My sales agent, Valenie met me in the sales lot, walked me through the entire process of vehicle selection, purchase, future service, and operation of the Envision. It was the Buick that I was searching for. Initially I looked on line for a Envision and Valentine Buick was the first to contact me. Val offered to search for similar vehicles for me and in discussion I chose the Envision on the lot which is beautiful by the way.
Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming.I was given a good price for my trade and a great deal on a new Buick.The process was straightforward, and really quick. No push sales people. It was a very pleasant car buying experience.
Rude service from the repairs department. His name is Drew. They advertise themselves as the “dealers with a heart!” Ha! More like “dealers with a dagger!” Please do not do business with this dealer. It used to be a decent place, but since changing owners, really BAD business policies and terrible negative attitudes. They don’t care about repeat customers or providing good service to a client who has just driven a car, purchased with cash, off the lot!
Never coming back again. After taking time off work to get the car in. They say it will be an hour to hour and a half. I come back two hours later to find my car up on a rack with no one working on it. And the person at the counter completely uninterested in finding out whats going on or tell when to come back. I leave and 45 minutes later he calls me to tell me that I need new tires and a serpentine belt. And expects me to pay 1100 and wait a week for the tires to come in. I declined and came back to get my car. They wont honor the second free oil Chang that I was supposed to get when I purchased the vehicle. And charge me diagnostics that they even told me they didnt run. 149 dollars later I leave. Take my car to a repair shop in Downtown Dayton, got the same tires, and serpentine belt replaced for under 300. Ridiculous. Not the same place I purchased my car from. Never coming back!!!!!
My serviceman was externally professional and curious. He offered me a coupon, which I really appreciated and told me about upcoming maintenance that I would need to have in the future. Great experience!
My 2012 GMC Terrain has always been serviced at Valentine Buick GMC. The service department is top notch. My husband I have done business with VBGMC for over 30 years and I feel comfortable with their service and their proximity to where I live. Therefore, I bought a newer 2018 Terrain and my granddaughter is taking over the 2012 Terrain I had for 9.5 years. I hope she will continue to take it to the dealership to have it maintained as I believe she will get another 112,000 miles from this vehicle easily.
Dont make an appointment to test drive a car, because when you show up that car will have been sold only hours before. Of course, theyll be more than happy to put you in something that blows up your budget.Speaking of budget, dont come here with anything less than $60k cash in hand and expect to be treated like a human being.

The parts center clerks with attitude there refuse to assist anybody with part numbers and their justification is they dont want the customer to do their research on the products. Theyve officially lost me as a customer for life and I have to assume General Motors has a policy that their parts centers wearing their name are to assist customers. FYI Valentine Buick GMC I plan to research and find the HR for GM to place a complaint specific to you with details of personnel and dates statements were fielded.
Easy to make /schedule an appointment. Service only suggested not you need to replace cabin air filter. Brake noise finally fixed - thank you!!
Valerie Ashton was my salesperson and was fantastic! The rest of the staff was very nice. The finance representative was friendly and efficient. The follow up visit to have the bed liner and floor mats installed was super easy. I look forward to continuing to use Valentine GMC for my needs.

We had an appointment at 10:00 am, are vehicle was ready by 10:30. No one called us to let us know, we ended up calling them at 1:00 to see what was going on. We wasnt very happy about this, someone should have called us as soon as it was ready.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT. I was an employee at the time that I purchased my Encore from Valentine Buick GMC. I was pregnant with my 2nd child, and so I needed a bigger vehicle to fit my family’s needs. I didn’t have the best of credit at the time, so I reluctantly trusted them to get me the best deal possible without putting my family into a financial bind. I knew the interest rate would be higher as expected, but trusted that they wouldn’t snake me in finance & try to make money in the back off of my situation...but boy oh boy was I wrong.The finance manager bold faced lied to me & told me that the only lender (And keep in mind this was with $4k down.) that would approve me for the loan, required me to get a warranty package & GAP insurance. (If a finance manager ever tells you this, it’s a bold face lie, and you need to run. NO LENDERS EVER REQUIRE SERVICE CONTRACTS, GAP, OR AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS TO FINANCE A CAR. The finance manager is simply trying to line his/her pockets and make money in what they call the “back end” of the deal.) And what’s worse is the owner, Mr Valentine lied to me and told me that they made absolutely no money on my deal whatsoever. Obviously that was untrue. The finance manager also did not print off the purchase order, copy of the signed contracts (Because it was all done online.) or anything that would give away the fact that he lied and ripped me off in finance. He claimed everything was only accessible online. (Another lie.)And if they will do this to their own employee, what do you think they will do to a walk in customer? This also goes to further prove that the true snakes aren’t the car salesmen/women, but instead the finance managers. The same ones who talk to the bank and tack on more points to your interest rate then what the bank actually approved you at. So if you have to buy a vehicle from Valentine Buick, do your own financing through a credit union or bank of your choosing. That’s the only way to guarantee that you will get the best rate and not get roped into products that you don’t need or want. The funny thing is, I had actually wanted the GAP, and have zero issues with a dealership making money on car deals because that’s how they pay their bills. As long as they don’t have to lie, cheat, or steal to do so.Well, I caught on to your shenanigans, and I hope you enjoy that $2000 charge back. My only wish is that I would of caught on sooner, & not paid interest on that warranty for almost 2 years. And hopefully this review prevents someone else from being taken.

