The worst pharmacy Ive ever been to! Always out of stock on one of my meds. A few rude works in that department. very slow drive though! Need more workers in the pharmacy department. Very messy needs cleaning in the pharmacy department. Line in store always long. Have to ask to speak with the pharmacist about a new prescription . Which I thought was mandatory

Absolute worse pharmacy location! The service is bad and slow. Each time I call, I’m on hold for a long period of time. One day i stayed on hold for 1.5hrs no exaggeration (see photo). I could drive to the city and back, heck even walmart and receive better and faster service than this location. They need new management and staff, if you can avoid this location.

Brianna is one of the most kind hearted and helpful individuals that I have encountered at any business. She goes out of her way to Greet you and then always asks if you need any assistance. This is one of the worst unprofessional pharmacies Ive ever dealt with. Yesterday I called they kept me on hold for 10 minutes. Today I call and theyve kept me on hold for 20 minutes. Understandable that they could be short handed but the thing is dont keep send me to the message. Im calling about my Sons seizure medicine and as of today no one still has picked the call up..I just needed to ask a question. This is not a social call..ridiculous.

It’s always an issue or some sort of discrepancy when I come to the particular CVS. The last time I prescription called in thus CVS by my physicians and when I arrived to pick them up I was told that there was no prescription there for me. I was also your that I was not in their system, I have been getting my prescriptions from this particular CVS for years now so if course I was extremely confused. I spank hours on the phone with my physician and the pharmacist trying to get my prescription only for it to be at this location all along. & lastly I had 3 prescription that were supposed to be filled. I was told to come back at 7pm to pick my medicine up and when I arrived I was told that it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. So, when I arrived the next day I received only 2 out of my 3 prescriptions and was told that I would have to come back to get the other prescription.

I use this pharmacy because its convenient and close to home, however the front staff is ok with greeting upon arrival, but the pharmacy have a lot of work to do as far as customer service, timing, staff, and a since of ergency

I moved to the area last year and I have visited this location several times this year (2020). Always clean, easy in and out in what is a busy front of street location. That alone impressed me. Friendly and helpful staff, so I don’t understand low average score 🤔

I drop off 2 prescriptions, get a text message advising prescriptions are ready, get there, 1 car in front of me, I wait 12 mins until my turn, get to the window and the associate takes my info comes back to the window 5 mins later to ask me “did you really want 1 of the 2 prescriptions”. WHAT?? Of course I want it, why else would I have dropped it off? She goes away and comes back 10 mins later with excuses. 27 minutes I will never get back. I know I said this before, but I promise you THIS WAS THE LAST TIME! I’m done!

By far the WORST pharmacy I have EVER experienced! Look at the reviews it says it all. They NEVER have your medicine ready! Automatic refill calls and let you know medicine is ready for pickup, get there, and nothing is in the system. Then you come back after hours to pickup as promised AND ITS STILL NOT READY! Stay away from this place!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, they are incompetent, dont answer phones, or provide even minimal customer service. They fail to fill critical prescriptions in a timely manner and you should go to any other pharmacy if at all possible. It is impossible to receive quality service here on any day, at any time thanks to the rude, incompetent, and inefficient pharmacy staff.

Dropped off prescriptions pretty late in the evening. They said they would be ready by 9am the following day, and that I would receive a text message letting me know. At 12:30 the following day I still hadnt received the text so I called. After being on hold for 13 minutes I was told that the prescriptions werent ready yet, but would be ready in the next 30 minutes. I wanted to ask if I would still get the text notification but she was way to busy to stay on the line and hung up on me before I could ask.

