I couldnt be happier with the service I received here! They did significant body work on my husbands Raptor after someone rear ended him. They did a fantastic job so when I had a problem with my car he suggested I get them to look at it. I stopped in today to have them look at my car and they took a quick look then asked if he could pull it in the back for a look. When he came back my car was fixed. Simple fix but super honest. Thank you for the great service. We will definitely use them again.

Geat people who no what thay r doing

Doug and John are the best when it comes to customer service. They were welcoming and honest with me the whole time. They had my 2018 sonata for about 6 days, one of which they are closed so 5 days. I had a tire hit my car and it ruined my front end. They were able to fix it without a problem. I have a bunch of sensor in front and they made sure they were in working order before handing me my key. I will always take my car here no matter what. Thank you guys and all the guys in the back for fixing my baby and detailing my car.

Had to get an estimate for a repair. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I had my car repaired there previously and they did a tremendous job for a fair price. I will have my car repaired there again and I know that my car is in good hands.

Lucassen Paint and Body is a Veteran owned/family run business and the customer service is exactly what youd expect from that. Youre welcomed warmly and taken care of. The work they do is great, and they are fairly priced. If you are on the eastern shore and need paint or body work, stop looking and just go to Lucassens!

Lucassens Body shop is the best body shop in Baldwin Co. Walter, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the hard work, diligent effort, and, knowledge to find the problem with my car that 15 mechanics before you could not. The hours that have been put into this car is embarrassing to be completely honest, and you Walter found a 7mm difference in 7 hours that they all missed. That may not seem like much toany of you... But after the 10 pain staking months of driving an unsafe vehicle I literally owe my peice of mind to this man. I wish there was a way to repay what he did for me. I wish he could really understand the gravity of what he did for my family and I .Doug, I want to thank you for being so informative and kind. All in all, if you need a body shop make sure you choose wisley. Your insurance is not on your side until you make a point, and let me tell you have many hours I have spent trying to make it to the top of that.