I was shopping for a GMC Sierra 2500 HD Truck since July 2020, I couldnt find anything. I realized that I needed to order my truck directly from the Factory. I went to Valentine GMC Buick and met Valerie Aston. Val did an amazing job helping me through the process! With all the turmoil in the automobile industry with dealing with COVID-19 and Integrated Circuit Chip shortage, she and the staff at Valentine kept my order on track. Very disapointed!! Bought a vehicle from them in June. Turned my leased vehicle in at the time with assurance from Valentine Buick that they would return my lease to Honda. Fast forward to September. I get a call from Honda. They have never received my car back. I have now been charged $523.00 from Honda. After several calls and a letter to Valentine Buick. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM VALENTINE BUICK

My experience with the employees was great: easy to schedule service, very kind when arriving and a job well done with my vehicle.If a customer is anxious about interacting because of COVID-19, I would be wary of recommending sitting in the waiting room here. Although there was plexi-glass up when interacting with the employees at the service desks, many employees would have their masks down when walking around/through the waiting room and masks were not mandated/enforced for other customers that decided to sit/move all around the waiting room.

Went and had a key made for my 2002 Park Avenue ultra the customer service was excellent and the service was fast. Overall wonderful experience. My only issue is they failed to mention that I would have to have the car physically there to have the key programmed to the car to bypass security to have they car actually start. Was redirected to 3 different people to get a voicemail and no call back.

Quick, courteous service! Kirk was great to work with. I had an issue with my brake lights that had the same symptoms as the recall on my Pontiac G6. They performed the recall fix and found the source of the actual fault (sensor). They also fixed a faulty headlamp connector that had been giving me problems. All that an oil change in 3hr. When you have to diagnose and fix electrical faults, this is pretty good in my experience. I havent had a dealer since Pontiac went under, and I think Ive found one finally.

Service department is good if you have a warranty. If not, customer beware: they charge a $200 “diagnostic” fee for running the diagnostic codes on top of repair work (including labor and parts). Very rude service manager (Tim) who said he checked across all my cars and his service department had not made enough money off of my repair work. I had been a loyal customer since 2004 but will be going elsewhere with their new policy

Ron Byrd answered the phone when I called in on the Impala to inquire about its availability. It is difficult to by a car when you live over 100 miles away from it. However, Ron helped me out in the most professional way possible. Throughout the purchase process he was prompt and informative. He and his sales manager, Tony, were able to answer all of my questions.This was the easiest vehicle purchase my wife and I have ever experienced. The service department engages in deceit and dishonest trickery with their invoices. Today I was picking up a truck from their service department on behalf of my Grandmother, and the estimate I was given was $1067.00. I informed them I would be bringing a check made out to them for $1067.00 from my Grandmother. When I arrived there to pick up the truck, I was shown to the cashier, and she informed me that the total was $1020.24. I said, the total should be $1067.00, and she said.. “oh the labor wasn’t charged correctly, we will change the numbers so that it is $1067.00.” What they did was remove the $50 coupon, and dropped a misc charge a few cents, to make it $1067.00!! The service worker then busted through the door and said, “Hey buddy your next oil change is on us!” I said, “I am not coming back here for an oil change, mail her a check for $50.00.” He agreed. I realized on the drive home that the oil change that I requested was not done, nor was it listed on the invoice. That was the reason the price was lower on the invoice than it was per the quote. I called the service worker back, and he insisted that it was simply an honest mistake and anyone could make them. I am certain this was an honest mistake, until the cashier decided to raise the price of the work to match the quote, and the service worker offered me a “free” oil change to make me happy instead of pointing out the error. By performing less work than agreed to, and then insisting on charging the same amount as per agreed to, it turned into dishonest trickery. I do not do business with people that engage in dishonesty and deceit in order to make more profit from an elderly woman, and neither should you. I have photos of both invoices to prove this...

