Staff was very helpful. The young lady who was cutting fabric, she went the extra mile and located more fabric for me at a different store. She made sure they verified they had it. The fabric will be ready for me to purchase today. I am very happy.

For starters I like Joann Fabrics because they usually will have exactly what Im looking for. There are typically coupons online and the products decent.Only downside is they definitely charge more for their products than every other craft store. Check out takes a long time, though I think the last two times maybe they were new because the gals (my age) moved as if they were robotic and needed oiled. Anyway, I love going to look at the decor even if I typically wont spend 40$ on a bird feeder. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Stepped in door, young lady directed me to the area I was looking for,found my product within 2 minutes,good quality, fair price,great service ...in and out in under ten minutes. Ten minutes because I talk too much...LOL

Was my first visit here ever and was really impressed with all the choices of fabric they had to pick from.

My mom and I had our first bad experience at JOANN yesterday when a female employee named Sam treated us rather rudely. It all started when we accidentally misplaced a bolt of fabric in the upholstery section, which Sam yelled about from across the aisle. We were incredibly embarrassed and tried our best to apologize, which seemed to go unnoticed by Sam. From that moment, any attempt we made to be helpful was met with sarcasm and dismissiveness unlike anything we’ve ever experienced at JOANN (or anywhere else, for that matter.) We hope this was just a one-time thing since our other experiences have always been great! I hope things improve for Sam or else she might consider a line of work less reliant on customer relations.

Parking lot is good, bathroom is good. Selection is....normal. Listen you are going to Joann Fabric for something super specific, so just go and stop reading reviews.

A very well-stocked craft shop with knowledgeable employees. I went in looking for specific fabric for an odd job. The two employees who help me guided me through everything I needed to know about textiles.

Rude staff. Nearly no one working to help customers. That’s fine I’ll just go to their competition. Let’s also stand together and quit using these big box stores. Try to find a local small business!

Normally a good store however when I arrived there was only one cashier and around 20 people in line. When she paged for assistance it took at least 10 minutes for another register to open.

Everyone at this store is so kind and considerate! Whenever I go to get my fabic measured they always help me with how much I need and suggestions with the projects Im working on! And the people at the front register always make sure I am getting the best deal and making sure Ive checked my email for coupons! I have never been to a joanns with such amazing people!! Keep up the good work!

I was led to believe that they sold silk but they do not.

So much for no-hassle returns. This location is under the impression that there is a national cash shortage. If you’re returning an item that you purchased via cash or debit card, you’ll be offered a gift card or corporate check. The manager also stuck to the cash shortage line. I repeat - there is NO cash shortage in America. There may be a coin shortage, but definitely NOT cash. This is such an outdated practice. I opted for the corporate check because they had already opened my unopened return. I’m told I’ll receive a check in a week to my address that didn’t print on the refund receipt for me to verify nor did the cashier verify after inputting (both of us with masks and plexiglass between us). Never again, Joann’s. Never again. Amazon it is.

Yikes. This was a bad experience. People that work there. One of the worst places we have gone to. The words rude come to mind. Being Hateful doesnt go very far. Be nice to customers. A little goes a long way. We went to 2 other locations to see. Yes they were the same.

Im a businessman and know NOTHING about fabric, so when I asked for help I sorely needed it. The staff there was more than knowledgeable, and patiently answered my many (many) questions. They helped me find a good fabric for my application, and the store offered three colors of it that I liked enough to purchase. The wonderful women that assisted me went above and beyond! Because, two of the fabrics rang up at the wrong price (too much) and they graciously took the extra time to manually fix the prices for me without any hassle. The sale price was 50% off so I sincerely appreciated the value their time provided me. The ladies were nice, friendly, and laughed at my dumb jokes too so the trip there was also a quite pleasant one! Next time I need fabric to reupholster my growing teenagers chair I will be sure to go back and see them.

I Was looking for material to replace whats on my outdoor bar chairs. Couldnt find anything close to whats on it now. And then I was looking for elastic, hahaha, nope.Meijer in Huber Heights had it! Who knew? No one, thats why they did.

I like JoAnns. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No matter your hobby you can find materials to support it. Prices are reasonable and I *love* how I can stack coupons at store checkout.

The staff we did see seemed a wee bit stressed. Asked where a wood burning set would be. She sent me the stamps isle. Just seemed under staffed and over worked. Absolutely usually have no problems here! Wishing the employees luck!

They have made a few million masks and help so many people learn to sew while making masks. They have kits to take, make and return for the stores to distribute. Amazing!

Joann forgot it was open to the public. They were so busy stocking in the clearance section in the back they didnt even care that customers couldnt walk by. Lack of customer service, ignore the rule customer service first.

This is one of the chains larger locations and they have a large selection of crafts and fabrics including an outside vendor offering a shop of specialty, high-end sewing and embroider machines. This vendor operates independently inside Joann. Do not shop Joann without a coupon. Youll definitely notice the astronomical prices on some items ($20 terrycloth kitchen towels? Seriously.) But thats because they regularly offer 50% off coupons or sales. You definitely never want to pay the ticketed price here.

