Ive been coming here for years with my kids, weve never had a bad experience, the employees are always kind and helpful and the ice cream is the best! Keep up the good work

Cold Stone Creamery is the very best. You pick your base ice cream flavor from a huge selection, and on a cold marble stone they mix in all the candies, goodies, nuts, fruits, chocolate, caramel, cookies, etc that you like.You end up with the best ice cream Creations imaginable. My favorites are the cheesecake base ice cream flavor and add strawberries and graham cracker crumbs. You get a strawberry cheesecake ice cream that is to die for. You can also take chocolate fudge ice cream, have them add real peanut butter, chocolate, nuts, smashed up peanut butter cups, and add chocolate syrup to make a peanut butter fudge dream.There is no limit to the combinations that you can make, its just insane. Ill include pictures of the recipes and the different types of ice cream that you can doctor up to bake your greatest creations. This place is so good its evil.

The ice cream wasnt bad and the price wasnt either but it wasnt worth waiting 45 minutes.

Best ice cream, with varieties, They mix m&ms and Kitkat, ends up being so good. I never really liked cookies and cream until I tried there cookies and cream. All the flavors they add and mix together makes every flavor of ice cream good.

Poor service, poor attitude. Ive waited for 15 minutes to be served. One of the associates processed someone elses order and then took someone who has just walked in, even though they saw me waiting. None of the other associates reacted. Ive waited some more and left without ordering.

Waited in line for an hour, after placing our order the girl forgot it as she was making it.Then, she took the cup with the ingredients and transferred it into a shake cup, then, took the cup into the back behind closed doors 3 times!!! After 20 minutes of waiting, she served us a runny/watery shakeWe also ordered a strawberry shortcake, the young man who scooped the ice cream, held the ice cream in the air with the spatulas as he talk to another customer to the point where I had to request that my ice cream not be exposed to the COVID 19’ air that long as he conversed with another customer... The staff was EXTREMELY SCATTERED and all over the place, definitely in need of organizational/listening skills across the boardWe were no longer interested in the order and declined

Ice cream here is delicious. Located in a nice shopping complex with so many shops to visit and little park for the kids. The park has a train for kids and sitting area for adults to keep eyes on their children while they play.

What can you you say but great ice cream. Lines can get long in evenings on hot days. Not the cheapest but the choices of flavors is good making a near endless possibilities of combinations. The staff are all very friendly, someone is doing a great job of training them.

The best cold stone we’ve ever been too! The 3 girls working were so sweet and professional!We were blown away by their genuine kindness! The ice cream was amazing too!

My family and I love Cold Stone for a treat. The staff is always friendly. We enjoy their signature mixtures or picking add-ins to the ice cream.

Waited 15 minutes in 80 degree weather only to be told they were out of waffle cones... This was not a surprise heat wave, so maybe forcast and prepare your business a little better. We ended up not ordering anything and just leaving.

This place is absolutely awesome. I love the catchy singing Vibe when you walk in, the general demeanor of the employees is happy, and the products are tremendous. If youre looking for ice cream, this beats Baskin-Robbins hands down.

Good variety. My children enjoy the creamy texture and flavors. I personally like the green tea flavored plain. Worth the trip.

It was good ice cream and quick service. I think they need to learn a new song though as we heard it 4 times in line and it was the only song.

First time ever here (Yes Im weird) and I love it! Fully custom milkshakes! Will say Reeses mixed in coffee ice cream, was not what was expected. Still good although not for me. Experiment with flavors anf mix-ins and have fun with it!!! Just dont forget to tip for all their hard work!

Great customer service got a cake for my wifes birthday was taken care of fast and they did an amazing job I feel for them though having to sing everytime they get a tip they do it no problem I personally would hate having to do that but they are amazing being able to do that no problem great employees

I asked for Jr Mints and was scoffed at 😂 It wasnt until I was leaving that I realized that they had Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Mint. Teenagers! They almost got 5 stars. I might be prejudiced, but I think theirs is a bit creamier than others.

They have a new ice cream, baked banana bread Mmmm! I substitute the French vanilla in Banana Caramel Crunch with this ice cream and its 🔥. First week of Fall in CA and its 90° so of course they were busy at 7PM, but I was in and out.

Love the ice cream but the staff was disorganized, mixed up the size cream as well as flavors. Had long line because they made a lot of mistakes.

Used to work at this location back in the day. There has been many improvements to the store itself. Ice cream is still as delicious as ever and staff was very friendly.

I had a sea salt caramel with Heath bar and Reeses peanut butter cup and it was so good OMG I cant wait to get paid so I can go and get that again but get it in the bigger size

Pretty dope place. When you give them a tip, they sing some weird chant thing that was pretty cool. Or atleast the people that worked there when I went in sang the chant.
