Horrible experience. Waited 3+ months for my furniture and only my couch and loveseat came in. Other items still waiting on. Than set up delivery which I got an email and text saying they would deliver between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. Also in the email and text was they would call 30 mins in advance when they were on their way. Well they didn’t call until they were at my front door at 1pm. I started moving my old couch, 5 mins later I looked out and the drivers were already gone. When I called the store they told me the drivers wouldn’t be back that day and I would have to wait until Tuesday (which was 4 more days) until they can deliver again. Suggested I either move my couch back into the house or go without for those 4 days when in fact it was a mistake on their end. 1. They did not call ahead of time like stated. 2. They were early for delivery. On top of that I asked if they could find someone else to deliver it the next day and the salesman told me no they only have 1 delivery company they work with and when I talked to the manager I asked who the company is that delivered my stuff he said I’m not sure what company/team delivered your stuff we work with multiple different ones. Oops someone lied to me!!!
Bad customer service response and attendant hang up on me!!!! Don’t buy, don’t loose your time and money… this is way above and beyond COVID….I ordered my dinning set back in January 2021 with promises date for end of March. In March when I call to confirm I was informed that my order was delayed and new delivery date was May 2021.Again may date has been rescheduled to June and June “finally” I got a call confirming my delivery date. I was excited about it until the team come to my house to delivery and put together my dinning set. When they start assembling it one piece was missing and they left my house a mess and never come back.When I call customer service the person who answered my call told me the part has to oreded and it would take 10 business day to delivery.At the moment (8/2/2021) I’m still waiting on the missing part and nobody get back to me as promised by the store and by customer service.Very frustrating and upset.
If I could give this store and company a zero I would. It’s been over 6 months since I’ve ordered my bedroom set. No updates, I can’t seem to get a hold of them. I have left many messages and no one returns my calls. Waiting times to talk to them are well over an hour +. I guess if you don’t mind receiving your furniture sometime in 2025 then don’t shop here!
Don’t fall for the “We will have it in store in a few weeks” bit... 8 months later and I still don’t have a complete sectional. Just keeps getting pushed back and back and back. The worst part is no one at the store can give you an actual delivery date. They just go, “It might be here (insert date) but I wouldn’t hold my breath”. It’s just ridiculous… will never be doing business here again.
Good customer service in store by the people making the sale. My order was delivered damaged and I have called numerous times and have waited on hold for hours. After several days of calling and holding for hours, I was finally given a service date for someone to come out. They never called and havent showed up. I spent $2500 for this set. Customer service shouldnt be this bad. Run! Dont waste your money.
Nathan was incredible. He went out of his way to patiently assist me with each room. My entire apartment looks cohesive. I was able to furnish an entire apartment after a cross country move. Ashley has definitely earned a life time customer. The process was so easy.
We ordered a bedroom suite in March. They said bed would come first. They brought the mattress and frame but had lost the legs. Slept on the mattress on the floor for 2 weeks. While we waited for them order new frame. They brought the frame and it works great. Still waiting on bedroom suite: dresser, mirror and 2 night stands. It was been 5 months. Every time I call they tell me it will be next month. I told them I wanted a refund and they told me i could not get a refund because I have had the bed to long.They are very unprofessional. I will never buy from them again. If they are having a hard time getting certain furniture in than they should not be selling that item.
While you are purchasing, the over all great experience you are getting goes away the minute you buy. I can’t get a person on the phone … i paid extra money for a 5 yr warranty … called the company and I was denied ????? Said to call store and get it covered under warranty there.. days now ..I keep trying and I have been on hold … after care service is non existent …unbelievable
Very nice! Selection and pricing was great. I was interested in a specific living room set. Pricing was good. The thing that killed the deal was a $199 delivery charge. The deal stopped there.
When making the purchase of the couch (May 2021) we chose we were told the item was in stock. Then a few days later I got an email advising it was out of stock out of stock and given an estimated deliver date of August. I called the store and was told it would come much sooner than that. For a month now Ive been told itll be in stock next week every week. The sales team was nice but I feel I was mislead into purchasing an item that was actually out of stock the whole time.
Nathan at Ashley in the Columbus area was very helpful. He gave me honest info on a couch that I had not seen and followed up regarding payment and delivery.
There was a great selection of affordable furniture and my husband and I appreciated that we were able to shop peacefully without feeling pressured. James helped us out and checked in with us periodically and was lovely to work with while picking out our furniture pieces.

