I called to get an estimate and have 18 replacement windows installed. I had all intentions on using this company because windows are their business. The nice lady who answered the phone said it would be approximately 2 months for someone to give me a quote and it would be 6 months after that before they could install. I have never had any business tell me their services are 8 months out. Lowes hooked me up.

My windows are beautiful! They showed up on time, stayed for 7 hours, no breaks, no hanging out, no talking on phone. All business. Cleaned up every thing. Took all trash with them. Outstanding job. So very impressed. Ive had a lot of work done at my home recently and Window World is #1 in my book.

Great people to do buisness with

The crew arrived a little before the stated time. Went right to work. The foreman was very professional and friendly. They were very efficient and obviously knew exactly what they needed to do. They installed the windows and cleaned up everything while they were working and when the job was finished. We are very happy with the price, product and installation. I will definitely use them again if needed! Thank you Window World!

Window World is a joke when it comes to honoring their “lifetime” warranty. Had patio doors installed last year and the screen door on one quit sliding and always comes off. Have been trying to get them to come out and look at it for months! Every time I call to have them come out, I always get an excuse that they are busy and short staffed. Guess what???? That is not my problem!!!!!!Update.....Window World finally called back out of the blue to let us know someone was coming out to look at the door. The issue was the installer forgot to remove a piece that allowed the screen door to slide. Changed from one star to three stars as they fixed the issue. The fact it took a year to get someone to come out and was here less than 10 minutes needs improvement.

The local office is absolutely the worst run business in Window World. We have been lied to and made worthless promises. Absolutely do not recommend this company. 10 months, 10,000 dollars and still not finished.

I am very satisfied with my new windows from Window World. The guy who did the installation was professional, did a great job, even corrected a lousy job done around windows by company who did my siding. Plan to have the remainder of my windows done in the near future.

I love the job cant beat the warranty
