This was my first experience with Glass America. They did a great job from beginning to end. The scheduler in the office was very friendly and thorough. The tech called ahead, was there earlier than expected, was professional and efficient. Excellent experience throughout and the cost was reasonable.

Called to schedule and appointment the customer service representative consistently used a condescending tone and talked over me. She would not listen and tried to make a new claim on my insurance after I already told her I had one and provided her the claim number (which she told me was not a claim number). After we finally scheduled she didn’t give me an option to come in to the shop only provided me a mobile appointment. The day on my appointment my technician confirmed the appointment in the morning then canceled my appointment 2 hours after he was supposed to be here. While canceling the technician essentially told me my windshield wasn’t that big of deal and I could wait until next weekend when I could come into the shop.Overall and extremely poor experience and will not even attempt to reschedule. Doesn’t seem like they have any interest in helping.

Everything about this company was outstanding!! My phone agent Dustin Brown was fantastic. Very personable, informative, and made my initial phone call amazing. My technician Jason Fischer was great as well. Also informative, friendly, and very efficient. Both of these gentlemen made my experience the very best it could have been. The prices are fair and now I have a new shiny windshield. 😊I recommend this company 100%. Great job guys!!!
Paul did great on my windshield chip damage. They travel to your house and get it repaired in your garaged for 10 minutes and fast.
I had a great experience with Glass of America. My car is extremely hard to find parts for and they were able to get everything that I needed within a few days. I spoke with Barb on the phone and she was very polite and made the process go smoothly. Jason came to install the glass at my work and did a very professional job. He was easy to talk to and explained the entire process to me through and through. his repair job looks better than new and he left 0 traces of repair behind. I was blown away with their service. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in my repair.

If I could give negative stars I would! After waiting at least 10 days for my window to be shipped to their location in Fairview heights we finally set up an in-shop appointment. I get a call roughly an hour after dropping it off saying they had the window mostly installed when it “just exploded and fell out of the window frame” and it will be another 8-10 days before they can get it in again. Also while the technician was explaining to me what happened he also mentioned that he forgot to put the foam back in the door that fits around the speaker and asked me if I wanted him to put it back in before I left. Yes! Put it back exactly the way it was so I can go somewhere else and have it done right. Over all the employees showed little concern especially considering the circumstances. Never in a million years would I expect a rear passenger window to cause such an issue
I called on Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for Friday afternoon. On Thursday afternoon they called and left me a voicemail. After calling them back they said they were at the address I gave them and could not make contact with me (wrong day) but I have video cameras and they did not show up at my address or try to make contact with me even if it were the correct time. They then wanted to reschedule my appointment for Tuesday. If you cant keep track of your appointments and lie about being here it tells a lot about your business.
Great customer service and the technician that installed a new front windshield on my car did a fantastic job. You can tell by the work that was done on my vehicle that they care about quality. Would definitely use them again.
March 12, 2020Dear Glass America and Alliance Claims Solutions/Safelite, (00408)I wanted to take a few moments here to tell you and your affiliated companies how wonderful your customer service, claims representatives and technician installer that you have working for you.I will start by stating from the beginning phone call to Nicki Phillips and Barbara Park at your call center in Fairview Heights IL.They were extra special to me for making my claim process go very smoothly in the transition of getting my front windshield replaced with your corporation Glass America at Alliance Claims Solutions/ Safelite Solutions.I had called Nicki and she called around to get approvals from Nissan for an OEM Windshield. Then Nicki had also explained that my insurance was not going to pick up most of the bill. So, at that point I was very disheartened by that fact. Then she simply explained to me that your glass at Glass America is basically the same glass as the OEM Just without the Nissan logo on the front corner of the windshield. She had assured me that I would be happy and content with your product and that it is warrantied and backed by your company.Then Nicki and I had scheduled an onsite installation for Monday March 09. 2020 for and onsite at my place of employment in Crestwood Missouri around 1-2:00 P.M. during my lunch hour. I had called back to discuss later last week that I did not think that was going to work out and be such a good idea.Then came Barbara Park answering my call for Nicki while she was on the line helping someone else. Barbara was great as well at rescheduling my installation process and she made it all work out wonderful.Sending the wonderful Technician Scott Johns out to me at my personal home before I went to work on Tuesday morning on March 10,2020. Where he showed up right on time and preformed his professional job and was very courteous, professional and personable all in the same as Barbara and Nicki.I just wanted to say what a wonderful crew of profound professional and personable staff you have working for your corporation. As matter of fact I work in a law firm and deal with litigation claims arranging from commercial to residential loans, big bank defaulted credit cards accounts and deal with the public as well.So, when I have a great experience with dealing with Technician Installers, Claim Adjusters, Customer Service Representatives and Scheduling coordinators, I want to make certain that they are acknowledged in the way they have conducted their performance. Everyone I mentioned here handled their tasks of their job efficiently, professionally and friendly.I will be glad to recommend to anyone that I come into contact with that needs their windshield replaced to refer them to Glass America and Alliance Claims Solutions/Safelite companies. I drive for a living, 70k + miles a year. I have used glass america for most of the repairs. I tried safelight, but safelight is nowhere near as good. The technicians always do a good job, friendly and upfront with the risks of repair. Glass America all the way!!
I live in Fenton Missouri. They came out and installed $150 less that safelite. Did an awesome job. Highly recommended professional auto installer!
After something hit my windshield i called them and abra to quote out a resin fill repair on two small chips. both had mobile service which is great since I am a single father and my time is extremely limited. I chose to go with Glass America since they worked with my insurance company. the customer service rep was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me a time frame for the tech to be showing up which was between 11-2 on Saturday. I once again thanked her. Saturday rolled around and I opened my garage door up at 10 am so my vehicle was fully visible. i then when about finding things to do around the house with my son. Around 3 I started getting nervous so I called them. the customer service rep apologized multiple times and said he emailed and texted the tech to find out about the delay. I was told i would here back with in 20 minutes that was a lie. At 5 i called them once again the customer service rep once again was extremely apologetic she explained to me that the tech apparently attempted to contact me at 730 in the morning which is not true as the only other call i got that day was from a telemarketer at 130 she kept placing me on hold trying to reach tech and managers. while on hold the call abruptly end. I waited for a call back and never got one so I called them once again at 5:23. the customer service rep this time explained the earliest they will be able to repair my truck would be Monday. Now my Insurance is tracking that my repair was done by them on Saturday and i wont be able to actually get the repair done for 2 weeks since i can not afford a 3 hour window of my truck being off the road. Not to mention that i spent an entire Saturday sitting around waiting for them instead of being able to go out and enjoy one of the two weekend a month I have my son.
Fast, friendly staff. Walked in and they started working on my car right away. Helped get my insurance to cover the repair. Will definitely be back for all of my auto glass needs!

Ford owners beware!!! Make sure they are installing Ford OEM Windshield and not after market windshield. I am on my 4th warranty claim with this company. They cannot install the windshield properly, the cosmetic moulding on my car keeps coming off. I will never use this company again for any future glass repairs on any of my vehicles.
Bill replaced my windshield today. Great attitude and work ethic, despite the crazy heat and humidity, He was a real pro, letting me know what he was doing along the way.