The amount of customer service from this company appears to be a 0. We had bought thousands of dollars of home furnishings over the years. A couple of years ago we decided to get a new patio table set. We decided to buy the recommended “Concrete” table because it would last a lifetime. Heavy and sturdy and rust free is what we were sold on. I still bought a cover for the table set. Fast forward one year and we are having the table top, arm centers and other pieces replaced due to rusting. No problem, they took care of it. Come one more year and it’s happening again. I email customer service and send pictures in March and never hear back. I wait for the stores to open back after state closure. I thought maybe going to the store would get some type of answer. Nope. They tell me that they will leave a message for customer care to get ahold of me in the next 48 hours, that was 2 weeks ago. I’ve waited on hold for someone to answer for over an hour. I’ve left messages and emails. No response. I was told by the salesman that an extended warranty wouldn’t be needed on this table since it was concrete. Now, he’s not working there and no one is willing to reach out to me to get this issue resolved.
Lousy service. No problem getting the sales, but customer is screwed from there. Customer service team should be honest with screw ups instead of blanket COVID excuse. Still havent received a couch that is paid for. If youre buying from here, make sure you can walk out with it that very day.
Do not recommend this place at all. We ordered a bar top and stools. They were suppose to be delivered between 12-3. The deliver guys brought the stools. Then they said they had to go back to the warehouse to get the table. One deliver guy shows up after scheduled delivery time and expects me to help with the delivery when we paid for delivery and set up. Then the sales guy talks to my wife and he says we can come pick up a new one that isnt put together at the warehouse after saying he would waive the delivery fee. So we had canceled our plans today to wait for this delivery that was a trainwreck. Safe to say we will not be buying from Ashley Furniture again.
Please consider other places to get a kitchen table or furniture. I purchased a very good looking kitchen table about six months ago and it got somewhat resolved after 4 attempts today. (Minus the fact a delivery driver put a dent on top of the table with one of the chairs and left) The table is well over a $1,000 and is quite fragile. It’s the grey wood that seats six with a bench and extension. I can provide the actual name and receipt info if anyone needs to know. It’s a simple problem Morris could fix over time. #1 is the delivery company they use. They are in such a rush every time they WILL damage your stuff if your not watching them like a hawk. (I feel bad if they are taking on too many deliveries a day BUT still please be considerate) Little to no care what so ever regardless. If you have a problem I present to you #2, their customer service. You will wait on the phone for at least 30 minutes every time so be prepared and set a bit of time out of your schedule to finally get a hold of anyone. Also remember if there are any issues with your table you will get pelted with restocking fees if you desire to return. I simply just hope this educated anyone still considering and they don’t have to go through what I had too. Note I’m not the only one with these similar issues.

