I work for your choice and another agency. I do not want to leave I just need more than 40 hours. If I tell your choice they always let me get overtime and you can’t ask that everywhere. Managers will call you to explain the elder you work with and the owners are them introduce you so it’s not awkward when you first go and you know how to care for them. The owners show up all the time but they not nosy they want to see the good care the elders are getting. I appreciate it especially when they bring food and treats. My coworkers don’t work with me but I see them in passing between shifts. I don’t have no problems with employees or owners. If I need to know something about a new patient the owner comes to train me and you don’t get that no where. I never met the owners at my other job and they never came to visit the elders.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing help for elderly parents. The owners were instrumental in helping my father through the last weeks of life. We have kept working with them part time to help mom adjust. Great people!

They’re a very dependable company. Whenever you need service they’re quick to come. The owners and office staff are polite and considerate. Also the prices are very reasonable for my family. Overall Your Choice is a great company!

This company has been providing caregivers in our home for nearly two years, and weve been very happy with the service. The caregivers are consistently prompt, kind, and professional. The owners are very much engaged in maintaining this, and they are always available to address any concerns.

We just moved my in-laws down to live with us and we are so grateful to Joe and his girls. They treat us like we are the only customer they have. They help with everything. We haven’t lived here full time for very long and it is reassuring having someone knowledgeable to count on.

We used to use only last minute for dinner out so mother was not alone. Now using daily. We have never called and not gotten straight to the owner. We are very pleased with the personal service Joe and the girls provide.

We have had this company for a little more than 6 months. Very sweet caregiver that has become family. The owner is easy to reach and cooperative about last minute changes.

My siblings and I are so happy to have found Your Choice Senior Care for our stepfather. He was happier during his last few months of life than he had been in the 9 years our mother passed away. He raised all 4 of us and we loved him as our father. I am appreciative that Joe and the ladies that worked for us were able to help us honor him.

Nice and friendly managment...howeverWent 2 months without receiving a bill. Had 8 caregivers in 8 months ; poor continuity for a client with mild dementia. Nerve racking for the family who are constantly wondering who is coming to care for their loved one. Left this agency to a larger more efficient agency. Cannot recommend this agency.

My mom lives in assisted living in Fairhope and fell. She needed someone with her all the time and my family is 4 hours away. They were there within an hour to stay with her 24 hours a day until the weekend. We use this service for daytime now and it has been very reliable. The employees seem to come and go but that seems to be a pattern for the retirement home also.

My mom is a long time client and her needs have changed over the years. They always, always, rise to meet them. These are the most caring people I have ever met, highly recommend.

Very professional, Wendy was awesome when we first met. Answered all my questions. Staff is friendly. I dont know what I would have done if joe hadnt met me at the hospital the night mom had her accident.

Glad I left this place!! Management is Terrible. The boss lady talks to you like your dirt on the floor. 8.00. an hour. 18/19 year old running the office. Very very very unprofessional. Just awful............

This is by far the worst place in the world to work. The mangers in the office is so unorganized and very unprofessional. I saw the boss lady hanging up in clients faces. She has a very rude attitude and just down right mean. Her husband Joe should be the one in the office he is very nice and out going. They are going to lose a lot of business and workers if she stays in that office. Just down right awful. Would not recommend this place at all. Her employees are like trash in her eyes.
