I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and cinnamon bagel. It was taking a little long for the cinnamon bagel so one of the workers gave me a free strawberry smoothie. I didnt even think the wait was that long but that shows their amazing customer service. Great workers and drinks.

Placed a mobile order for 3 drinks. One of them was a simple coffee with 3 sugar in the raw with milk, couple miles down the highway, took a sip and it was straight black. I know they are busy but really, can read simple directions?

Always friendly and helpful employees and baristas! The very few times i had a complaint about a drink they are always nice and love to remake or add whatever u need! Really appreciate that! Im here every single day and 9/10 times my drink is always perfect!Really nice sweet manager too!

The barista that made my drink wasnt afraid to ask me to reconfirm my order, so its made right the first time.The Starbucks is kept in a clean condition and all employees that I saw were wearing their masks correctly.

I dont ever leave reviews but I had to today because the attitude I was treated with was extremely unnecessary. I made a mobile order for a macchiato and a few cake pops and I had my coworker pick them up. They of course, didnt give her the cake pops when she went, so I called them and the guy on the phone was super kind and said that I could pick them up after work - here is where it gets good. After work I went and told them the situation and was met with attitude and eye rolling from one of the employees. That wasnt necessary, its not my fault you guys cant do your job correctly. The problem with the employees here is that they lack attention to detail and customer service. Every single time I go in for a mobile order pickup you literally have to call them over because if not theyll ignore you forever. I USED TO WORK IN A CAFE, so I know what Im talking about. You need to acknowledge every single person who walks into your establishment. The point is, there was no need for the childish eyerolling and attitude. I always talk to service employees with kindness (as I hated being treated unfairly when it was me), and I was simply picking up what was rightfully mine.

Your typical starbucks but has ample space. Kind of a pain to get to unless you live right in the apartment complex that is there

If youre looking for a coffee house, this is the place to go! The staff is cheerful and polite. The meal was delicious, and the coffee was incredible. Its a fantastic deal in a fantastic location!

I have been going to this location less than 6 months, and every time I go or order from the App they some how mess up my order, by forgetting to make it or give something completely different. I don’t understand because I don’t give them attitude by their mistake, I just ask to be corrected and in the end, I end up apologizing.What is the issue here? Over worked? They don’t like what they do? Because I remember about 10 years ago it was fancy going to Startbucks but now, it’s dirty, always over crowded... I don’t know, I’m starting to look at Starbucks sideways.

Nicely located this Starbucks is not the best one.Depending on what barista you get you could have great either coffee or terrible.But still you can have all the variety of Starbucks flavors right on the 208, very convenient.

I like that its close to my house. The staff is awesome. The food and dessert selections rock! Its cozy to meet with friends and family. Definitely warm and inviting. They have chairs by the window past the front, you can bring your laptop or bring a book to read to sit enjoy the music and enjoy the atmosphere and the yummy smells from the hot and cold drinks being made. They also have Wifi. A win win in my opinion.A little more to ad to this review. I came by today and had a 5 star experience. Raul is one of the nice people that work behind the glass barista at this Starbucks, he is literally a machine. He works efficiently and is an amazing multitasker. Starbucks is lucky to have him. He answers questions in a friendly manner as he is laser focused on the orders he needs to process. He is manager material.My order came out perfect. Thank you! The baristas apart morning teams during the week are the best!! They are a little slow on weekends and not very good at keep track of mobile orders. Otherwise, the staff is great! Although, a few of the stars are leaving the new hires seem promising!!

Used to come here for a coffee. Just left and I am not coming back. They have an employee wearing a very narrow mask that does not cover nose and mouth and non of the other employees seem to care or worry. Unfortunately she was the one handing me my coffee. Bad bad experience!

So I order a caffe mocha with a chocolate chip cookie warm. I get my drink and sit and wait for A COOKIE TO WARM UP! Waiting half an hour while other customers are having issues as well. Slowest service ever. Every time I mobile order ahead I come in and get ignored for a few minutes before they finally ask me what I am waiting for and then it’s still not ready! EVERY TIME. Drinks are always fine but never worth a 10-15 minute wait.