We are happy with the product we purchased (chaise sofa). The staff were friendly, professional, and understanding of our needs. Kudos to all of the staff there. Our sales associate: AJ Jallaq was awesome. He knows his product and was great at listening to us. We didnt feel rushed or pushed into a purchase that we would regret. Highly recommend this Ashley Store on Dublin/Granville Rd in Columbus.
Furniture never received!!!Helpful on the sales end but furniture…after 2 months I still didn’t have my couch! Sales person again was helpful, promising delivery the next week. Never received! They refunded my money. I won’t shop there again!!!
Got a great power recliner a week ago. Sales staff are helpful and not pushy at all.
I was helped by James, and I absolutely adored him. As first time buyers, he made us feel comfortable with the prices, made us familiar with the products, and was completely honest with us about everything. He even made a point to relate with us on personal levels, which was extremely impressive. He was able to answer all of the questions we had, and was able to reduce our total price by over $500 from beginning to end. He was absolutely amazing! We are also waiting to move into our apartment until May, so I love that we can keep our furniture there and wait to get it delivered until our move-in day.
They might have nice looking furniture, but the frustration you will have trying to deal with delivery and customer service is not worth the hassle. Long hold times, delivery service that doesn’t happen during the delivery window and no phone calls to let you know when they will come. They make you pay for “white glove delivery” which includes set up of furniture and removal of trash, but they delivery people refuse to do it. These are services they tell you that you get and then do not make it happen. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Great customer service. When we first came in we spoke to James. Our next visit we worked with Jared. Both were very honest, helpful and knew when to talk to us and when to let us look on our own. Neither one gave us pressure. Jared helped us with the sale but made sure that James also got the credit for it. Great staff over all, even after I almost broke their kiosk. Overall some of the best people to buy furniture from.
Associates were beyond helpful and friendly let me point out pieces I was interested in instead of forcing other items down my throat.Beautiful setups in store and fully explained all offers with financing and warranties offered. I felt no pressure to purchase anything but I am happy with what I did get

I bought a couch and love seat from them. I was told they would hold up well with kids and dogs. After 8 months I started having problems with the recliners and frame of the couchs. I am not pleased with this at all. For what I paid these should have held up much longer.
Dont buy anything from them you will be waiting for months, its been 3 months and still waiting on my dressers, still using the covid excuse telling me not sure when my order will be in very frustrating.
The people are friendly. We went to look for a reclining chair, they said they had one. When we got their it wasnt the right color or the right style. Everything is nice but the price is way to high
I tried to purchase furniture in October! As of March 2, 2021 I still have not received my $7,229.97 worth of furniture! I rarely get call backs from Supervisors when promised and no one has the authority to help or make decisions when I go to the store. I just want my full refund and advise not to use this company for anything!
Amazing service from Leah at the Dublin, Ohio store! Above and beyond. She straightened out an issue with an online order and my new Ashley Credit Card. She then placed my order and got everything arranged for delivery. I have yet to receive my chair but Leah showed it to me in the shop and I know I will love it!
Sales team is good enough but do not have them deliver furniture. Delivery teams damaged my home on two different occasions. Second time they damaged the furniture to the point that I had to return it. Would not recommend.
On March 30th, Ashley’s delivered our couch with a missing cushion. Customer service said it would take 3 weeks to order a new one. After three weeks and hours waiting on hold with customer service, Ashley’s says it will be three more weeks until we get the cushion. 🤬🤬This company is as shady as they come. You call the store and they say call the service center because they can’t do anything. You call and wait an hour on hold for customer service and they say call the store. Also, not one employee at customer service has documented our calls. There is no record of the 6-8 times we have called about the missing cushion. 😡 DO NOT buy anything from Ashley’s!!!!

The professionalism as well as the patience of being able to conduct business with a pregnant woman and a night shift employee. The kindness and willingness from the associates who delivered our recliner to the manager who sold us our recliner at Ashley Furniture in Dublin, Ohio I couldnt be any happier. They earned my business and were not pushy or trying to make a sell. The delivery staff was an hour earlier than they were scheduled and they were more than willing to do more than was required of them. The willingness to help out and do extra was greatly appreciated!

Ordered bed in March, have been lied to three times about receiving my bed in shipments that never existed. Do not order as you will never receive your items.
My sister bought 4 end tables at Ashley and decided to pick them up at warehouse 3 are ok one was not they wouldnt take it back I watched three other people pick up stuff and never opened the boxes 6/26/21 we will never buy anything from Ashley or Morris again you lost a good customer over a 150.00 end table do the right thing

