I used Best Kitchen for a full kitchen renovation for my rental property last year and have had such a positive experience, I am currently wrapping up a kitchen renovation at my parents house using them.In the process of selecting a contractor, I met with six other companies and although there is one that quoted a lower price than Best Kitchen, I chose to go with them because of the level of detail they provided me and knowledge of Kitchen design. The Sales Manager, Allen, came to my property, took measurements, and afterwards invited me to his shop to take a look at possible materials. While I was at the shop, Allen showed me his 3-D design of the kitchen with the layout we discussed when he visited for measurements. Doing so, he explained to me the labor required for this job and certain details of why he designed the layout the way he did. He explained design concepts that I didnt even think of. For example, he explained the most appropriate distance between the cabinets and appliances and how that affected the alignment with other fixtures in the space. He was very meticulous of every inch in his design as it only takes an inch to change the appearance of the kitchen. This process prior to receiving my estimate was free of charge. My experience with others was not as detailed, which led to some doubt of how satisfied I would be with the finish product and the validity of estimated quote. With the others, I had to be pushy for a 3-D design and was told I was lucky to get one. I had a lot of questions, but most other contractors said we would only discuss details once I hire them. I wasnt comfortable with the uncertainty.Once the job got going, I can see the main contractor, Phillip, took pride in doing quality work. He was very meticulous about smooth surfaces, secured fixtures, and surfaces being level. It seemed as though he was leveling each inch of the space. Allen was still involved being in direct contact with all the vendors for the materials and he even helped with demolition. Others that I have spoken with prior to the job told me that I would have to deal directly with the vendors ensuring they are of correct size, dealing with returns and confirming they are of the color of choice. Allen took care of all of that and I mostly sat back and monitored. Allen and Phillipp were very easy to coordinate with to manage the timeline and control any extra costs. They were always open to any of my questions and suggestions during the job.I was certainly happy with finished product. It looked exactly like the 3D design presented to me. One year later, there are no major issues. Needless to say, I do recommend Best Kitchen for kitchen renovation needs to anyone. The biggest thing to understand about this company is that they have an emphasis on quality and are detail-oriented, so you can expect a full kitchen renovation to take at least 5 weeks. If you are looking something fast and cheap, this isnt that type of company. Attached are before and after photos.

The store owner is very professional and patient. He took the time to show us what he had and helped to select the kitchen based on our needs. Everything was delivered as promised. Good product.

I had a great experience with Best Kitchen. Allen was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with the entire time. Anything we needed he was always available. Shopped around at many different places and Best Kitchens had better pricing than everyone else for the quality of the cabinets. Highly recommend using them

HIGHLY SATISFIED!!!We went to Best Kitchen thru a recommendation from my co-worker who had a kitchen done a while ago. From start to finish, everything went according to plan from budget, design (from assisting with picking the right color and style), installation and finally the finished product which is a beautiful kitchen!We had the pleasure of working with Allen who was friendly, efficient, accommodating, very detailed oriented, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Best Kitchen to anyone else that I know who is thinking about renovating their existing kitchen or building a completely new one.

I had the kitchen in my rental apartment redone. I was pleasantly surprised how well the process went from soup to nuts. The sales manager Allen was instrumental in making the process run smoothly. He took his time getting everything in place to make sure my kitchen was renovated as described especially in a reasonable timeframe. I would definitely hire Best Kitchen when I renovate my own one hopefully by next summer. A++ for Best Kitchen

Quoted my kitchen out at several different stores (including a big box retailer) and Best Kitchen came in at a significantly lower price. The style options were plentiful and after using the cabinets for several months, I can say that quality is great. Allen was great every step of the way. Came out to the house and verified the blueprints and helped with the possible design options. He even delivered them in person and had one of the damaged pieces swapped out in a timely fashion. I would 100% recommend Best Kitchen to everyone I know.

Allen has always been very helpful and always stays in communication with me .. even months after I purchase my kitchen I decided to add onto my kitchen with more moldings and panels he quickly responded to me and got me the items I needed right away! They remodeled my kitchen and it looks beautiful.

