I love this store Im having a skin problem from wearing the mask I walked in and the manager took one look at me and was able to match me perfectly I felt beautiful again when I left the store thank you girls
They met all my beauty and makeup needs.
There should be an option for negative stars. Staff is extremely rude. Went In on my birthday to get a few things with a friend. While browsing we picked up a tester of some cream to see if it smelled good. An employee immediately came over and snapped at us that we cannot touch the testers. She made us so uncomfortable after this just decided to leave. It would be one thing if there were signs saying please do not touch the testers, or being told upon entering the store. How were we supposed to know we were not allowed to touch the testers, why are they even out in the first place? There was no need to snap on a customer like that. Will not return to this Sephora again tired of the rude/unprofessional staff every time I come here, which seems to be everytime.
They are so rude for no reason at this store, which is why I try to shop online if I really need something. The product I was looking for was sold out on the Sephora website so I went in and asked an employee if it was in stock and I was told “we would never carry something that cheap” and she proceeded to walk away. Thanks for reminding me again why I don’t like coming into this store!
Went in to the store on a Sunday to make a exchange(I didn’t have a receipt my fault completely). I figured the cashier could look up my purchase on my Sephora rewards(I have done this in the past) but the cashier I originally purchased with did not attach my rewards. I don’t even remember her requesting a phone number during the transaction. Not only was the item defective the staff was less than helpful giving me over to a 1800 Sephora number that redirected me back to the store and then to jcepennys 1800 who also stated they couldn’t help me. Never found a resolution to the issue. Probably won’t spend my money with Sephora/jcepennys again.
I went in looking for a fragrance and the girls behind the counter were so helpful. They got out a lot of testers for me to try and were very polite and patient with me.
Angela was amazing! I walked in only needing moisturizer (not having a clue about other products) then Angela helped explain what each product does and how it works. She opened my eyes to a whole world of products and helped me find what I needed for my skin type. Thank you!
No one there when we got there today but she was very nice when she got back from break.
Wonderful employees and lots of products to choose from, several different brands.
Nice workers. Out of a lot of product.
Great experience!Im traveling the country and along the way reviewing all the Sephoras I visit. This is a smaller Sephora so dont expect a wide selection, but for the most part everything was in stock. The service was excellent. Helping me, and several of my friends, was Brittany, Amanda and Ashley and each were very willing to help. Ashley was super friendly and incredibly eager -- in a good way. I loved it!The store was excellently kept -- clean, organized. Excellent job ladies!
Went in to return an item I ordered online (for a line called milk youd think their lightest shade would be lighter!) Anyway the associate was super nice and helpful and didnt make me feel like I dont belong. (Def. Not a fancy makeup person) nor did she give me grief about a return.
Its a little hard to shop there now that everything has to be pulled off the counters and it seems like a lot of the stuff is out at least what I use I have not been able to get it
Nice
Sephora is expensive in general, but the products are quality and very nice. The staff was pretty helpful and friendly. I loved the product I bought and the bags are just the best!
Not a very big store, but one cashier was extremely rude to me. All employees were busy and I just wanted to be pointed in the right direction for an item and she very rudely ignored me instead of telling me politely that she can help me in one moment. And when she finally acknowledged me she was extremely impolite.
This is the closest Sephora to me and I have never had a bad experience other than one during my friends mini makeover and it was something I easily just blew off. The women that work here are so nice and always willing to help.
Sells quality product
I went there and my mom got colored matched by some young and seemed new employee. She color matched my mother completely wrong! She did lent even check to see if it was a correct color. She just put it on her hand. My mother looked like a ghost. Then she said that she will put some bronzer on so that it will brighten her face up. I knew that wasnt going to work. She contoured her face and after that she looked like a dead person. On top of doing a natural color eye which didnt help anything at all. She didnt even put a primer on her face. I dont recommend this place unless you need Kat VonD stuff. Other than that, my business will be at Ulta for now on!
Beuatiful makeup big variaty love it
On 8/1/2016 I went to Sephora inquiring about a product. The sale associate Jewell made a comment that was rude, disrespectful and very offensive. I inquired about a eye cream product and her reponse was, the eye cream that I have may not be appealing to your price liking. I was appalled! I didnt mention to her the amount I wanted to spend. I didnt ask her a price of the product. So, for her to make that comment. It was very distasteful and bias.I spoke with the Supervisor Elizabeth. She was very sincere and did apologize for the remark. I hope the matter was addressed so in the future Jewell wont make such stupid comments.😐
I am a VIP rouge customer with Sephora and have been for a long time so my love for Sephora is undeniable. However, I DREAD going into this location. They seem to never have a full stock of any of the few make up lines they do carry, and every time I find myself there I end up leaving anxious and annoyed because of one of the many rude sales associates. Yesterday I had a coupon and the girl who checked me out could not have made me feel like more of a waste of time when I was trying to pull it up. After spending thousands of dollars with the sephora brand I am extremely dissatisfied with everything about this location. If you have the time I highly recommend driving an extra 40 minutes to get to the REAL Sephora store in the stl galleria. Good luck if you need actual help at this store.
Choatic but variety and helpful staff
BRO JAMES CHARELS WORKS THERRREEEEEEEE
I waited 15 minutes to return an item. All the workers were doing makeup and ignoring the line.Terrible customer service for others in the store. Get it together ladies!