Great service and variety

I have been going to this starbs for YEARS rarely do i have to deal with attitude from the staff. I mobile ordered my drink and not only did i have to ask the barista for my drink that was ready multiple times but i had to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order. The barista continuously ignored me like handing out and making the drinks is not part of their job. That’s ridiculous and i’ve never experienced this in the past. I expect better from the staff.

Half of the people I was with got the wrong drink tonight. The frap I got had caramel all over the outside of the cup. We werent happy campers tonight, we just wanted our coffee quick and to leave without issues.

The staff here is exceptionally and noticeably kind, patient, and polite. It seems as though every one of them loves their job. Its a nice thing to see, especially when there are other locations where the staff are just plain rude. Oh, and my Bacon & Gouda was made with love, and even tasted better than the location I usually go to. Well done, Starbucks in Fair Lawn.

The drinks are good, the food is alright, good for what it is. Its a Starbucks, so its obviously pretty expensive, though. Came here for a college interview, its a little loud for that I think but it was a nice enough spot.

Online order can not be processed without hassle here. You have got to remind them again and again! They make your coffee but need to remind about cookie too. There must be a screen that you are seeing online orders, but lets say you missed it which is not a big deal. When I ask you to bring it down, would be nicer to respond at least. One of the barista not even looking to my face telling you to ask your order from someone else on the back. Pardon me! Is it my job to organize who brings cookie who is making the coffee? I am okay with people might be missing things but when customer asking you to do your JOB, you should be kind! My cookie and cappuccino was great. One star for rudeness!

Inconsistent, some days fine, other days a mess. Drink orders sometimes wrong and no organization to lining up to wait for your order or going to pick up your mobile order in the current pandemic.

This Starbucks is always very busy; likely because of location, but they are also consistently poised for heavy traffic. My girlfriend and I usually choose this store over a less crowded store that is similar distance from us because of their efficiency and attentiveness.Staff is friendly and knows their business.I only took away a star because they could put more time into cleaning tables between guests. Its not very bad and as stated above, its a busy store which can be hard to keep up with, but thats my only suggestion.

There are indoor tables and chairs with seating for about 20, but they also have some tables right outside which makes it a nice place to meet and socialize. There are also good restaurants around so you could get some coffee and dinner and eat at one of the outdoor tables.

Some one from the staff was not nice at all with my wife, bad customer service

Ever since they reopened In May, they get ALL the orders wrong. What is the point of ordering ahead on the app. if when you get there you have to wait another 10 minutes because the orders are wrong and they have to redo them. I hope this location goes back to using experienced baristas.

The 3 people on duty are keeping their cool even though the one customer is giving them all hell over a no foam, no room ordeal [there apparently was room] Nonetheless, they composed themselves professionally and met the guests needs as rude as he was to them. Ill definitely be coming back.

This store has regular coffee made to perfection. Team was upbeat, friendly, professional. Comfortable indoor/outdoor seating makes for an original feel of the Starbucks experience.

The Fair Lawn Starbucks is a hot mess. Drinks are alright, but they always get my fiances name wrong. His name is Jim... how do you mess that up - consistently? The wait is where they lose serious points. I get it, youre a busy location, but dont have full on conversations with your coworkers instead of making drinks. I watched 3 people, waving the customers cups in their hands, while having an extremely animated, not work appropriate conversation.Youre going to waste an extra 15 minutes of your life at this Starbucks... instead, use that time to drive to the Glen Rock location.

I buy coffee in NJ at 6-6:30 AM several times a week.When I walk in here they are always in the stock up, clean up phase of their day. Things are confusion at best, so sometimes the oatmeal is not hot, or the staff has not fully arrived and one poor person is trying to do it all for us sick people who need cafine so early in the AM.I take a shot, and grin and bear it...Its years now and what you should expect here...At least they are open...Its NJ...