Ordered a sofa. It has a hole in it.Called as soon as we unwrapped it.The store said the manger would call.She didn’t.I went in to the store. The “manager” who is also the person who sold me the sofa said I would need to contact customer care but she submitted it for me and she guess she should have called me to tell me that customer care would call.4 days later. No return call.Currently on hold for 35 minutes to speak to someone.Maybe I should have just bought it online or not all. Seems like the store is of little help or value.
Ordered and paid for a sofa and love seat along with a recliner. They said they would deliver when needed after we closed on our new house. Well we called about a month after the purchase and they said it was still on backorder! That was after they told us it was in stock! That was 2 months ago. .tried calling the store and no one answers. Go somewhere else.....
So we bought a sectional on June 19th, 2020 and were told it would be delivered on July 24th, 2020. That was all fine with us. We were told everything was being pushed back due to COVID which we were aware of too. The man who helped us, Kevin Parks, was very nice, had lots of information for us and was great with any questions we had. I would recommend anyone to work with him hes not the problem at all. We get a call two days before delivery that it has been pushed back to August 20th. We got no calls or emails they said we would be sent out to update us on the status of the couch. I ended up having to call them and be put on hold for an hour just to get a simple order update. The lady on the phone said it would be pushed back to September 4th and again we were all fine with that because that wasnt too far away from the August date we had been given but our patience was starting to wear a little thin since I was having to reach out the them to get updates. Again two days from our delivery date we get a call that it has now been pushed back to October 20th and that three of the 5 pieces needed were still not done. At this point we had already had enough. I went in the next day to the Ashley Furniture store and cancelled my order. The nice customer service rep asked me if I was sure and that he could get our couch to us by the end of the week. If that was so easy wouldnt we already have it on our delivery date?!? I politely declined and went through with the whole cancelation. I got a full refund without any problems but I dont know if I would buy from Ashley/Morris ever again even in a pandemic.
If I could give negative stars, I would. It has been about 6 months without our furniture. We have been told 7 different delivery dates and now it is not supposed to be here for an additional 2 months. We were originally told 4 weeks. About two months in a delivery man showed up at our house with the incorrect furniture. I understand the uncertainty due to the pandemic, but I do not understand their poor communication and customer service. We have spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to find out where our furniture went. The worst part is that they took all of our money immediately at the start and refused to refund us while we wait nearly 8 months to get our furniture. No one offers apologies and they continue to sell furniture everyday, even while they have no idea if the furniture is even in production. This is a scam and I would highly suggest you go elsewhere. Every time our scheduled delivery gets close, we get a notice it has been pushed back another month. This is completely unacceptable. Please do not shop here!
1. Delivery men very unprofessional. Paid to have furniture delivered, set in place, and sectional hooked together. They brought in the wedge, unwrapped and rub damage on back, proceeded to set the remaining parts still wrapped and not hooked together and started to leave. I told them I paid for them to hook up and they argued with me that it was not on paperwork. Finally convinced them to unwrap and hook up and they only hooked up half of it.2.Called store to report damage and talk to salesperson and store manager. They both assured me they would send this to customer care center and I would hear back from them. If I do not hear back soon because of covid, to call back which I did call store back.3. Called customer care center and after waiting 50 min. someone finally answered and I ask about the exchange on section damage pieces and was told nothing in system.. Imagine that. I then called store back talk to female manager on duty who assured me it was in system I called reported damage right away and that customer service could not see what they see. Which I thought was strange but, whatever.4. Was sent out a repairman. Was not equip to repair because did not know the type of fabric, which was fake leather, so he would have to come back. He came back and proceeded to spray paint damage to match and it would not match so he left. He was sent out again to attach furniture because he could not get it attached before and take yet another picture of serial number and other numbers.5. Called customer care again and again was told I did not call in time for exchange so would have to be repaired or they could discount it $100 or give $150 house credit for a $2000 sectional and all my problems. I also believe, because I use to work at furniture stores, the wedge had been in another house and returned so instead of ordering a new one, they sent out a used wedge that was already in their store since it was already unwrapped and had damage on it. This saves the store money by doing this.Do not believe I would ever shop here again. Very disappointed at all of their failures concerning customer service.
The associate we bought our new mattress from was absolutely amazing! In store experience was awesome. Delivery on the other hand was an absolute disaster. Things were thrown around. There was no regard for my doors or walls. They tried to leave without bringing the mattress upstairs because it was frozen and wouldnt bend so my husband had to argue that it would and low and behold it went up the stairs with my husbands help. Trash from boxes were left all in my driveway and front porch. We were told they would take our old box spring and they claimed they couldnt so they left it upstairs leaving me and my husband to have to carry it down and now find a place to dispose of it. Worst experience with delivery I have ever had from anywhere.
Shopping was pleasant experience. We were greeted told of special promotions. When we has questions our sale associate was very knowledgeable. Then we were able to roam and shop in peace. When we made our decision the sales associate was very helpful.

