It took a while to get my account transferred from another provider, but the person helping me was patient, and got everything done for me. She let me know about all of the deals going on, and helped me a lot.

Sold us a phone that they swore was unlocked and could be taken anywhere. Said that wed get reliable service. The phone wont work inside our house! Tried to return it... they refused. Then I tried to switch to another carrier and discover that the phone is LOCKED! They refused to provide the code that would unlock it. Customer Service sucks beyond belief!! Horrible knowledge of their services and products and refuse to support their customers. Basically, theyre going to tell you whatever it takes to get you to buy a phone that wont work and then leave you hanging!! Go with another carrier!!!! Buyer beware!!!

Poor customer & nail service. paid for nails Friday 10/12 by the next morning nails were terrible. Came in to have redone & was told no gurantee nails would last even though the guy doing my nails said they would seeing as how i paid extra for gel polish. Not to mention he watered down the polish w/remover to stretch it. May not count for much but thats 3 customers that wont be back...

Horrible. I can never speak to a live agent. Automated servce continuously hangs up and says agent is not available. Everyday all day. Horrible reception. Messages dont go threa. Dont recieve all your calls. Never Can SpeAk to a HUMAN.

They treated customers OK but my nails were terrible. I got a manicure and shellac polish on my natural nails. My nails were cut too short even after I asked for them to be kept long. The polish application was extremely uneven. I asked for a round shape to my nails and didnt get that. I guess there was just too much of a language barrier. Not happy with my nails and I wont be going back.

This store doesnt even deserve a 1 star poor customer service rood, and does not respect veterans. They are not even a corporate store. Been with them for 4 years. And nothing but trouble. I will be taking my service else where.

I if you cant pick up reception with your phone which they told me I could on their map but I couldnt after I got home then youre basically screwed and have to keep the phone turned on for 3 months before they will unlock it which they told me it was an unlocked phone from the beginning but they turn my phone off where I had to get a new phone number and then I had to turn it back on and got a new phone number I would never recommend these people to no one ever

I went separately from my husband and they gave me an older inferior phone
