The only place to suite me with a perfectly fitted bra collection. The bras are all high quality, extremely well fitted, and offered in many levels of comfort. I refuse to buy a bra anywhere else. I’ve been wearing the wrong size for my entire life. I am 9 months pregnant and I’m finally for the first time in my life so comfortable with my new bra styles. I couldn’t express my comfort and happiness enough. The sizing process is extremely accurate. The owner and associates are also spectacular and extremely accommodating.

I found this shop to be well-stocked with a variety of undergarments and some sleepwear. I was specifically looking for undergarments that would be suitable post-cancer surgery, and was very happy with the pleasant and attentive service I received! Thank you!

This store is not a customer friendly store. Although they said the pajamas my daughter bought were not returnable when she got them home the bottoms which were separates were too tight . She drove back to this store and within 1 hour just wanted the next size up and they would not allow it .My daughter is a Bridgeport school teacher who has faced many challenges during COVID and being denied a simple request was just outrageous. But not to worry this store will not last long with the customer service practice or lack thereof!!!!!!!!!!

This is the place to go for bras, lingerie, and anything else a woman might need. The staff is wonderful! They know what theyre doing, and they spend as much time with you as it takes for you to find the perfect fit.

The easiest, quickest and painless experience ever!! I was helped immediately, tried on one bra and it worked. They knew exactly what I needed, never bra shopping anywhere else.

I went window shopping at In the Mood Intimates and saw a couple of things I really liked. My adult children had me quarantining before Christmas so that we could all be together safely. So I didnt want to go in and when I got home called the store. The owner answered and was happy work with me to do everything over the phone and the next day I went back for a curbside pickup! I really wanted to shop local and it was truly appreciated. The owner Karen even sent me a thank you email for being a repeat shopper. Both gifts were also nicely packaged! I highly recommend this business. They have a really nice selection for all ages. And they have a really friendly staff!

Visited in the mood twice over the last month. The first style I tried didn’t work out for me and the staff was happy to assist in finding me something better. Sarah went above and beyond to fit me and find me a style that would work for my larger size. Highly recommend this store for anyone that has a hard time finding the right style (especially larger chested women).

Its always a pleasure visiting In the Mood, whether Im looking for something specific or just browsing. They have a wonderful selection and the associates are extremely personable and knowledgeable. Definitely not a hard sell environment. They are really interested in your personal taste and guiding you towards something that feels custom-made for you.

They have a large selection of bras/bralettes in multiple styles, colors & sizes - and if they dont, theyll special order it for you. Karen & the entire staff does an awesome job making you feel like youre their only customer. They are friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable. You will leave there confident that the bras you purchased will fit you correctly and last too. I also love the personaI touch Karen gives her customers by sending a thank you email. I am so glad I came here--after weight changes recently I suspected I needed to find a better fitting bra, and Karen and her sales associates were wonderful and helpful! Dont underestimate the benefits of the right bra--everything fits and looks better and I feel about ten pounds thinner. Large inventory(they have your size!), comfortable fitting rooms, and personalized service. Highly recommend.

Recently been looking for a bra that has been discontinued. Stumbled upon In The Mood and found something comparable. Purchased on line with curbside pickup. Coincidentally the store was having a sidewalk sale and found some GREAT steals. Great staff - very helpful.

Love this store. I have purchased my favorites bras here after a great salesperson fitted new and recommended a bra I never would have thought to try. I exclusively shop their now for all lingerie, sleepwear etc. Plus they have a rewards program and run great promotions. I highly recommend shopping here!
