I have been seeing Butch for several years, since my hearing when from bearable to dismal. He is by far the fairest business man in this market. He also exceeds the norm when comes to knowledge and is so excellent at customer care that I have to force tip him from time to time for all the tweaks, cleaning, unplugging, etc. that I need to get by. When I leave Butchs shop I always feel better because I can hear much better!!!