We had our new kitchen installed from Best Kitchen and already loving it. Its all white so there is probably going to be a lot of cleaning that goes along with it but my wife is extremely happy with our final selection.From start to finish, the process was seamless. I met with the sales manager (Allen) who helped with the tedious process of choosing the right kitchen from start to finish and all the fine details that goes along with it. Im somewhat of a perfectionist so I wanted all the fine details as perfect as possible. Delivery and installation was a breeze compared to what I initially thought it would be like.Allen did a great job from constantly following up with me and providing updates whenever necessary. He was professional and knows his craft well.

Im very happy with my new kitchen that was done by Best Kitchen. I was on a budget but the kitchen came out beautiful and I got a lot of nice complements on it so far. The manager Allen did a good job in helping me and my partner pick out a kitchen design and gave us some good suggestions, etc and I appreciated that alot. I went to two other kitchen stores and they were a lot more money and not the same level of customer service as Best Kitchen. Im really happy with the finished product. I will let my family and friends know if they need a beautiful kitchen done at reasonable pricing then go to Best Kitchen. Thanks Allen!!!!

Great service, great pricing and delivery so couldnt be happier. We needed to update our kitchen before the holidays and Allen did a tremendous amt of work to get it done the right way and up to our expectations. Very pleased with the new kitchen which has not been updated since 1993 when my kids were still young. We had time now since the kids are out of the house and we could afford to splurge on a new kitchen at the right price.

Worked with Alan at Best Kitchen and he was great. From the very beginning, he managed my expectations, and when we werent ready to take delivery, he arranged to hold on to the cabinets. Alan was quick to respond to all of my questions, and if he was busy he called back when he said he would.

We had a wonderful customer service experience at Best Kitchen and had the pleasure of meeting Allen who was incredibly helpful, highly professional, engaging, and knowledgeable about the products and service from start to finish. Most importantly, when we met Allen we made it clear to him that my husband and I weren’t sure when we would be returning to purchase a new kitchen. He wasnt at all pushy or non-engaging once I told him that. In fact, Allen continued with his excellent customer service skills and definitely assisted us in going that extra mile. I really appreciated that level of customer service. We spent a great deal of time in his showroom asking a lot of questions but he continued to be very patient with us to make sure we made the right decision. I can tell that Best Kitchen is striving very hard to train the right people to succeed in the kitchen cabinet business.Management: Please thank Allen for us and let him know that our time spent at your store did not go unnoticed. We were so impressed by Allen’s willingness to assist and go the extra miles that it made our visit today seamless. I can tell you that Allen excels tremendously at working with his customers. Everything about these cabinets is off, within the first year all the soft closing hardware failed. The all wood cabinets are essentially low grade particle board with a terribly made veneer which is bubbling and peeling off in many locations. I should mention that the color is off and the finish is not smooth, kinda grainy which makes them nearly impossible to clean. The demonstration sample in store was a much better quality finish than what I actually received.The cabinets are not finished from underneath and you can see the crude construction which is not even covered, the corner roller cabinet cannot even hold a few pans without bending over to one side and is terribly crude in operation.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Worst decision we ever made hiring this company. Alan has been very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Complete lack of courteous follow-up. We purchased our kitchen cabinets at the end of December 2017. He kept telling us that everything would be within a week or two but it took almost 3 months for them to come in. There were several problems with the cabinets including the wrong size cabinet doors, scratches in the glass cabinet doors, and dents in the wooden cabinets. Also the hardware covers for the inside of the cabinets were predominantly missing and we never received the touch up paint kit for the cabinets. We have been waiting for over three months for Alan to follow up on these items. He makes promises that he does not keep and is impossible to reach him, calling texting and his lack of response is abhorrent. Also we purchased the tile for the kitchen floor through Alan and he sent someone to come and do the labor of installation. Shortly after the job was done, the grout began coming up. We perpetually are cleaning up the kitchen floor because the grout is still to this day crumbling and coming up. We have called to complain numerously about this issue and he just keeps saying he will come and check it out and never shows up. We would never go back to Alan strongly suggest going somewhere else.Will post pictures of my awful kitchen floor showing the grout coming up and making the tiles shift around
