Manager very rude to his employee. Employee went to ask a question and the manger was like don’t bother me, you know the answer to question. Get out of the office. That’s what happens when people get a little power

What Can I say about this store, Great Sales rep (Jerry), Great manager (Joseph), great Staff (Adam and the rest of the team). Im so glad when I finally started my own business (Calipaintingnj.com) they were and are the team that has assist me along the way. The store does great on getting my orders ready too and sharing product information, did I mention they are knowledgeable about the painting trade. ☺ Great location.

Billy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Turned what I expected to be an overwhelming trip into a great experience.

Initially it went well - unfortunately there was an error with my purchase and when I went back to the store to handle it the Sales person was grossly unprofessional! I did not get the correct product because of his unprofessional behavior and will not go back there ever. I went to one of the big chains and purchased the correct item.

Ive been going here for paint and stain for about 7 years. I have had the most positive experience with all their management, field representatives and other employees. Becky and G were awesome, knowledgeable, eager to help and extremely professional no matter what time of day or my annoying questions about product specs. - Matt was equally as helpful and went above and beyond on multiple occasions for me, in order to ensure that my own customers were going to be satisfied with the coatings I purchased from this location. Even back when Anthony was the field rep for this spot.... he made sure I had the ability to offer my customers something competitively priced and high quality.... Now with Joe and Adam... and sometimes Kristen, that experience has remained the same. I havent met every new person for this location yet, but I anticipate nothing less than what Ive experienced to date. Joe and Adam have been exceptional in terms of research on the product line and specifications Whenever I ask... and most recently even stayed 30 minutes past closing time to help me color match a difficult shade of blue for a small aluminum siding repair job where the color needed to be as perfect as possible for the minor repair. Seven attempts manually adjusting the formula for tint and Joe and Adam working together - nailed it. I picked what I thought best matched the old siding sample, of the seven smears and the next day, completed the repair,.used the quart they helped me formulate, and the customer was amazed at how well the new siding matched all the other old, existing pieces around it. A total success all around, and absolutely attributable to the experience and professionalism of Joe and Adam... their willingness to go that extra 30 minutes beyond store closing, and commitment to getting it right - is exactly why I use Sherwin Williams products exclusively on all of my projects.... Im a Fair Lawn resident and owner/ operator of my small handyman business..... this location, its staff, its products..... have helped me maintain a great reputation in town due to the high quality service and availability of products that bring every scope of work I accept, completely to life. I am usually very pessimistic - lol .... but have nothing negative to say, or any doubt about this place maintaining a great level.of customer satisfaction overall. Lastly, if I ever suspected an Old lady fight club activity here - you can know for sure, Id put my own reputation on the line, to call it out. Joe, Adam, Becky, Matt, Anthony.... and everybody in between Ive experienced here....have been phenomenal. Every, single, time. Keep up the great work guys. Thanks for tolerating me 🤪

Great store! Adam & Joe took the time to find the perfect complementary colors for our basement. While the paint was being mixed, they ensured we had the right about of foam rollers, buckets and trays for the job.Friendly, down to earth & felt like visiting old friends. Thanks for the help and the painting tips!!!

Adam was awesome in helping me find colors that I used a long time ago - we had to get creative in recalling what name it was under - but we did it! I also love having Gina help me select colors in my home. I never look elsewhere for paint! It’s worth every penny!

Joseph Durante is an EXCEPTIONAL leader and manager at this location. He knew exactly what paint I needed for my building.He was also very understandable with my budget and provided excellent customer service. 10/10 would do the extra commute to work with Joseph again and recommend to other customers.

Customer Service 101: when you say to a customer you can get this, its in a box you are deferring your job of carrying the products for a petite older woman. Now my moms back is out for the holiday weekend. As the store manager you should know better, Im disappointed by this lack of customer care.

I was remodeling my bedroom. The rep at a big box retail store helped me pick a “true” grey, saying it would look gray with hints of beige.However, when the paint dried my room was blue! I called Sherwin Williams on the recommendation of a friend. Hailey picked up and explained why this happens and assured me she could help me find the right color when I went into the store. Not only was she patient with my many questions...but explained the difference between the types of paints they sell, gave me “tips” and ultimately helped me choose the most amazing custum color and then mixed it perfectly.The quality of their paints and exceptional customer service made this the ONLY place I will go from now on to purchase paint.

The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and went out of her way to help us save money.

We arrived at 534 and were surprised to find store closed despite their website and google saying they were open till 6. Even their open sign was lit! Called the store and left a message just in case someone was in back...nothing. They had time to leave a note that they were out of masks, but no explanation about the early closing. No way to run a business.

A visit that would have taken me an hour took 10 minutes thanks to the extremely helpful and knowledgeable young lady who helped me.
