My Grandma went to this place. The place was phenomenal. There place is exquisite they listen to every single detail my grandma was amazed of how she understood since she is a foreign person with hearing problems. Anyway I love the staff they were so kind and so nice I never expected this behavior from them. The receptionist, Sarah, was very sweet. I hadn’t been to this location and it had been over 10 years since I had been to their other venue so they had me fill out some paperwork. They have a Keurig coffee machine and a TV (with closed captioning for those deaf or hard of hearing!) in the ample sized waiting room. Once in the testing booth Denise (Dr. Martin) tells you everything she will do before she does it and she exams your ears gently before the hearing exam. She conducts the hearing tests that the physician orders. She will then discuss the results generally with you (your physician will go over the results in detail). Should your physician desire you to have a hearing aid, you will come back to be fit for an ear mold and discuss the best hearing aid for your needs. Excellent service and skills. I spoke with Sarah who booked an appointment for me with the audiologist. They have two offices - I went to the Fairfield office. Ample parking, clean and safe area. Denise who was my audiologist was very adept at explaining what she was doing and was very careful while inspecting my ears. She is very proficient at what she does. Excellent experience here.

The most detailed and thorough hearing exam I ever experienced. I was taken aback by the series of tests that truly measured my hearing loss.

Although an appointment date had to be changed due to a computer malfunction, a new appointment date was agreed upon and all workedout well. The receptionist was especially courteous in making the change. The examination was painless and efficient. Instructions wereclear and easy to follow. I would recommend Dr. Martins Hearing Service.

They where very friendly and extremely helpful they got my mom in very quickly for an appointment and sent her test results to the doctor right away. We will be coming back for a follow up for hearing aids I am sure they will make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend a visit if you have hearing needs.

This Drs office is so friendly (as Sarah welcomes you) that it doesnt seem like a Drs office at all. But still very professional. I was immediately put at ease. Dr. Martin explained everything in advance perfectly and it was completed quicker than I expected. Very good.

Huge inconvenience especially for children....it wouldve been nice to know your no longer dealing with certain kids instead of me calling to schedule routine maintace, get a call back then a month later someone else say oh no, we no longer work with those kids anymore, havent since the begging of the year! Incompetent staff, but at least old Ellen is gone... Good riddance

I should have taken the sudden loss of direction that occurred when my husband got off the freeway an exit too soon and got lost as an omen...as he talked to the receptionist to get new ones...I had a sense of forboding that left me breathless. to my credit, I would have never chosen this soul less, sterile, cookie cutter mcdonalds like chain of audiologist..they hook you with the free hearing test and are getting kickbacks to push certain brands of hearing aids. they have no interest in your story, so shut up and lets see if we can get you in some thousand dollar hearing aids...to their credit, they work with religious fervor to deal with and get insurance approval// if I were a lower vibrating human being...my visit with the woman giving my test this morning would have made my day horrible....do yourself a favor...get an iphone and download the hearing aid apps...as said hearing test giver pointed energetically at the results and told me I could no longer wear hearing aids because they could do nothing, and that I needed a implant....I remembered the clear voices of my family from last night, the almost overwhelming noise from the first movie I have watched in many months and been able to hear clearly, oh and dont forget the hour long perfectly clear phone conversation with my daughter where I heard her voice loud and clear and we repaired a precious connection///the asian woman was overtly hostile and condescending to the point of humor. do your research, learn the products, the production of ANY hearing test made today is TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS, businesses like this prey on your ignorance....do not consent to horrible service.///review good and bad. write letters and call these inefficients out on their behavior. the first day I went here with my mother in law, none of the audiologist smiled or welcomed anyone in the waiting room but their patients...that is a major sign...true humans that are grateful to you for their livlihood are welcoming, humble and grateful/ I expected more from an all woman office....take your business where you are made to feel valued and appreciated. my last wish as that the loved ones of the staff at hearing services of fairfield are treated with love and kindness in all their transactions...I will do better, and work on listening, without being patronizing/// if a nasty experience makes you do better...then it is not all bad....

A great service for my moms hearing aids. The specialist at Fairfield speaks Spanish and is very friendly and very clear in explaining the procedures. Your receptionist only speaks English but is very helpful and when he calls you to report something, he immediately puts up a translator if you dont speak English. I highly recommend it.