Poor Customer Service. The Pharmacy is unprofessional and careless. I have been waiting on a prescription to be filled for 2 weeks. I visited the store 3 times and called countless times. No one ever answers the phone in the pharmacy. I finally got through and asked for the Pharmacy Management and was hung up on. I had to call the front desk and ask for the store manager to get through to the Pharmacy. I FINALLY RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING MY MEDICINE WILL BE RETURNED IF I DONT PICK IT UP. No one ever contacted me to even let me know it was ready. No one in the entire store is on the same page. CVS needs to get an entirely new team at this location. This is the absolute worst CVS ever. My prescription is set up on automatic refills. Call at 6 to check on status because it has been showing “in process”. Was told it would be ready at 8pm today. Get here & they tell me they don’t have it & come back tomorrow. I told them absolutely not then next thing I know I’m told it’s being refilled but I need to get out of drive thru line & come in to wait because they about to close. Unacceptable

My mom wanted to know if her meds were ready and called to make sure before driving up there because she was sick. The moment she called, she was immediately put on hold and that lasted about 10 minutes. Realizing that they are not gonna pick up the phone any time soon, I drove up there for her. When I arrived there was a long line of people complaining about the wait. There were plenty of people there who were not working and they just ignored us and the phone (that explains why my mom was on hold for so long). I even asked them nicely what was taking so long and my response was either nothing or a stanky look. I was there for another 15 minutes before I finally received my mom meds. I was so mad and annoyed, I told my mom to switch pharmacies. We went there two more times before we finally switched and it’s a blessing. This place cares nothing for their customers and are just there to be there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Cvs should change management of this pharmacy or something. The poor customer service that one receives from the drive thru reflects on this location’s management. The wait times are always long and some of the staff have a very non-chalant attitude. On to the nearest search of finding a much better CVS!

I am at a friends house who happened to overhear me reading these reviews, and she says they NEVER had her prescription, or it wasnt ready on time! She simply transferred her prescriptions to Walgreens, which is further away, but well worth the drive. Therefore, I doubt I will allow this CVS to handle my prescriptions either!Note to this establishment: Word of Mouth can be the BEST form of advertisement, or YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!Customer Service is still EVERYTHING in a world of OPTIONS!!!!

Service at this pharmacy is very poor. There is no sense of urgency. When you come to pick up your prescription they tell you either it wasnt called in or there is a wait even after a few days of waiting to come in to get your medication. There are a few of the ladies that work the cash register that are very nice and professional however most of the pharmacist here are not very approachable and not helpful with a non-caring attitude. In all fairness to this area, this store needs to be torn down and rebuild with an all new staff. It needs a facelift. I only come here for the convenience of the location . My statement to this store : If you dont want to service the community that you work in, then customer service is NOT the job for you! Find another occupation.

I wonder if this place should be classified as a true pharmacy because it’s anything but that. The words that comes to mind is chaotic, disorganized, poorly ran, and incompetent. Someone in authority needs to close this store down and offer classes to pharmacist and clerks regarding customer service. You’d think that would be a given for any business. But, apparently you’ve never been here. I’ve been with CVS for years spanning several states so I hate to change. But, they’ve really given me no choice.

Very incompetent and slow! One of the pharmacist didnt even know the generic name of one the prescriptions called in for me and was very rude on top of that! I wonder if the pharmacist are actually even certified. I have been going here for over 5 years but I just cant deal with this unprofessional behavior any longer. I switched here after cvs took over targets pharmacy. bad decision. every single time my dr sends the script they do not fill it. when I say I want it filled online they do not ever fill it. horrible service. im glad I read the other reviews so I know. my dr sent the script monday at 930...its still not filled on Friday.

Terrible service. Called for an emergency refill, being as I’m in town from school and left my medication in another state, and they said it would be ready in one to two hours. FIVE HOURS LATER I’m able to go up there to get it, and it’s not ready. So I call back, about two hours after that, and they say that are out of it And haven’t had it for a while?? Why not call me and tell me that so I can call another CVS to fill it, instead of me waiting all day to hear if it’s filled? Absolutely awful customer service and a waste of my time.

I was on the phone for 37 mins just waiting for someone to just pick up the phone and acknowledge the face that the phone was ringing I remained on the phone and walked in the cvs towards the pharmacy to see a line yes they was busy.... but in 37 mins not to pick up the phone and say please hold say something just something not one staff answered the phone and I watch Alexis 4 time press buttons on the phone and silence it before it started to ring again I stated hey someone whats to answer that she say Im busy I said ok you could have at least picked up the phone and the phone is STILL RINGING she continues on to what she was doing the cashier asked me name dob and address out loud for me to help her look up my son and my medication I said it needs to be ready and filled the cashier stated its not here I dont see it I said this is why the phone needed to be answered to save a trip so i was Finally able to speak to the pharmacist and she search for my medication and told me to give her about 30 minutes but please do not forget that I still had the phone ringing and no one continue to answer poor service

