Brad tuned up my bike, explained everything he needed to do. Actually found a used part in excellent condition to save me money. He does just what needs to be done in the most economical way which is very important to me as I am retired.

I never knew this place existed until I moved to Fairview Park a few months ago. Parts are hard to come by these days and they did not have access to a center lock rotor so thought I’d call and ask if they had any. He had a couple of old ones laying around, so even though I have a shop and get things that cost, I was OK paying retail to support the local shop. Thanks for the help and you guys have a great looking place!

The owner, Paul, has always been exceptionally nice, pleasant, compassionate, friendly, and easy to work with. His voice has a dulcet tone which calms me down whenever Im concerned about damage to my very expensive bike. He is definitely a consummate professional while being humble and unassuming at the same time. Plus, its a family owned small business which I prefer to support as they are the backbone of our country. I know whenever I leave my bike there for repairs, its in great hands as he only hires the best, trustworthy and most competent people.

I highly recommend shopping at Fairview Cycle. When I started my bike search, I had a very particular bike in mind. Fairview promptly responded to my inquiry and got me exactly the bike I was looking for. They also gave me a great price. Finally, they fixed (for free) my dislodged tire when I brought it in a few weeks later. Wonderful bike shop!

Hello I was looking for a Schwinn Beach Cruiser search the web and Fairview Cycle popped up, great I live right down the street so I decided to stop in and check them out. Got to the shop about 12:15 went around back to enter no Hello or anything instead I’m told (not in the nicest way) you need a mask (I forgot it in the car) so as I’m going to exit to get my mask he ask what I was looking for I told him I’ll go get my mask since that was the first thing you said to me! I get my mask go back in someone else says I’m gonna ask that you wait outside (eyebrow raised now) again as I am walking to exit I’m asked what can I help you with I said I was looking for a bike and left now I’m sitting outside writing this kinda of disappointment wanted to support a small local business but I truly felt like they didn’t want me to shop with them and that’s the disheartening part!!!!An Avid Biker just looking for a bike trying to support a local buisiness

This is the shop Ive been looking for. Very friendly people, reasonable prices, and overall just a good experience. They tuned two bikes for me. For one, he explained some basic maintenance to the shifters I can do myself. Its an old-school shop with lots of interesting things. That only doesnt get them a 5, the service does, but its nice frosting on the cake.

Great place to buy a bicycle or to get your own serviced. Not huge, but has a great selection and very knowledgeable staff. Also there is also usually a good selection of used bikes.

These guys set us up with a balance bike to borrow for a few days to help my son transition off training wheels and also said Morton park had a good gentle slope to use and they were right. They really are into the community and care about providing good service. Would definitely recommend!

I was at Rays for the day when my left crank arm began to loosen up and ovalized. I brought the bike to Fairview Cycle and not only did they have a used crank arm that fit on hand, everything was very reasonably priced! Highly recommend.

My husband and I were looking at bicycles but it had been decades since we had ridden. Paul patiently considered our needs and showed us different options. We were even able to try the bikes out on a quiet side street. We ended up buying two bicycles and cant wait to try them out.

They help you out, answer questions, offer advice. Everything you are looking for in a bike shop. Bonus: they are a local small business that has been around a while.

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to selling and servicing good equipment. They have always dealt with me fairly and honestly. The advice they offer is spot on too. Prices on aftermarket equipment are always high, so dont expect some rock bottom price. However, they need a cyclists support to stay in business and their expertise is worth far more than the few dollars you might be paying some place else.

Walked in just because I had never been in there before and walked out making a few new friends! Great place to go and just hang out and talk to Paul. I might not buy something every time I stop in there, but I always feel welcome. One of the nicest bike shops in the area and if they do not have what you need they are always willing to point you in the right direction.

Beginner biker needed some advice on fixing my own flats so I never have to walk 3 miles pushing a bike again. Bryce took his time to explain how to do it while he was replacing the tube on my tire. He also showed me what I needed to buy to do it on my own when you are on the side of the road miles from home. I left with a new bike bag, extra tube, pump, and tools. Bryce has made a customer for life for Fairview Cycle!

Great service coming from this bike shop. Weve purchased 2 new hybrid bikes from Fairview Cycle this year. They have serviced my 20 yr old GT Avalanche mountain bike and they have dialed my Fat Bike in twice within the past 2 years. My Fat Bike shifts like clicking the paddle shifters on a Benzo. Great people to work with.

Everyone there was nice and courteous. They ordered a part and fixed my bike up with no problem, even though it is an older, somewhat uncommon model.

Paul is very helpful and willing to work with you. He was the only one I could find to work on an old Schwinn Airdyne and thanks to him, we should be able to enjoy it for a few more years.

Great shop.I was from out of town and was trying to restore my grandfathers old bike. They had every part I needed and was very curtious. I had to make a few trips in and they were friendly each time.

I took my bike in for repair, done on the spot today, reasonable price, very helpfull staff.

Ive been to many bike shops and none compare to the great service you receive when at Fairview Cycle. I have now purchased 2 different Jamis bikes through FC and the staff points me in the right direction each time. They even helped me pick up the pieces of a botched fixie build. There is nobody more knowledgeable about bikes than Paul and every time I visit FC I leave having learned something new about my bike or bikes in general. I would never again buy a bike from anybody else. Highly recommended family owned cycling shop.
