I arrived at this location at 7:35am. The door was locked. I called and asked if they were open. The woman that answered the phone said they are open and that the door was unlocked. I got back out the car and noticed a guy was unlocking the door. Upon entering the store, the woman pointed at the door that says “out” and told me that door was open. I informed her that I didn’t try that door since I was trying to come in. She said “well it was unlocked.” However, Joey’s customer service was impeccable, especially compared to hers.

Staff was nice and helpful..BUT I came in for a battery check and tester was broke ended up buying a whole new battery and it was not the problem..

Very helpful. They didnt have one item I needed. They called other store and I was able to pay for it and pick it up from the other store.

My tire light was on and I don’t know much about cars. I went inside to ask them 1) which tire needed air because they all looked the same to me and 2) how to put air in a tire. The employee on the floor literally laughed at me stating “You don’t know how to put air in a tire? That’s a first”. Then proceeded to tell me to visit a gas station. Another employee tried to talk me through putting air in my tire but my first problem was that I didn’t know which tire needed air. Long story concluded I never got what I needed but he definitely got a good laugh. 😒 and my light is still 🤬 on

This location is pretty good unlike the other locations. Tuwand runs a tight ship. They are very helpful and friendly.

Never return an item to Autozone! I returned an item that I couldn’t use for my car I had my receipt &’ the unused product in hand. They told me I would have my refund credited back to my card &’ it’s been 4 months still no money back. I called the store of which was purchased &’ called the corporate office as well as my bank &’ I still don’t have my money back but they have their product back. If you ever purchase from this company make sure you need the item because if not you will lose both product &’ your money!

Shout out to Ms.Chandra who helped me install a new battery in my car. She deserves a raise! She went above and beyond!!! Thank you again!!

ORileys is better, and Advance Auto just sucks but my second choice would be Auto zone.

The staff was informative, the manager helps when needed, and they had patience to help you get the things you need for your car.

Rude people they get mad when you ask questions like its not part of there job

On a recent trip to the AutoZone store in Fairburn, GA, I had an experience that was the opposite of what I anticipated, The GMC Yukon that I was driving at the time had a heater hose that gave way nearby to the store. My first reaction was to find a nearby Oreilly Auto Part, because that had become my nature having recently worked there as a GM for 4 locations as well as a Regional LP Auditor. However, Autozone was right in my sight and I had no choice but to seek assistance there. From the outset, I was assisted by the Store Manager, Tuwanda and another manager Cliff. They assisted me with obtaining the parts they had in stock as well as sending a driver to another store for an item below $10 in value. The tools I needed was also at my disposal and the dialogue we had while they attended to additional customers was welcoming. Customer service was great.

I went to the Fairburn location May 12, 2020 at 5:30pm to charge my battery for my E350, and to verify is it a good battery or bad battery. They gave me ticket and told me to come back in 2 hours. I came back to the store the same day at 7:44pm, there was one guy in the front. He said he couldnt get my battery his co-worker would have to. After waiting 10 minutes, one customer checkout. Once they were done I asked could I please have my battery. The clerk said Im trying to help you get your battery, he never moved a muscle to help. The clerk then asked me to pass him the cart in the middle of the walkway. I did reluctantly. Then the clerk said I can go get my own battery. I was shocked that he asked me that. I told the clerk l need the results from the test, please. Once again he brushed it off as if i wasnt there for 15minutes standing and waiting. Finally, I got fed up with the games and I told the clerk Ill get my battery and test it somewhere else. The clerk was just fine not providing customer service. Itll be a long time before I give this location my money. Ill just keep going to the location in Union City, Ga.

AutoZone is predictable. You know what you are going to get. I like this location because it is clean and those that work there are nice, friendly people. Kudos to the staff and the customers that were all wearing masks weeks ago.

This location is IDEAL when on the go and you need a car part fast.

My battery died after 7pm on a week night. I managed to get a jump and came to Auto Zone in hopes of finding a replacement. I knew that it was late and they probably wanted to go home but Quimby W. assured me that hed get it replaced for me. I drive a 12YO Chevy and the entire task was a hassle but he did it. I was even annoyed by how many things needed to be moved aside just to access the battery but Quimby never complained. Im so grateful because I didnt have a plan B. Id definitely return.

