Warranty work was done on time and within the available time based on the dealerships workload. The service team was very straight forward with diagnosis of the issue I brought up and with recommended fix. The vehicle was done in a timely manner and delivered on time, as communicated. It was a pleasure bringing my car to them even though i was coming from an hour away. Would highly recommend!!!!

I didn’t have an appointment but was experiencing issues with my headlights not working, which is a problem since I couldn’t drive at night. They allowed me to drop my car and squeezed my car in between their appointments and had it fixed within 24 hours.

I went in for an oil change, which was a bit overdue. The staff is very professional and helpful. They checked out my vehicle thoroughly and there were a couple lights out on vehicle, which I had no idea that they were. To top off the pleasant experience, the wait wasnt long and I received a free car wash with coupon given to me. The car wash was just up the road from dealer. 👍

I wouldnt recommend this place at all good salesman bad service take it frome me that i bought a car and in 5 months transmission was bad Worsted experience ever!!!!! Now is been 2 months with out a car and front desk there rude an they dont want to help i ask them if they can help me the answer is i have more then 100 customers. I have a kid that is only 2 years old that i need to take him to his doctor appointment an they didnt even gave me a rental i think there just doing this to us because we are young so i really dont recommend this place. I wish there were a layered that could help me with this car fraud.

Quickly handled my recall repair and they even had a local shuttle van that took me to the local gym and then back to service station so I didn’t have to wait there for my car to be done. Pleasantly surprised with that service and very pleased overall.
Not satisfied with the response to my complaint pertaining to the auto headlights. The sensor for the auto headlights is too sensitive and turns on my headlights while it is still quite bright and light out. This causes the interior lights to dim making it difficult to see the instrument panel.The service advisor said there was no service alert in the system so the sensor is working correctly. I disagree, while it is not failing it is way too sensitive and should be replaced!

Professional and courteous service--they are very careful about making sure that protection from COVID-19 is done. I also forgot the printout of the coupon and they were able to help me with that as well. I also observed them try to help someone who walked in off the street for tech help. I was only there for 5 minutes and it was enough for me to leave. I came to this place to purchase a fully loaded mirage. Jay seems like he was doing something and got annoyed that I wanted to test drive a vehicle. When I tell him that I want to see a mirage he proceeds to tell me that there is one right behind me (looked like a base model with a color that I was not interested in) keep in mind this was all with an attitude that I did not appreciate. I do not know if it was because I was in sweatpants or because I’m young and he thought there was no way I came to buy a car. But what I do know is that I’m gonna be looking elsewhere. The lady did try to look for it in stock but after what happened I did not feel like giving my money to this place.
I was completely satisfied. i had not brought my car to you before, but will always do so in the future.i will also say, Christine who i spoke with was so professional, courteous, an kept me in the loop allthe time. the time to fix was over a week, but that is not the fault of the service center, but the part to be ordered, and my insurance company to approve.i would evenconsider purchasing from you in future when the need arises.

Very good from time to make appointment to pick my fixed car. The customer service lady that book my appointment to have my car fixed was very helpful, she even stayed about half hour late to accommodate my time of picking my fixed car on a Wednesday night. Car service closed at 5:30 pm and I arrived like 5:35 pm to picked my fixed car.The price was very decent, and they even fixed one of the turn signal lights.Overall, I am satisfied with the whole experience, as I went there solely based on they had good reviews compared to others in the CT area. And to that extent, I was more than satisfied.Ill most likely go again if needed.

I’m the proud owner of a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and I can’t begin to explain how happy I am. The have other great vehicles, and I wish I could buy them all! But you should check them out if you looking for a new car.
Nice staff, except for this one mechanic who crossed the street between the 2 dealerships. I stop and the guy doesnt even wave or do anything to show signs of life. So if driving look out for half alive mechanics crossing the street.

Not only do I love this dealership because they sold me a great vehicle but they continue to offer me great service. I always bring my car to the dealer for service and repair. The guys working in that department are great and they always give me a good deal. This dealership goes above and beyond with customer service.

I called to ask if they could get a copy of the key to my Montero and 2001. They said that if that was available in stock. I came to the shop and they said they had to order it and took a week (had said that they had available). When I returned the following week said the new key is faulty and could not be programmed. This after an hour and a half wait. They reordered the new copy of the key and gave me an appointment for a week later. Again I came to the workshop and after waiting two hours then tell me they have to remove the lock on my Montero to verify cylinder series, because they do not understand why the new key does not work. The worst of it is that they want to charge me $ 210.00 for checking the cylinder. Why is that? The problem is Mitsubishi. Why do I have to pay for Mitsubishi deficiencies? ? I have this car since new, has never changed anything related to the keys.

Our family had just returned from 5 years overseas and needed to research, test drive and purchase (or lease) a new car. We were staying with family in CT, but would be residing in the Boston area, so it was a bit of a unique situation. We went to a few dealerships in the area to survey different vehicles and narrowed it down to two. We went to Fairfield Mitsubishi and was really floored with how considerate and outgoing the staff were. They showed us the Outlander. Showed us a detailed comparison to the other vehicles we were looking at and helped us understand the pros/cons. When we decided on the Outlander, they even helped to arrange for a dealer in the Boston area to go to the DMV on our behalf to get MA. plates for us that we could pick up when we moved there.
