Been here a few times and usually load pretty quick, today was no exception. Checked-in by calling phone# on door, gave me a dock#,waited in truck until loader finished. He bang on trailer to have me come sign Bills. Everything was smooth. Lots of room here!

Well here we are again, Encore Glass is not a retail glass store but a wine glass (bottles) distribution facility for Vintners of the Napa Valley and surrounding area. It is Top Notch, as I am here almost daily sometimes multiple times a day to transport orders to our customers wineries from Southern California to Northern Washington.

Everybody that delivers to this place say its a nightmare. Ive been there a few times and I dont have any problem with it at all.

Its a nice place to get empty wine bottles, but I wouldnt want to live there.
