GENERAL PUBLIC IS NOT ALLOWED.I commute nearby and needed a place to buy gel polish. This is the only place nearby. First experience, rude service. Didnt have what I needed, but I thought Id give it another try. Second time, the lady at the desk rudely asked if I had a card with them when I barely stepped through the door. I was confused, and said no. She essentially told me to get out. Apparently its only for people with commercial use? I dont understand why the general public arent allowed to buy, nor why there are no signs up! I would have had no idea.

I would give 5 if you would carry some Wahl,Bayliss,Stylecraft...basically more Barber type products.

There was no clear indication that this location is for professionals only..would have saved myself alot of time looking for a products I cant buy. No biggie they just lost money, these same products can be bought on Amazon so Ill take my business there. Please quit confusing customers put a sign in the window thats says only servicing Licensed Professionals.

Not for public sale, professional barber only. Which means you have to have license to buy here. Dont waste your time if you are not a licensed barber.

Only shop here because i have too, employees are rude..was getting dirty looks from employees because my toddlers kept grabbing things off the shelves but they have the carts zip tied shut and dont allow kids in them. Cosmo prof on Wilmington pike employees are way nicer!

Walked in with my girlfriend and we needed a certain product and whoever was working told us we weren’t allowed to LOOK or BUY the product because we are not a licensed cosmetologist. Thank you for not even letting us go look to see if you had the product . Very rude as well .

I had a return with receipt and I paid cash for it. They said they didnt have enough cash so they refused my return and suggested I try a different store. It was $150. And when I purchased the item last week (from this location) the sales clerk told me I had 60 days to return it. Now they say they dont carry that kind of cash? Really? A major retailer that doesnt have enough cash to process returns? Why didnt the sales clerk tell me that when I purchased it. The manager was very rude about it. Wont be back to this location.

The store always smells like smoke, which is off-putting. Most of the employees seem like they hate their jobs... but the store always looks clean and usually has what i need.