2 cars totaling almost $9000 in repairs.... I would not trust this dealerships technicians with anything more than an oil change. Quite honestly I would even be leery of that service being performed in this dealership. My first visit was for my wifes car a 2009 Acadia, which they called and said would be $1,300 for one catalytic converter to be replaced. I performed the said repair on my own, and it cost me under $250 including a full synthetic oil change. The second visit was for our 2010 Sierra 1500, when they called me about this vehicle they told me that there was no way around replacing the engine and it would be roughly $7,500. With a little bit of research and a little bit of true Diagnostics on my own, I found that I had one collapsed lifter and that is all that was wrong with my engine. $650 in parts and about three days ( 12 hours roughly) worth of work on my own time and my truck runs like brand new again. This dealership might be good at selling cars but theyre technicians are obviously only book smart, be careful all your loyal customers Im sure theyre making a lot of money off of people that dont know anything about simple mechanics of a vehicle......I will not recommend this dealer to even my closest enemy.....

The staff were excellent throughout my experience. I had done a lot of research about the vehicle before placing my order online, but Branden answered my remaining questions. Id brought in paperwork for a loan through my own bank, but the manager beat the interest rate. Im as pleased with the Valentine sales staff as Ive been with the service department staff for the last decade of servicing my previous vehicle.I bought my new vehicle on a Friday. The following Monday, Branden called me to let me know theyd found some CDs Id left in my trade-in vehicle. That little act drove home the quality and integrity of the customer service staff.

This place is the ONLY place I will ever take my car in to have serviced. Have had my car in here many times. When I was waiting for a ride after dropping the car off, they told me they would take me home AND pick me back up when my vehicle was ready. I do not live in Fairborn, so it wasnt a ride just around the corner either. The customer service here is absolutely the best I have ever seen at ANY service place, whether for vehicles or anything else. I trust them to take care of my car completely. They always do an excellent job and have often found issues that I did not know I had - and it wasnt because I was a woman :-P The repairs they uncovered were ALL covered under warranty, so it wasnt something they were just trying to make money on.You guys are the best!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!
In all my years of owning vehicles this has probably been the best dealer service experience of my life. Tim, Robert, and the division rep went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fixed correctly. It took a lot of work on their end to get it all figured out. They kept me updated almost daily on the status and repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience of awaiting a parts special order. At no time did I ever feel like just another customer. So long as its within my control I will continue to use Valentine GMC for all my service needs.

I was satisfied with the diagnosis of the problem and the immediate fix. Not sure if I was pleased with the cost over 1K, but as we received the vehicle back a service indicator light came on the dash (did not appear until after the service was completed) so when we returned the vehicle to ensure it wasnt something overlooked and/or needed to be addressed because of the recent repair. However, we were told that to fix and remove the indicator light display that it would cost another $400. We were told that the two were separate as one was external issue and the other is an internal issue. Not sure how the two are separate, but rather dependent of each other as the dash signal is alerting me to the exact specific issue that was repaired. The two are related regardless of where the issue is coming from and find it difficult to understand that another $400 will be required to turn the indicator light off? I was happy with the service but I will think twice in the future about returning this car because of the money spent to complete the external work and surprised that another $400 will complete the total repair. If the car works then I will overlook the indicator light, and wish this dealer luck in the future.

This place is awful!!!! I called to verify & clarify some information. I spoke with the so called manager Tony and he was so disrespectful and rude. I was the general manager at a large retail chain and I never spoke to anyone the way he spoke to me. To the owner Im not sure if he is your weakest link but I would not want him working for me! As for me, what business you could have had with me is now gone. Word of mouth is a powerful thing, and customer service is of the utmost importance. I feel strongly that Tony needs a lesson in professional behavior! I will pray that he can see the wrong in his ways, and can deal with whatever has caused him to act in that manner. This is why the world is the way it is!
