Both salesman, manager, and loan agent were efficient and understood and met our goals as well as able to clearly answer questions. We are very happy with out vehicle and will likely look here first for future purchases.

Waited on my car and didnt need a shuttle or transportation. I was in waiting area and dont know about the tablet. Would rate referral higher but everyone I know is closer to Marion or north of Columbus. And I dont know anyone else that owns a Mitsubishi. Super grateful for the appt availability. Everyone else is booked up for weeks, cant service with the blue antifreeze, or is 2 hours away. Easy drive down route 4 though. Will keep in mind for my next Mitsubishi service! I am in the market for a new car and a friend referred me to Garret J. He was so sweet and very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable while showing me cars with in my budget. He gave me accurate information on how my trade in would work and a good estimate on my down payment as well. I personally have never felt so comfortable buying a car. Usually car sells men just put you in anything the bank approves but Garrett made me enjoy the experience and actually listened to my wants. Overall had a great experience here, the car was very clean and drives great. Garret did an excellent job showing me cars and keeping me informed. Only negative experience I had was negotiating the out the door price. There were features (warranties, extra coverages) that I had been told came with the car that later ended up costing me a lot more money because the car was not certified yet. They gave me a great car though and overall very happy.

As a first time buyer I was nervous. I went and seen Sam Shumway at Jeff Schmitt. He made me feel comfortable and welcome. I felt as if I could trust him. He had me test drive one vehicle and could see it wasnt the fit for me. He took me to see the Mitsubishi dealers and I immediately fell in love with the vehicle they showed me. However it had cream colored seats. With children I knew this wasnt the fit for us. They went back to the lot and found the same model in all black. I was in love. After talking with their sales rep Alysa Hill and her calming me down, she went over everything step by step and I had a different and difficult situation since I’m a Licensed Bail Bondsman and we get paid differently, she got me in the door to talk face to face with a rep. I ended up going to the wrong location but Wyatt Petersen greeted me and helped me through my stressful situation. I had to even put off a few times with Wyatt due to a Gender Reveal Party for my daughter and Wyatt bought a card for my daughter not knowing me or her, that was very thoughtful. With Wyatt and Aaron helping out and picking up where Alysa left off them three were awesome and then Zach ended and sealed the deal. I highly highly recommend Alysa Hill and Wyatt Petersen to anyone they will calm you down and get you through the stressful time.

Ok place to shop for a car. Would be a lot better if sales people were not so high pressured. I enjoy being greeted as soon as I get out of my car but when you wanna force buying a car as soon as I get out of my car thats a bit much. Give me a second to breathe and look at the selection.

Very please with the service, the offer to change a recalled seat belt so I didnt have to come back again to do that, and also the wait time. I had my toddler with me, so I was nervous about entertaining her. The wait time wasnt long at all and she loved the refrigerator so she could get her own water.

Honest opinion...I purchased my car here two years ago. I got the 2018 mirage. My experience here was horrible! My credit was checked 7+ times. My car had an alignment issue that was never fixed. Even though I brought it back multiple times. The auto care center was very rude. & I never returned after my horrible experience with them. -10/10 and the pressure to buy was ridiculous! & my car sucks tbh. I cant wait to trade it in.

I was greeted at the entrance by the mechanic who would work on my car, he answered all my questions and was very friendly, helpful and polite. I was there for less than an hour and the actual cost was less than the estimated cost he first quoted me. All in all a good visit. But this is normal.

The autobody receptionist is very rude to paying customers. The other staff was polite, but she ruined my whole customer experience. The only rude employee I have met the rest were very nice the couple of years Ive been coming.

Our visit for an oil change and rotating the tires was scheduled on line...very convenient. Easy check in process - promptly went to vehicle to gather necessary information. I was given options of wait or return. I was informed it would take about an hour. I returned an hour later to find my car waiting for me. Yay! Cashier took care of me right away. VERY impressed...will return!

Bailey the Salesperson was so friendly and kind. The whole dealership was wonderful. Financing was easy. No problem here getting a vehicle. Even if your credit is not the best. Go talk to them. Recently bought a used 2013 Focus from the Mitsubishi lot. Cole and the team worked hard to get me the financing I needed. After having the vehicle inspected by my mechanic, the team had all of the necessary repairs (except Ford recalls) taken care of at their expense. They included the CarFax in the information before I bought. Good experience.

Had previously posted a pretty negative review. I wish I could take it back now. The sales staff along with the service staff contacted me and took great care of all the needs that needed to be done with my truck. I’m very appreciative of all the effort they have made to make things right.

I will start off by saying I dint want to give any stars to be honest. We are repeat customers of this dealership. Bought already one car here. We gladly give 5 stars to Mr. Colton Thatcher (The sales rep) who went above and beyond to show us the car and treat us well and Chad (Service department) but we would give zero stars to the finance department. To get the best price, they force to finance using their banks to get the kick backs. This dealership used to be nice, but extremely disappointed in how they handled the financial part.

I had to get my wifes oil changed and tires rotated today. I was amazed by how quickly it was done. Their service department was excellent. I have never given 5 stars because I feel that there is always room for improvement, until today.

Sale price was 14100 minus 1200 trade-in. Even with sales tax and 250 to do paperwork, final sale was just shy of 16000. This math just didnt sit right with me. Just didnt feel as if our sales guy Bailey did everything that he could to get us a good deal. The other gentleman Zach, seemed a little more trustworthy.

Everyone was very helpful, answered all my many questions and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. Love my new car and very happy with the service.

Tried to set up an oil change appointment online... it didnt work. I showed up at the time and was told it didnt work... not a surprise since I never got a confirmation email. I will call next time. I have purchased a used truck from this location. It had a check engine light at the time of purchase. They agreed (in contract) to fix any issue regarding the check engine light. The truck was running low oil pressure and I was concerned. They stated they ran tests to fix the issue and didn’t really do that, they Got the check engine light to go away but didn’t fix the issue. Being the person I am I knew the issue wasn’t fixed. I just took it to chevy east service department and they have found the actual issue and are working to get it fixed. Even though I’m still under warranty I have to pay my deductible. I’m out money on an issue they said they would fix free of cost. They sold me aBad vehicle knowing it was bad. It’s in the contract to fix the issue and they didn’t. I haven’t decided what to do yet. I may be seeking some legal help on this. BE SMART. WATCH THAT THEY ACTUALLY FIX YOUR ISSUE AND NOT COVER IT UP.

They say u can get a car for 100 bucks a month but thats just to get you in the door. I told them I needed something around 150 a month. Next thing I know is that I traded in my car plus 500 dollars and a payment of 284 a month on a 10 year old car. I got screwed. thanks for the help.

I just purchased a new Mitsubishi Mirage. My salesman was Benito Reyes.Benito was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and the dealership.Now for the car I love it Im getting about 45 mpg combine city/highway.Its fun to drive and I can park it almost anywhere. For its size it is remarkably comfortable to drive and Im a tall person of 6 foot and I have plenty of room.I dont understand why all the professional reviewers are rating this car so bad.They must be comparing it to a Lexus or BMW.Its great just look at all the reviews of the people that purchased it.I filled the gas tank up on just $30.00. Also for a 3 Cylinder, I had the AC on and cruising down the interstate at 70 miles per hour all with no problems.

We called at around 3:00 to see if a car advertised on the website was still available. We were assured it was, and asked what time we could arrive by. We made the drive (during rush hour) only to arrive and be told the car we were interested in was sold yesterday, but could we be interested in another car? Really poor ethics, definitely feeling like it was a bait and switch.
