I have gone there a few times and always have to explain what I need done more then once there seems to only be one person that works there at a time . There was just one thing after the other could not open my email of what I wanted printed was out of the card stock I wanted then told me there was some type of same day printing fee maybe its a thing but the other 10 times I have gotten the same type of copys in the same day I was never changed one. So today was my last time trying to use this place I walked out with out the copys and waste. 40 minutes of my life
I want to take the time to recognize Terri and Mindy from this store (center#0187). Today (March 17, 2021) around 1430, I purchased a shipping label for a package that I was apprehensive about sending to a paying customer. They both took the time to advise that, if I werent too sure about sending, it was possible to cancel the shipment before the pickup time later tonight. I decided to make a call to my bank to verify if the transaction, better yet the payer, was actually legit.So while I was on the phone with my institution to verify said customer, Mindy took the time to research the companys address and found ALL kinds (and I do mean ALL kinds) of reviews in which shippers were previously scammed. She subsequently refunded me and returned my package to me without any hassle and with the utmost professionalism.I have since reported that companys address for fraud, and have discontinued any communication with the buyer. I was only provided the address as I was creating the shipping label, otherwise I would have done more research myself. Thankfully, Terri and Mindy were a godsend in this situation and helped me dodge a H U G E bullet. I cant thank them enough for their teamwork, their professionalism and their customer care! Thank you ladies, again!
I paid for guaranteed overnight delivery by 10:30am. The documents apparently didnt even leave the store until the following morning, and arrived very late, complicating my deal. I called corporate for a refund and, after holding for thirty minutes, was told that the guarantee isnt backed by compensation: its completely illusory.
Based on the previous reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with my experiences at this FedEx Office location. The woman helping me was very attentive. She immediately greeted me when I came in, and, although she was working on something else when I came in, quickly got to me. I came in to print a poster and she effectively loaded my file, helped me to select a paper medium, and checked me out. No complaints here, would definitely return.
Nakita and the man (whose name I didnt catch) were incredibly helpful and patient with me while I waited on documents to download. They did a wonderful job of assisting me with my print job. Great customer service!
The woman working was extremely nice and helpful and the end result of my printing project turned out great. One man was incredibly rude but knowledgeable.
Slow service. No sense of conducting their work in an efficient manner. Three of us waiting in line to drop off packages while slowly wrapping and packing one persons entire Christmas gift shipment. Employees joking around about not answering the phone thats been ringing for 10 minutes while I wait in line because they are too busy... Great attitude.
This location is one of the best FedEx Kinkos I have been too. There is no size of printing that they can do to have the best equipment and above all customer service is some point I will definitely come back here. This is better than the UPS Store for sure.
Received an email the day before saying my documents would be ready for pick up by 7:30 am. I arrive at 8:50. I open the door for the fed ex delivery lady who is dropping off maybe 10 packages. The only person working the store says he will be with me shortly. He proceeds to check in the 10 packages first... Once he is done, I tell him that I am picking up an order. He tells me that that order is on its way there. His boss is bringing it from another location. She is not in yet. He attempts to call her. The other line rings and he answers it, hanging up on his outbound call. Another employee shows up... She retreats to her monitor. A second call is placed by the male employee... he tells me his boss will be there in 8-10 mins, she is on the highway now. No apology. Others customers come and go. The employees are not customer service focused but more of order takers. They dont offer suggestions or assist even when the customer needs advice. They just tell the customer to decide. 20 + mins later I believe I see the boss arriving with my job. I ask if that is my order, she acknowledged it was. Still, no apology for it being late, or for me waiting 30+ mins. We open the box to look at the items. They were completely black and white. I didnt place the order but I have never seen this completely black and white before. Come to find out later, it was done incorrectly and all the cover pages and end pages were to be in color. I get back to my office and see a second email saying my documents are now ready at 9:07 am. I was there at that time and no, they were not ready. I didnt leave the place until 9:30 am.I dont make a scene or even express my unhappiness with this type of service. I simply take my business elsewhere. I dont normally have this experience at other Fed Ex locations. This location needs help.
Nakita was wonderful. I love closer to a different FedEx office but I will make the trip to this one everytime. Thanks again nakita!
I work nights at the ER. Today I was woke up at 11am by a Fed Ex truck blasting a political station that sounded like Rush Limbaugh screaming We are at war They have finally come to take our liberty! It was so loud I panicked and ran down stairs. I really thought about bomb went off. I would prefer your drivers listen to music when they deliver. Head phones would be great especially if they are listening to screaming people. I await your response.- NE Persons
This is the weirdest and. Possibly worst customer service Ive ever had at a FedEx office formerly FedEx Kinkos. And I have used this blended brand for 20 plus years.I normally have the greatest experience here and if it wasnt for a young lady on the floor in the Nakita I think her name was, this would have been a one star review!I came in and one guy tried to help me behind the desk another guy push me towards a copy machine.I didnt know what I was exactly doing it took me 5 to 10 minutes, to even figure it out, and time was of the essence because I was running behind.finally the girl on the floor, asked me if I needed help and got another person to help me. The other guy behind the desk just wanted me to do it by myself.I know its a self-service copy machine store, but I wasnt familiar with the method of sending to print and go from my computer, PDF to the there copy machine.so long story short that young lady gave great customer service! Shes the reason for a five star rating today!She saw I had an issue, she got another lady to help me and she saved you guys with great customer service!I even tried to tip her, after my purchase, which is what I do with all great customer service, she wouldnt even take my tip!!I appreciate customer service like that, but the one who just throws me out there and said Ill do it yourself, if I need help, I dont appreciate that!To top it off when he checked me out, he talked to me like weve been friends for years calling me man like we were best friends for years.So in theory this is the worst customer service Ive received at FedEx office, but it was saved by a Nikita or whatever her name was, she gave me great customer service, I got the job done and now Im ready to go!!!!Since she would not take my cash tip, my tip to her is, she is an excellent customer service representative for this company she deserves everything positive that she can have! Keep being the best young lady!