I walked in this place at 11 am.I had X amount of money to spend for my job.I didnt walk out of this place until 6:30 pm...I am beyond impressed at how amazing the customer service was.Not only was every single staff member that I encountered patient, everyone was polite, friendly and so helpful.100% pleased and impressed.The manager Andy, I believe, was fantastic.He remained calm, patient and postive throughout all 570-something items he had to scan.So once again, shout out to this awesome place and their staff.

The incorrect hours are posted online for Sundays. Associates were annoyed by customers coming in at closing(rightfully so) and customers were irritated they were being turned away. This was frustrating for everyone. Please correct this error.

Stood in line for twenty five min. Just one cashier and she was slow trying to make conversation with all the customers. Only fifth in line though 😖. Nice friendly lady overall

The customer service was amazing. I was trying to find colors to work together for a number of clothing items. Not only were they willing to help, they also knew when to step away and leave me to my contemplations.

I had to get a singer fashionmate exchanged and I was so worried I was going to have a difficult time because I had already thrown away the box. Instead the associates worked with me and came up with a solution that gave me exactly what I needed. They were kind and patient and I could not have asked for better service. Even the young lady at the cutting counter was friendly and fun to chat with while waiting for my fabric. I was especially happy that this location is now dog friendly, and my dog was able to join me in browsing for fabrics. Thank you guys for a lovely visit

This was my first time and my last time shopping here. A lady in line in front of me was trying to return an item and the cashier was was having trouble. The manger (Bekah) stormed over and was incredibly rude to her cashier and the customer. She keep snapping at both the costumer and cashier. It was completely uncalled for. If this is the type that of people they have managing then I don’t want to risk having to return something or having any other issue.

Had to return a previous purchase, no problems and did not take more than a minute. Employees were friendly and helpful. The ladies room toilet could use some help as it took multiple flushes.

Had what I needed, and nice employees at the cutting station. However, the cashier that checked me out told me I had the wrong needle and proceeded to go get the correct one. I got home and realized the one I had was correct and I ended up having to go back and repurchase the original needle I had.

JOANNS Fabrics in beavercreek is a wonderfully helpful place, workers are very kind and great every customer with a smile and a welcome to joanns, they answer all your questions, help find items for you, and will look up fabrics not in stock and show you which joanns has it in stock or theyll order it for you. Great customer service.

The wife go here for a lot of sewing needs. We needed a certain brand of need which they dont carry. All in all a great place to shop.

Second time in a month that there is a sale.you go in and check available quantity and it says it available. I then check the isle....not there. Knowing they keep some cricut items behind the counter I go there next. I show her my phone as to what Im looking for and the scroll to show her where it says maam please, I need that number. Puts Her hands on my phone to which I was holding and goes back a page. She could have asked me to go back. The clerk behind the counter looks on her device sees that there is one and goes and checks....comes back stating theres none there, nothing I can do! I can help the next customer. She didnt check the stockroom. The last time I was there they did and most times if you dont find something they will. This lady needs to have some training on customer service.

At the cutting table there were 2 ladies that used the same number. Then the employee went and got the third lady. This lady had enough nerve to ask if any of us wanted her number. Of course her number was behind all of ours. I know there was a sale. Perhaps you should have one person to cut the fabric for people who have 2-3 bolts. There were several of us very upset with your employee. This was at the Joann Fabric on 725 in Miamisburg, Ohio

I am always amazed at how much fabric is available at a Jo-Anns store. This was my first time coming to this store and I am so pleased to have found it. Thanks to Andy who pitched in at the fabric counter to cut my fabric and others.

Not my favorite place. prices were wrong,.. they didnt want to honor them, cashier didnt know what she was doing and no one was helping her... couldnt use my coupons. Tom over 10 mins to check out standing at the counter

I love this store. This location also has very friendly and helpful staff. They are almost constantly having some sort of sale and the app offers great coupons. I highly recommend crafters shop here.

They have a wide variety of fabrics to choose from with good sale prices. The employees are very pleasant.

Nice people, usually not busy and quiet. Not the best selection of crafting materials but has the basics. Would recommend if youre looking for lots of fabrics to choose from.

My go-to craft spot in Beavercreek. If you sew, no other local location compares to their selection. During off-peak times it may be hard to find an associate for help, but when you do they are always happy to assist and very knowledgeable about the store as a whole, not just one area.

Friendly cashiers fun holiday decor

Probably my favorite shopping mall in the Dayton area. The amount of space to walk around is great, unlike a place setup like the Greene (an outdoor mall), the food court has a good variety of tastes. The ceiling allows a lot of sunlight but it is rarely bright enough to make my eyes strain. There are a lot of other shops in the area around the mall and across the street and several other restaurants.

I love Joanne for looking for any arts and crafts items I might need (or ones I I didnt even know I needed until I saw them lol) My only complaint if I even truly had one is they are a bit pricey but I try to always look for their coupons on line and they usually have really good ones! Customer service was very good on this visit to the one by the Fairfield Mall!

The Training Coordinator at this location is beyond exception in quality customer service. It is worth the 38-minute commute to take classes at this store.

Big store, good selection, but the staff had a tough time with some fairly simple store to store transfer requests, but it did go through. Also, not a lot of staff, so if you are going to do anything other than checkout, I would be prepared to wait. Otherwise, standard joaans, bring your coupons.
