The manager of this store is so awesome . I lost my phone and wallet and he helped me every step of the way. Gave my kid a free toy and looked for my phone for almost 2 hours until it was found. Didn’t catch his name, but thank you!!!! Employees were also helpful, calling my phone, and looking. Thank you all!!!!

Deserves 0 stars, this is by far the worst walmart I have ever been to. Unless you want to be angry, grocey shop at publix.

I came in for a new tire last Friday. My rear right on my SUV was literally coming apart and I had a funeral to attend up North that I had to be at. I was quoted and given the wrong price/tire size. After having waited 30 minutes, I find this out. It was a tad frustrating as my Husband had sent me with just enough to cover the charges of what we were told as he had to go into work and so I would have to wait until he got off work to get money out of his account to cover the new amount. I had no issues with waiting until later in the day when my Husband was off from work. Yes, it would have cut things close in regards to making it up North in time for the funeral services but not impossible. Just as I started to leave the store with my daughter, an elderly man came up to me. He asked me how much I had on me and I told him I was almost $14 shy and would come back in a few hours. To my amazement he offered to pay the $14 towards my tire on the new amount priced so I could get on the road for the funeral and not have to wait so late in the day to hit the interstate. Im not writing this review to brag about the tire. Im writing this review to brag on Mr. JB. Had it not been for him, I would have been on the interstate late that night driving with my 8 month old daughter and truth be told, I cant see well at night to drive. He didnt know that though but still. Had it not been for him, I would have had to come back and wait God knows how long to get the work done because they were really busy that day even when I arrived 20 minutes after opening. So, to all the managers here, JB is so kind and thoughtful. He did not have to help me and he opted to do so anyways. He even made sure I had the correct tire size this time and that I didnt have to wait all day. Ive seen him a time or two since last Friday and always he is polite. Just wanted to brag on one of your employees and I hope you share this review with him!

Had a quick question about an over the counter medication. They didnt make me wait in line and the Pharmacist himself got my question answered, and headed in right direction Cool !

Now I know why Walmart Pharmacy has only a 3.7 star rating. Actually, I’m surprised it’s that high! They were unable to even conduct a simple prescription transfer from Walgreens, and process it through insurance properly. After waiting in line two hours after I was told it would be ready, they asked me to go to the back of the line again, behind five cars, while they figured it out. Apparently making a phone call to the insurance company two hours prior was too much to ask. Oh, I should add it was their suggestion to have them transfer the prescription over...I guess they hadn’t reached their quota for people to aggravate that day...

I don’t write google reviews, but they were horrible enough to deserve one! Took 1 hour to fill a prescription! I was the only one in line! I had to call the doctor back to get him to call in the order twice and had to wait an additional 40 min. They’ve got a lot to figure out!

Worst service ever. Was told it would be a 30 min wait for my prescription so I walked around and checked back after 30 mins and was told a another 5-10 mins. I waited almost an hour and a half when I had other things to do and somewhere to be at 6. I ended up leaving at 5:50 I got there at 4:30?? If it’s gonna be a long wait that’s fine just tell your customers so they aren’t standing around waiting. They can go and come back.

I really love the staff at this wal Mart In Fairhope, they have Always been friendly and helpful to me, even if I call them from home with questions they take the time to talk to me..Ive been going here for years and I havent had a bad experience at all so I will continue as long as the service is good

I was very happy with my experience at first because the lady found a way to save me money on my prescription then while she was applying it to my prescription my sister said put it in your phone so you will remember it next time and the woman yelled at my sister Im writing it down so hush. She was very rude and when my dad said thanks for your patience she said yeah and Im sorry I yelled at your kid. I will not be using this pharmacy again. I have been with Wal-Mart for many years but this woman is so rude that I would hate to deal with her ever again.

They carry Dilaudid number 4 which are hard to find!

Im not a Walmart can in general but the pharmacy is pretty good

I would like to start out with saying that Ive used this pharmacy for about 3 years now. The only problems Ive had in the past have been related to my doctors (not calling in prescriptions on time, etc). Most of the techs are beyond friendly, & they always greet you with a smile. The pharmacists have also been very friendly, helpful, & kind. My problem happened with them yesterday. I just got a new primary care physician, & I took a paper prescription around 4:45 to be filled. I was supposed to have 2 other prescriptions sent electronically about 2 hours prior. When I went to the drop off, the tech went & got a pharmacist whom Id never seen working there before. Her only words were Im not going to fill this. Professional judgement. My fiance was standing there with me when she told me that. I have no idea what that means; Ive never heard that in my life. I tried asking her what that meant, & she would not answer a single question. She just kept saying over & over: professional judgement. Not only did she embarass me beyond belief, but she was down-right rude. I understand choosing NOT to fill a prescription, but the least she could have done was give me an actual reason & answer my simple questions. I will no longer do business with Walmart Pharmacy. I am switching both me and my children to Fairhope Pharmacy in Downtown. They were kind, professional, & it only took them 5 minutes to fill my prescriptions. I was also able to get name-brand medications vs. generic brands...& my prescriptions were cheaper by about $20 per prescription.

Nice Wal-Mart, lots of selection, most people seem to like their job.
