Great staff and does great work

The staff was great and their work is amazing. I took my 2016 Nissan Maxima and they fixed up really well. It got severely damaged and I was honestly attached to the car I loved it. So the fact they fixed really was appreciated. I would recommend this Auto Body if you need your car fixed.

Great level of service. Went there to fix a dent and scratch on my door. Extremely happy with the results, the car looks brand new and the pricing was very reasonable.

My mechanic Osvaldo from Ralphs Auto Repairs recommended me to fix my destroyed front bumper. So I went so after they inspected my car and I took it in a week, the man that works there did an AMAZING JOB! He told me it would take him 2 days to do the work and he kept his word in that time. I recommend this place to to get your car fixed if you need it asap.

Extremely satisfied with the work. Everything was done as promised and completed on time. The owner, Herit, even gave me options that ended up saving me over $400 dollars. They returned my car after washing and vacuuming the inside. That was an added bonus.

At first he started as being helpful. But then he quotes one price and then gives another price which winds up being more. So, the work is either not done or not done properly. My experience it was both. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. He was also very disrespectful when I questioned and his work.

BECAREFUL!! DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO REPAIR!!The new owner Mike is sneaky and takes advantage of customers. He will trick you into paying for and fixing things you dont need. I took my car and he told me I had to pay $1,500 to get it fixed. I asked him for a receipt and he said he ran out sale/receipt notepads and assured me Come on,you dont trust me? Were friends. Come back in one day youre car will be fixed. I reluctantly left withour a receipt... BIGGEST mistake of my life . I came back the next day and they tried to give me my car saying their job was done when only half of the car was fixed. They admitted it wasnt fixed and said to come back tomorrow. I went back the next day and the owner tried to charge me $2000 for the same job we had originally agreed to be done for $1500. When I asked why he couldnt give me an explanation. I had to call the cops twice. I had to pay the $2000 for him to allow me to take my car back. I went back to my other mechanic and he said some parts that were supposed to be changed were never changed by Mike. I had to buy parts and pay someone else to install them. I had nightmares after this experience. Needless to say, I will not be going back there.

Wilber and Javier did a great job in my sports car after some idiot backed into it in a parking lot the light was shattered and the bumper was krushed paint chipped . the car looks just like it did paint matching nice and clean I would definitely recommend these guys. !!!!

The owner is a rude and unprofessional aggressive person.

Took my 2001 4Runner to this shop after an accident. Car came back to us with drips all over the hood, it looked as if they poured a gallon of paint on the hood and applied the clearcoat over it. When we complained about it, the owner told us the car was old so it didnt matter. He got his money and was done dealing with us. A crook. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. Horrible.

I went to this repair shop before (high priced but friendly) and recommended it to several friends.I took my SUV to repair scratches and small dents on my left front and rear doors. Got an estimate (very high) for the repairs to be done.After the work was done, a few weeks later, I noticed that the protective edge guard for the front left door was missing . I went back to the shop and asked the owner what happened, he said that to do the job, they had to remove the protective door edge guard and told me that the replacement of such was not part of the estimate, so, to replace it, I will have to pay an additional $111.00 on top of the $1400.00 previously paid So, besides the Unfriendly Attitude, the owner will not accept the fact that he omitted to write a proper estimate and will not not replace the protective door guard that his workers removed. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this business anymore to anyone.BEWARE OF WRONG ESTIMATES AND HIGH PRICES.I leave One star just to show that disappointment.

I had run into my car with something, which had gotten a little bit in the right rear of my vehicle,I went to the mechanic Premiere Anto BodyTo get out of the undid,I asked how much he fixes me and a man who works there let me know that for $ 100I was there during the process, which took at least 10 minutes to marry the undid for the outside.And that was for the $ 100But it is not all that I asked for my receipt, the man who attended me told me to pay $ 7.00 more for taxes and it became unfair that I pay $ 100 for 10 minutes that it takes to fix my vehicle and more 7,000% to give me my receipt The price was highly exaggerated.