I came down from Atlanta for a business errand. My car’s alternator died on my way back home. I was stranded an hour away from any help. The manager, Tuwanda McCray, helped me find a mobile mechanic to fix my alternator in the AutoZone parking lot. It took a lot of phone calls to find one. She was heaven sent! I would not have gotten the issue resolved the same day without Tuwanda’s help. She even went out her way to find me an Apple charger so my phone could charge since my phone died. She stayed a little after her shift was over to make sure we were ok. Thank you Tuwanda!! She really went above and beyond to take care of us.

I went here to help someone get a light bulb for their 🚗. They offer loner tools which is very nice. I asked to borrow a screw driver. The young man gave me the screen driver, I replied thank you as I walked away, backed turned he stated make sure we get it back. I kept very calm and stated, that is a comment you should have kept to yourself. I will call corporate if I ever get a comment like that again.

I always find what I need for my car here. And the staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need.

Some of the employees are helpful and some arent. They will give you the incorrect parts. Make sure you know the part you need, dont rely on the auto zone employees

I have been to this location three times. Entire team is lazy and never seems attentive at all. Most recent experience had me not acknowledged, after standing around for five or so minutes. I noticed one of the employees was way more interested in what was going on with his phone, more so than taking care of the customer. If you want to Get in the Zone, find another one. There are plenty of great ones out there, this particular one is a total waste of time, unless of course you have time to waste, in which case this location fits the bill explicitly.

My experience here was excellent, cheap tag lights and they let me use a tool i needed to replace them there.

I bought a new battery and a headlight recently. To my surprise, the gentlemen there installed them both, at no extra charge. Its a breath of fresh air to receive such great customer service!

As with any and all Auto Zone parts store its all about the timing. The right time you get no long lines, customer service and your parts are there. Wrong time will get you long lines, poor customer service and maybe a part. It never fails.

I ended up having to not only get my shifter fix.. but the battery wasnt even screwed in so the cables ended up disconnecting and my car not starting.. I lost a day of work having to have someone look and it and paying them to fix it..not happy!

I bought replacement headlight bulbs about 6 months ago and it took them less than 10 minutes to change them. Went back today because one bulb went out. I was told they could not replace it in my car this time because of liability issues. This was supervisor on Sunday November 11th. Left and went to peachtree city auto zone and replaced the bulb in 10 minutes plus did not charge me for replacement bulb since it was only a few months. I will never go back to this particular store - rude and lazy

I have shopped here several times and I usually find what I need. Today, there were all females to my surprise, but we were able to figure out what product my car needed.

I was in the parking lot of this autozone 30 minutes ago and needed my vehicle to be towed. I was unsure if I could actually get it towed that same day (literally had a tow truck come and then leave without towing my car) and I went in and asked the nearest associate whether my vehicle would be towed if left overnight (it was not in a spot). Luckily, the person I decided to ask was the nicest most helpful and dedicated employee a customer and/or employer could find. Zenny came outside to see where my vehicle was parked, and went out of her way to help me push my car into a spot. There was no power steering whatsoever it was extremely hot and humid outside, and she really had to use a lot of time and energy to turn the wheels let alone push the car. I was helping but she did most of the work, and I am beyond grateful for her kindness and generosity. I will forever be loyal to this autozone because of Zenny, and sincerely thank her from the bottom of my heart. Even though the situation was grim, Zenny made this time for me a truly great experience.

After grabbing my product that I wanted to purchase,waited at the counter for 3 to 4 1/2 minutes after she asked me to step down to that computer. The (black) Afro-American lady was doing something else in the computer after waiting the time I did. Then she says hold on let me get out of this. I was not saying nothing or complaing the whole time. Then when she finally gets to me and I pull out the money to pay for the product she makes a noise and says I have no change. So I said ok and turned away and headed to walk out the door. This is the WORSE EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ever displayed.