Absolutely refuses to deliver signature required at an appropriate time. Instead does multiple attempts to deliver to a residential address during work hours. Genius... greedy a**holes who only care about checking the box but dont care about the customer.
Horrible customer service by Jill! Brought in a package to be shipped yesterday and was told that they wouldnt take it because there was a small hole that had been covered with tape. She said they were having complaints of damaged items. Took the package home, reboxed the package and brought it back in today. Once again Jill declines to ship the package. The label was already paid for! The package was then taken to the FedEx store off of Miller Lane and guess what? They shipped the package.Over the last three transactions that was done at this location there was never a problem. Sent the same size package each time. This was the 4th trip there and the last. Gas was wasted. Money was wasted. Never again will a foot be set forth in this place! Horrible customer service! Even the employees behind her was shaking their heads disbelief.I think the store needs to spend more time in leading their employees with customer service training!We are taking our small business needs else where now.
The packaging guy was friendly and worked quickly. He did a really great job of packing up stuff that was breakable.

Rude, manger wouldnt accept my package because it looked ruff, the package was perfectly fine. She seem to dislike me for no reason, i dont even know this lady. She came off very bitter, maybe she hates men ???Needless to say i got my package mailed off with no questions at ups.Fedex just lost a 4 year customer thanks to the manger. Everyone else there is nice and helpful.I will be making a complaint on the manger.
Quick, helpful. Was there at 4:45p on a Tuesday, in and out quick at 4:51. Did a print and ship job both.
I have submitted three jobs to this FedEx Kinkos in the last few months and every time they have been late and made mistakes that have to be redone. Each time it took longer to get a quote on lamination, which they had to send out to another vendor. I am now waiting on a quote for a job I submitted a week ago. The first time I requested service, they printed the materials on the wrong color paper and had to reprint and relaminate the materials. The final results were great and they did resolve the problem, so I requested a second job for some training materials. This time they were late and shorted me 2 copies of one file. I had additional files to be printed related to this job, so I asked them to do those so that the laminations would be done the same way. I needed the materials in about 5 days, but they said they could deliver in 2-3 days. They took five days and messed up on the copies again. They are unreliable, dont double-check the job, and are always late.
In store service is great but they never seem to answer their phone!

I have had he worse experience with this FedEx office each time I have visited! They are extremely rude and I often get conflicting information. I’ve called to get information over the phone and was on hold for over 30 minutes with no response.
Called, asked about getting a book spiraled. Drove to store for them to tell me their blade is dull and they can’t cut books. This location always seems to have something wrong and be stressed out. They do not like working with their customers.
