Today is the second installation my wife and I have had done by WCO. If ever needed again, these are the people I will contact. Great product, great salespeople, great office personnel, great installers. This is just a top notch outfit. Could not be more pleased, except it if was free.

My wife and I had great expectations of this place based on the positive reviews they have. However, the salesman Marshall became confrontational after I asked if they did a military discount. He aggressively said no, we dont do that. This made my wife and I walk out immediately. The carpet and material looked great but the lack of good customer service was far from worth it.

The staff here is very friendly but and they were very helpful when picking out new rugs for my mother and they do have pretty good deals on Remnant carpet they can from day-to-day have less than others also they do installation of carpets Mondays through Fridays and rarely on weekends they are open on the weekends though for at least being able to look and pick out stuff that you need they have several different varieties of laminates carpets wood floors and other Essentials I would recommend this place
