Good place to go when you need that specialty item that you cant find at Lowes or home Depot. Staff is usually pretty knowledgeable. Upon my last visit I needed a part for a stihl weed eater and unfortunately the two people that I dealt with ended up telling me that what I needed was unavailable. Problem with that is they are an authorized stihl repair facility 🤦‍♂️ and sometimes you just get people that dont know what theyre talking about! Overall a good place if you need some assistance though

Definitely will not be back all employees on floor make you feel very uncomfortable.they will follow you around the hole time watching you.also will ask you question after question then stand there. I live right down the road Ive been there multiple times thinking it was just a one or two time thing but its not. I know they probably had thefts but that dont mean they need to go to that extreme. to the point where one lady had a clipboard walking around and every time I looked over she was at the end of the aisle looking out the corner of her eye at me and my wife. at one point we couldnt even turn around in the aisle because it how many employees there was coming up and down the aisle or messing with stuff on the Shelf. as soon as we would walk out of that aisle and over to another one literally nobody would be there they would either be one aisle over from us or next to us asking questions all over again about what we were looking at

I met there to make a purchase from someone. I was pulling a 16 trailer with me. I was having problems with the lights and trailer brakes. When I got there I pulled the wire connector out and there was mud and road gunk and packed in it. I went in and was immediately asked by a gentleman who worked there if he could help me. I told him I was looking for some kind of electric connector cleaner and maybe a can of Duster. He lead me right to it and I got what I needed. Check out was quick and easy.

Great store and I try to shop here because its around the corner from me, but have not been there since I asked an older gentleman where something was and he grabbed me by the arm and pulled me towards the aisle. No harm intended probably but should avoid touching female customers

I dont like buying anything from ACE way over priced. Had to stop here though needing a plumbing part and paid twice what I could have got anywhere else.

Went there with my son over the weekend. Sat and waited for them to open at 10:00 along wit others out in the parking lot. At 10:10 they still are closed and people left to spend their money elsewhere. I like Handyman but they are literally cutting their own throats.

The wait time took awhile for customer service but overall the help was excellent on showing me how to use the product and even started it up for me.

Customer service was below par. We could not find any staff to assist us, and when the cashier asked about a rewards card and was told yes but we did not have it on us, we were blown off. We will not be returning.

Ive always been pleased with my experiences at all Handyman Hardwares. These remind me of the old time hardware stores when I would tag along with my Dad. There is always a kind person available to direct me to what Im looking for. Plus general browsing will most always turn up that unusual item that none of the big stores carry.

Didnt stand behind their product. Tried to return a splitting maul that my son got me for Christmas. The handle split as seen in picture. He didnt save the receipt. They confirmed that it came from their story, but wouldnt do a store credit, return or discount on a replacement. I wont be going back.

Great service.. I recommend this place! Furthermore, I was not harassed for not wearing a pointless mask. At least there are some businesses with common sense. Let your patrons make the choice.

Walked in this evening around 5:15pm and was first disappointed to see a customer walk in ahead of me without a mask. As I entered i saw the clerk at register waiting on a customer. I spent about 5 minutes getting my goods when I went to the register to see the same customer being waited on. The young man was obviously struggling. There were a total of 4 people in line waiting to check out. I walked to the back of store to see if they would open another register. I found 2 associates waiting on the man with no mask and they were huddled together looking at some product. I asked the older gentleman if he could open another register and he said he could open but there was no one to man the register. I found him to be dismissive and unaware of how foolish he looked with 2 Ace employees standing side by side helping 1 unmasked customer. I left my items on the paint counter and left.I was so disappointed by this experience as I have been coming to ACE for many years. If I dont have to go to Lowes, ACE is my first choice. I ended up going to Menard and found the associates ready to help. Then when I went check out, there were plenty of open lanes with no wait to check out. I was worried about how Menard might put ACE out of business but after this evenings experience, it is all on ACE and their associates as to whether or not they survive.

The gentleman who was assisting me wrote the product info down & suggested I order in their app online & have it shipped to the store w/free shipping. Pretty good selection, even if they didnt have what I was after. (I ended up making do with a suitable substitute). Store was very clean and well lit, in spite of being a bit cramped. My only complaint is getting accosted by 4 different employees within 7 minutes. Can I help you find something? Finding what you need? Anything I can do for you? Yeah, actually, give me a minute to get my bearings and Ill snag you if I decide I need help, okay?

I got keys made here very quickly and for about $2 a piece. The keys work as expected. 2 of them I had to sand down a little piece of for them to fit better, but still work well.

Ace Hardware stores always have very helpful staff. This store is no different. Great service! I needed a mix of several things and they had it all at good prices.

This Ace has been extremely helpful! We have a house build in 1959 that has original plumbing, electric, fixtures, & windows. When we have gone to Lowes we have never received the help we needed but every time we go to Ace they point us to the correct items each time. Their prices maybe a tad higher but the service is excellent which makes it worth it so we dont have to hire a professional for small jobs we can do ourselves.

Nothing makes me happier than great customer service. This review may have been a 1 star review if not for the fact that the owner went beyond what he needed to do to right a wrong. We dropped off some window screens that needed replaced about three weeks ago. They told us that it would be a bit until they could get to them. That was fine because we weren’t in immediate need of them. We called today to see what was taking so long as we’re having a party here next weekend. Two hours later the screens WERE HAND DELIVERED AT OUR DOOR, NO CHARGE. This is why we stay local. Thank you!

Recently moved away from an awesome ACE. I moved into a new neighborhood and needed some keys. The new-to-me ACE did not disappoint. Great service, friendly workers, and great technical support. The only thing that changed is the faces.

The attention of the associate and cashier were very thorough and professional.Unfortunately I had to return because the keys I needed cut would not work in the locks. After they attempted to recut them I just took a refund because the keys still didnt work.

Good store, very friendly staff here and they have just about anything youll ever need for home from paint to do it yourself projects. Prices here tend to run 10 to 15 percent higher that the chain lowes and home depot but its nice to stay in town, make a quick stop and then return home. Nice store and I visit frequently. If you ever need a chainsaw chain sharpened or a lawn mower blade this is the place to cone. The sharpening service here is second to none.

This hardware store has everything.

Associate was helping another customer and repeatedly assured me that he would be with me in just a few seconds. The associate then went off with the other customer to a different aisle, I waited and waited, finally I went looking for the associate and found him just as he finished helping the first customer. The associate then asked me if there was anything that he could help me with, I said yes and proceeded to lead the way back to the original aisle. On the way, another customer asked the associate which aisle locks would be in. The associate simply left me and walked off with the other customer. Time to take my business to a store where they dont even pretend theyre going to help me instead of one where they lie about it.