DO NOT HAVE THEM DELIVER. They go through a 3rd party delivery company that gives zero $@ about you, your house, or your furniture. Combine that with Ashleys terrible customer service hotline, and you will be in for a terrible time. Have been waiting on a callback all day and never got one. They delivered half of our order, only set up half of what they brought, and now I cant get any help besides a store associate telling me they are working on it. Plus they left a razor blade on the floor for our dogs to find and our front door wide open, like theyve never used a dang door before.

We ordered all our furniture from Ashley Furniture when we lost our home to tornado. Most of the furniture had chip and the couch has problem lots off pieces were damaged when I received them. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone, I call everyday and have to hold for hours and hours. When u go to the store they just put there hands up and tell you it is not our problem. We also have bought warranty and there is no help for anything. This is terrible customer service for such a large national corporation. I am never going to buy anything from Ashley.After receiving the reply I sent my account number and phone number but there is nothing yet ???11/20/2020Called again and was on hold for 2 hrs no one came and nothin yet. Avoid this place if any thing goes wrong there will be no help. I will have to go to BBB and report them.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE
Only bought the couch and love seat because one was gonna come Saturday the 19th Sep and the 2nd til November. Got called later that the love seat is not available and will come November now. Go online they’re only available for deliver December now. Thanks Ashley Furniture.

The store was exceedingly helpful with helping me order my ottoman. I tried to chat with a customer service representative on Ashley.com and they could do nothing for me. I called the store and they matched the price online, saved me $199 in shipping by allowing me to pick it up, and were so friendly! I will be back!
Communication about our order was terrible. The store associates kept saying we would receive email notifications about our order, and we never received any. I had to call the store several times to get information about the order because the customer service line estimated wait times of over 90 minutes, and kept disconnecting me. This happened several times.The store associate we dealt with the most was withholding of information and just kept making excuses, and kept running off at the mouth so fast I had to interrupt her to ask a question. She had a bothered attitude and it felt like she was rushing me off the phone. I didn’t actually get the information I needed until I called on a day when she wasn’t working and spoke with a different associate. After that call I no longer needed to call in, because the second associate helped me get my order rescheduled and answered all of my questions.My husband and I hated dealing with this company, and we will never buy from this company again or any of the affiliated companies. We are also telling everyone we know not to shop with Ashley Home Furnishings or Morris Home Furnishings.
UPDATE RECEIVED EMAIL SAYING OCTOBER 3RD NOW IT IS CHANGED TO OCTOBER 31ST. OUR COUCH WAS ORDERED JUNE 26. 16 WEEKS TO GET A SOFA!!!!!Sales Lady was Extremely helpful and very nice.But, We purchased a sofa in June and still have not received it. The Blame Covid If they knew it is going to take this long they should not ask for full payment. 1/2 down and when it comes in, pay the balance. Ashley is making interest on my money and I have no sofa.
Prices were set well. Not overly expensive. Salesmen was not pushy. He was very patient with us and our 3 children. We were so pleased with the couch we picked out that we got a coffee table as well.
Ordered bedroom set in January they where supposed to deliver and build it I had to build all first delivery was in February got dressers and the bottom of the bed head board was broken new head board came In early March the bottom that came in first was not even the right one so the wrong one sat in my front room till a week ago when the new one showed up it had no slats to hold the mattress they gave us slats we picked up at the wear house was wrong too the bottom of the bed is broken and the head board is broken so I’ve paid 2,000$ for a broken bed that was wrong 5 times and the best they can do is give a 75$ gift card for there store don’t waste your time and money here this place is a joke

