Stopped in for a pump strainer basket and spider gasket. They were very busy. It was the week before Memorial Day. Helped right away by a young man. Limited stock. The president of the company took over at the request of the young man. She tried finding the items I needed in a catalog and said if I called back with make and models she would try to order from the warehouse. A for effort. D for results. I ordered from Amazon and had both items I needed in 2 days.

Had them put a unground pool linner in and within a year the linner was coming out around the coping they said they could fix it so a couple of weeks went by no sign of them then after numerous calls to Jill at the store they finally came out and tried to fix it but a couple of days later it was coming back out again. I called Jill she said she would call the guys and find out what was going on. Then Jill said they could fix it with adding a new piece of coping around the pool above the original coping but it would cost around $800.00 but I told her to order it and do it. Well I waited a couple of months thinking it was ordered so I called Jill again and said I haven’t heard from your guys what’s going on ? Needless to say they now said that wouldn’t work so I got tired of waiting on them and they weren’t going to do anything. I spent $ 2000 to $2500 for a linner that didn’t last a year and I have spent a lot of money with them on chemicals and a dolphin pool cleaner I will never step in that store again terrible customer service. I found out they put in a linner that was cut to short that’s why it kept coming out. This was over a 2 year period and i Mercer heard anything from them since. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we went through with there service.

Best place to get pool supplies been going there for years. Don’t even think walmart, pool stuff has better prices and better products and they Specialized in everything about pools. This place is amazing! This is our first year owning a pool and the staff was Super Friendly! I had a very comfortable experience and they didnt try to get me to buy a whole bunch of items, only what I needed! Definitely will be coming back!

The staff is incredible and very knowledgeable. They can pinpoint any issue and give you step by step instructions to fix it. I wish I had found them before spending several hundred dollars at a competitor who did not come close to helping fix the problem.

Great little pool store - very knowledgable and friendly pool experts. Sometimes they can be busy and you have to wait a bit for them to sample your pool water but they are worth the wait and helped to rescue my pool.
