Corey really helped me out. He was very courteous, professional and thoroughly explainined all of my different options. I ended up upgrading to the new iPhone X. They also have a HUGE selection of phone accessories. The whole process went smoothly and I would recommend this store to anyone.

The store associates were extremely knowledgeable and professional and were able to resolve both my account-related and device-related issues, even after the store in Paramus said they could not. To be honest, I hate the process of having to walk into phone stores and trying to fix a broken phone. This retailer made it extremely easy to trade in my old phone on a newer one, and even helped me bring down the price despite the fact that they could have charged me a lot more.The workers really seem to care about the customers satisfaction. I would go back to this wireless store just based on my experience at this depot.
Worst store. Only 1 person working on a Sunday. We waited an hour before Andersen came over asked for phone number and ID told him what we needed and he told us what Verizon told us was incorrect and he didn’t have time today to work on our request. Truth be told he was working with a family who were purchasing a new phone rather than work with us on an exchange. It’s all about the $$$$. We waited an hour told us to come back during the week and there were still 2 groups of people after us waiting.
Don’t go here. This is not a corporate verizon store. Whatever you buy here will NOT be supported by an actual verizon store. Save yourself the time and go somewhere with good customer service while you’re at it.

Worked with Steven Gonzalez on two separate occasions to set up and transfer data/apps from old to new iphones on the Verizon network. He was very friendly, courteous, and most importantly very knowledgeable and was able set up both phones with no issues in a very reasonable period of time. I can highly and wholeheartedly recommend Steven and the Verizon Wireless Depot for all of your Verizon Network and iphone needs.
Knowledge staff, this service is just a ripoff. My phone bill has went from $50/month to $155/ month in about 5 years. The screens constantly break unless you have your phone in a case so think that it doesn’t fit a single accessory and prevents you from taking pictures. My tempered glass did nothing to stop my screen from shattering and was a waste of money.
Super knowledgeable, but only open to converse with the gentleman WITH me about the tech I wanted to know about instead of, you know, the other interested customer. Definitely recommended for others, but personally not my cup of tea.
Bought new phone in Western Kentucky 11/12/18 when mine broke. Verizon client for 15 yrs. Phone barely functional. Went for exchange (within 14 days). Ashran at store told me I would have to return phone to store in Kentucky. Something about inventories. Worthless information. Went to Wayne store and, of course, they took care of everything. Ashran should be dismissed.
Staff in this store are amazing they are very kind and take time to make sure i understand what i have, the staff are very knowledgeable professional and very friendly, i usually deal with Abnel but he was off and i did not expect to get the service that he gives. 10 out of 10 to these people. I will refer them to anyone verizon or not. Thank you guys for an amazing experience!

Terrible customer service. Did not listen to all of the information before diagnosing the issue and trying to sell me something that was way overpriced. I could hear over my shoulder another woman being shouted at regarding which plan she should buy. Not encouraged, literally being yelled at. I was uncomfortable and left as soon as I could. Wont be going back!

This store saved Verizon for me, they gave us a great deal on a family plan with 4 top of the line phone and even taught my computer illiterate father to use his, he had an incident where his screen protector broke, they replaced it right away for him. Great customer service, highly recommended

A family plan eligible for an upgrade with no phone but my account reflected I was on a device payment plan IF THAT MAKES ANY SENSE which it surely didnt to me I went In to this store and it took her 5 hours to help me, she never gave up, she called and called she stayed after closing and her colleagues even stayed to make sure she was ok LEILA A.
