Call to make sure they had a tv in stock to pick up at noon then got there at 6pm and they didn’t even have it they said they couldn’t get it till the next day what a joke

I called to report that I had a tenant eviction who had household items owned by Rent-A-Center. I made sure that they received their property back. The staff was very appreciative and prompt!! 🦸‍♀️🇺🇸

When I asked for help Im switching credit card they couldnt help me over the phone they told me I had to do it online. And all she said was if I did it online, I explained that I did it on the phone not internet, she then went on to say that she could not help me. She didnt even bother to say let me try to help you! Just rude over all.

I was taken care of. My purchases were even better than I had imagined once they arrived. Prices unmatched! The staff made me feel like Ive known them my whole life. Ill definitely will be referring others.

Junk...i have been renting from them almost a month and i have yet been able to use the original washer Im paying for...the first day it was brought to my house and installed it was immediately removed because it did not work...i just received it back from the service center and i was told it was fine i attempt to use it to wash uniforms for work and school clothes and what do you know? Does not fill up with water! my first time renting any thing from any where and this is a bad experience i work to hard to be paying for junk. Im not happy! People warned me that rent a center is a scam especially the fairborn location.

Good customer service

Very rude and they lied to me. Made a payment and they told me it would cover me until the following month then showed up at my house the next week for another payment. I will NEVER get anything here again