First the positive. The salesperson we dealt with was very personable and helpful. Thank you for that. The negative? Delivery and Customer Service was awful. Could not get in touch with anyone in Customer Service...on hold for 90 minutes listening to someone will be with you shortly before finally giving up. Delivery was suppose to call 1/2 hour before they delivered but never did. They just left the furniture in the driveway and left! Need to seriously look at whoever is in charge of these two areas.Note after reading other responses: I have already notified [email protected] as stated in previous (what appears to be canned) responses with the order and customer number on 4/8. Will see if I hear anything.
Purchased a couch set and said it was to be 2 weeks, the salesperson helping us said he would notify us of any changes. On the day it was due in we called to arrange pick up, to find out the guy was fired and the store manager did not notify us of this and that our purchase was going to be another 2-3 weeks out, great place to go if your looking to get furniture for Christmas, but you’ll have to order by March!!!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AND MONEY, PLEASE READ!!!! I will never EVER shop with this company again! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This has been the most unpleasant customer service experience in my life. I ordered a bedroom set at the Ashley in Fairborn, Ohio at the end of October. I was told all of the pieces would be in by December, maybe sooner. I got a call a few days later saying that everything would be arriving sooner. I was so happy. The day of delivery, the delivery team informed me that the wrong headboard had been ordered. I was upset, but I worked with Customer Care to get a new one ordered. After waiting a week, the delivery team arrived and told me that the bed pieces were sent with no hardware. Really? How was the bed supposed to be assembled. I was furious, but a manager at the Headquarters helped me with the issue and, after asking, waived the delivery fee. I waited ANOTHER WEEK and missed the delivery team. I had to reschedule for three days later. The delivery team arrived with NO HARDWARE ONCE AGAIN!!!! I lost it at that point. No one could help do anything except offer to send the delivery team out FOUR days later and a gift card. I did not want a gift card because I would NEVER do business with this company again. All I wanted was A BED!!!!!!!! I wanted to be done with Ashley and their unprofessional delivery team so I drove to Fairborn, Ohio to get the hardware myself. The lady from Customer Care assured me that all of the parts were there and would be waiting for me when I arrived. I got home to have the bed assembled after paying a handy man out of MY own pocket and of course, another problem. The latches to the headboard and bolts were missing. A total of 12 pieces. I cannot believe this. I never expected such a big company to have such HORRIBLE service. I will be calling Customer Care to have the items returned. This is an absolute mess. I will be telling everyone to save themselves the trouble and take their business elsewhere!
😡 Let me start off by this 🤬 purchase a bed frame & mattress. 1st day: left out headboard & had 2 of the same rails, they said it was sticker wrong 2nd day.. & of course next week. Came with the headboard but forgot the bolts. 3rd day: I want refund of assembly & just give me the nuts & bolts!! I’ll do it myself!! From looking at all the other complaints.. looks like all there order pickers smoke crack before they start working

My mother and I had shopped around other furniture stores before we found Ashleys furniture in Dublin, Ohio. James M. was the only sales person out of all the other stores stopped to really help us out. All the others stores we had to keep looking for the sale person. We would have to keep walking all the way across the store each time to find them. James M. was the only one to find us and helped my mom find exactly what she was looking for. She is 78 years old. She had to sit down and James walked over a end table to show her. She loved it and bought the whole set. He was very patient with my mom. She is hearing impaired.
They did a great job. Quickly shipped and service was excellent. We love our new end tables!
Furniture is put together cheaply one of the drawers on our desk just fell right off like it was glued on and weve only had it for a couple months. If I could figure out how to add photos I would.
Chris Gallienne was amazing at helping me find the perfect things for my new home. I cannot wait to receive them.