They are always understaffed, prescriptions are NEVER ready when they are supposed to be, they are extremely slow inside and omg don’t even go through the drive thru you will be waiting 45+ min! They never answer the phone, They are slow morning, noon, and night! All of the bad reviews on here are true! Find yourself a different pharmacy, cvs etc don’t waste your time. Omg and they do COVID testing through the drive thru which extends your wait time to over an hour!!!!! It’s too many free places around here that’s doing free COVID testing! And you can’t even get your prescription because the line is too long. I dread coming here…..

Came to the pharmacy at 530 on Thursday 6/13/19 spoke with the pharmacist himself he told me my medication would be ready in 3 hours not knowing they would be close. So I came the next morning at 944 because my appt is at 11am and I needed the meds in my system before appt. The pharmacy tech told me the RX was not ready but will be ready later today I explained to her I could wait but I needed the meds she stated there was nothing she could do. This place is very unprofessional and always lack adequate staff very dissatisfied will look for different pharmacist.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. They clearly arent there to help people. Im in the customer service business, and this pharmacy needs a major revamp. Ill never step foot in this particular one again. No one has a sense of urgency to help, and alleviate a situation. If reviews mean anything to CVSs brand, it would benefit them greatly to look at the reviews at this location in particular and maybe change some things.

First time at this CVS..not only were they SLOWWWWW with nobody in line but were gossiping instead of working and to top it off!!!!! The lady called out my prescription out LOUD and asked was that the right one! That’s against HIPPA! This CVS has to be the worst pharmacy. I’ve given them multiple chances and each time I get more disappointed. There is no sense of urgency when it comes to getting your prescriptions filled. You can triple your expected wait time. Please save your frustration and go somewhere else.

I only gave it one star because thats the lowest avalible. This is the SLOWEST pharmacy EVER!. Drop off Rx at 1:00 p.m. Was given a pick up time of 5:00 p.m. I waited until 6:30 to go pick it up only to be given the runaround about insurance. Theyve filled medication for me before so its not a issue. After I called Caremark standing their did they put in the information given to them They didnt EVEN TRY TO CALL!!! Finally around 8:30, I was told the medication needed prior auth. Here I am NOW on the PHONE with my insurance company trying to get this done. Its only taken 7 min. Had they done this YESTERDAY I wouldnt STILL BE IN PAIN TODAY!!

I have been trying to call in my prescription throughout the day. They keep putting me on hold!!! The hold times are 30 to 45 minutes.... when I hang up and call back they answer just to say if they can put me on hold, before I can get a word out. I get put on hold again...They deserve a zero star!

This pharmacy is so unorganized, unprofessional rude nasty attitude facility. The other night I was there and the employee brought her daughter to work with her. The little girl threw her juice box at me then started singing a song about a fat lady at the counter (assuming me). That same night all the ladies in the pharmacy were not working as a team and there was a lot of friction in front of customers.

My daughter gets her prescriptions in Douglasville CVS on Fairburn Rd. This is the second time in two weeks a critical rx error was made for my daughter. She is pregnant and mildly mentally challenged. She is trying to live on her own. But they gave amlodipine which does she not take also losarton which is known to cause skull bone deformities as well as kidney deficiencies. Now there is a very low amniotic fluid index. This store is careless and not informed. Scheme on you.

The service is horrific! This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever had to do business with. The pharmacy staff the is rude, unprofessional and ugly..... go figure. I have refilled medications through the automated system to be given a approximate time of when they will be ready. I usually have to wait a additional day or two becuz they are slow and lazy. Ive called on several occasions to follow up on prescriptions and the lazy techs/pharmacist put me on hold for up to 20 minutes or more. Im going to write a formal complaint to CVSs corporate office. They need to clean house..... and bring in new management and staff. They lack customer service and good work ethic. It is amazing how you can drive up the road to CVS off Jonesboro Rd. . And receive excellent customer. However, the governing body should be held accountable for the poor service that this location provides. The service and staff SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