Our experience with this Ashley Furniture store has been horrific! Once your sale is final, expect poor customer service, delay after delay on your items, and you will need to contact the store for updates. The manager we worked with, Chris, does not return your calls and when there has been another delay (in our case furniture back ordered after 3 promised dates and a replacement mattress was never ordered, even though we were given a 16 September delivery date). I left voicemail messages requesting a callback. Spoke with another store representative yesterday requesting a callback and never received one. We ordered a bedroom set and two sets of mattresses and box springs beginning of August. It is 21 Sept and we are not expected to have our complete order until end of October.. Buyer be warned! Even though you are the paying customer you will be extremely disappointed with this branch!

I will spend more more at another store before i buy anything from Ashley Furniture ever again!!!! I placed an order for a king bedroom set on 1/19/20 and it was supposedly a 4-6 weeks lead time.6 weeks passed, no update from the store on the status of my order. So i called the store and went there in person because i was frustrated. i get there and they are nonchalant about it.Long story short my delivery has been scheduled and cancelled at least 3- 4 times and now estimated deliver is in late May! almost 4 months after mother date! my money could have been earning interest in a CD account.PS: i cant post this review without a star otherwise i would have given them zero stars. :(
Employees in store were very nice & helpful but trying to get your purchases delivered is a nightmare. We have rescheduled our bed for delivery three times and now we had to reschedule the rest of our furniture after they didn’t show up again today. Had we known it would be this difficult to get our furniture we would have spent our money somewhere else.

Chris was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help get some of the furniture to us faster. I appreciate what he has done for us seeing that I just moved here to ohio.
I went to the store to order a tv console/cabinet. They told me those have to be put together and I would have to go to another location to pick it up. The way it was packaged, there was no way to open it and inspect each piece, the box was in good shape and they were busy so we took it home.Sadly, parts were damaged and the dowels in the middle part were broke off and we had to rig it the best we could in order to put together. I am so disappointed in this product. I could have ordered from Walmart and got a nicer item for less money.I realize Ashley could not help this, but they are not honoring returns at this time which leaves a customer hanging. Possibly Ashley should choose better suppliers/makers of products they carry in their stores.Thanks
The products are made from quality, long lasting, materials. The sales associates are always extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The sales staff never use pressure tactics.Delivery and set-up was quick and professional. An all-around A+ experience.
Ashley is a well-known brand, and sometimes their products are great and sometimes they’re mediocre. I think the customer needs to educate themselves on what they’re looking for, the quality they desire, and the accurate price range of that item. As for me, I knew I needed a simple sleeper sofa for the spare bedroom which would be used rarely. I was able to have what I wanted ordered and delivered efficiently and every staff member I encountered, from the folks answering the phones to the delivery crew, were all very kind, considerate, and, best of all, efficient. I’d definitely order from this store again.
I purchased a dining table which included a table, 3 chairs, and a bench. It was delivered Aug 5, 2020. The bench was damaged (the corner is “ crunched). I made a call to Customer Care and was on hold for 1 hr 20 min before I finally hung up. The next day more of the same— 20 min and hung up. Went into Ashley store in Beavercreek where I purchased it and spoke with the manager (who also sold it to me) and he typed in his computer and told me I’d be called by Friday (2 days) to arrange for a swap out and that one was in the warehouse. I told him to put my name on it. He said he would see what he could do. No call. Called again the next week and was told that the matter was elevated to a supervisor and would be contacted to get this taken care of. I got a message that I needed to provide an email but really just needed to call a number so service and repair could come take care of my bench. Guess what the number was: the same CUSTOMER CARE number that leaves you on ENDLESS hold. I was told when I went into the store that it was understaffed and so better to call or come into the store. So, have come full circle with no help whatsoever, and I have done all the work! What happened to quality merchandise and excellent customer service? I was told that there are no benches currently in the warehouse! What happened to MINE? Why am I doing all the work??? Why isn’t someone scrambling to make it right for me?? SERVICE & REPAIR??? I bought a new one!!! I got a damaged one! Take it away and give me my NEW ONE!! I don’t want a repair! I am getting ready to call them again because 21 days later I still have a damaged bench. I will NEVER buy from there again and recommend that neither does anyone else.8/27/2020: Just called Brad at Ashley who gave me more runaround. He will contact someone who will help me. I’ve heard this before. I thanked him and he hung up on me. Still extremely dissatisfied and aghast at how poor customer service is there.9/2/2020: Got a call from Customer Care on 8/27 who told me that since I had not contacted them within 3 days of receipt, that it would be service and repair and not a replacement, and that my first interaction with them was Aug 18. I lost it. I told them (or may have yelled it) you cannot get through on Customer Care and that Aug 18 was NOT my first interaction at all! How would they know? Call attempts and long waits on the Customer Care line cannot be documented. And I HAD been to the store way before then. I got to speak with a supervisor then who said it all again. After much back and forth and a few holds, I get to have a replacement because they discovered it cannot be repaired. I asked that it be brought to my home address (I already alerted Chris to this), and not the original delivery address and that the damaged bench would be picked up. She assured me and changed it in the system. Delivery day set, I got 3 notifications including block of time for delivery to our home address, and 3 notifications for delivery to the original address. My husband waited on hold for Customer Care for 90 minutes to ask them to please NOT deliver to the original address and to deliver to our home address. Set with a window time of 12-4 on Wed, 9/2. This morning at 6:28, we were awakened with a call then 2 more times before I picked up. It was the Ashley delivery guy telling me they would be there to drop off the bench in 20 minutes. I asked if it was for real, and he said yes. It feels retaliatory. Delivered 15 min later and he was surprised that he was to pick up a damaged one.And this is the happily ever after ending of our dream experience with Ashley Furniture. Proceed at your own risk, but be sure to have lots of time on your hands and also lots and lots of patience.
Find Judi when you go to this location. She actually cares about your own personal budget, what you’re looking for, what matches your house, and what your own tastes are. She is one of the best floor associates I have ever met! She was so knowledgable and really made sure we got the best deal possible.This location itself is also huge with a wide selection and lots of variety in style!
Lamonica is great. We have purchased from her now a couple times. Doesn’t hover, knows what we like and extremely helpful! Highly recommend working with her.

I ordered from Ashley’s in Fairborn they were completely there to meet all my needs while I was shopping but as soon as I placed my order the drama began delivery dates were pushed back and the items that were once available were now on hold . A month later when furniture was delivered after paying extra to assemble it was done incorrectly . If that wasn’t bad enough they delivered the wrong item 5 times talk a bout frustrating still has yet to fix the bed they put together wrong will not be trusting them with my purchases anymore
This time so far I would have to give it a 5 star and say that they service from the sales representative was exemplary. When I told him of the problems that I had with the last purchase he called me when they furniture was delivered wanted to know how everything went called me a few days later wanted to know if everything was still OK and told me if I had any problems I was to call him. I havent had the furniture in my home long enough to know how it will hold up. I purchased the Darcey couch . Hopefully it will be fine. I will post in about 2 months and let you know. I do want you to know that the last time I purchased anything from Ashley it was a total disaster. I paid over $1000 for a love seat and ottoman and the love seat is still sitting in my living Room we cannot sit on it because the pillows sank in the middle I have blankets underneath it to support it, and it still doesnt help. I called them repeatedly and repeatedly they kept doing the same thing and giving me inserts for the pillows instead of replacing the pillows. It is obvious that 1 pillow is thicker and larger than the other and I never could get that across to them. So if youre going to purchase anything from ashleys you need to make sure that everything is perfect when it comes into your home dont sign anything until you know that its perfect and if it isnt send it back. I also purchased a living Room suit the 1st time in 2009 and I had absolutely no problems with that set. I Had that set for 7 years and it was in excellent condition when I gave it away

We walked in and were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any assistance. The staff let us wander and browse before intruding. We were shown the pieces on the floor as well as everything offered online. They immediately gave us all of the prices to compare and customized our experience to our specific needs. It was a very smooth process and we are grateful for the assistance in purchasing a new sectional!
