Tina has been my cashier for over a year and each and every single time she has been courteous, professional and passionate about her customers. Anytime I see her working, I try to get in her line. Its people like Tina that makes the visit worthwhile, something youll never get with delivery. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

Someone needs to train Antony on his customer service skills. You don’t smash a customers items into a bag and then give them attitude the next time they come through your line because you got called out on it. If you don’t want to work then quit and I’ll use self checkout.

Pretty nice big clean store! Does get pretty busy at times but employees are killing it at checkouts making lines move extremely fast when super busy. Target is a pretty big store and it perfect to come and get something nice for loved one including books, electronics, games, food, self-care, and make up.

Excellent customer service! The employee was near my car when I pulled into the pick up spot, and he personally came to me to help me out. Fabulous!

I love target, very cool items, and I love the clothes

The location was close to me, clean, and bright. They didnt have the water guns that I was looking for, but we did find a pair of swimming goggles for my son that fit perfectly. I hope that they choose to restock their summer stuff, as it is only July 1st, and they are cleaned out already.

I love their Cat & Jack line for kids as well as the Art Class and Oshkosh. I wish Oshkosh was cheaper though.

Had the WORST drive up experience at this target just today. I had my grocery bags thrown into my car after the drive up attendant walked over to the wrong side of the car. I would maybe be more understanding of his actions if there was many people waiting on his services but I was the only car there for pickup and the parking lot was less than half full…

I went here yesterday evening to pick up a few items. I mustve passed by at least 15 team members. Not a single one greeted me, smiled or even made eye contact with me. When I worked at Target this was #1 priority. Not sure if the pandemic has changed policies on customer interaction but I did not feel welcome. Some saving grace came from the kindness of the cashier.

A rare Funko Pop that has been delayed for a month or so, the Diamond Bulbasaur from Summer Convention that is exclusive to Target, finally is arriving in shipments at certain Targets this week in Oregon and Washington. One of the Targets that acquired it was this Fairview location. The person working at the electronics was so clueless at his job that he didn’t know how rare and heavily-seeked after these were sold all of them to a customer that is definitely going to scalp them online for triple the price. Meanwhile every other Target location has a LIMIT FOR ONE PER CUSTOMER. After complaining to HR they really didn’t seem to care either. I would avoid this Target at all cost as they do not value their customers that shop there fairly and justly.

Had a great customer service experience with Jack, Jaidelynn, and one other lady who helped with some returns and using the registry app. I had other employees ask me how I was doing, help me find items, and check out my purchase at the end. Really positive overall!

I always receive great service, the staff is friendly and helpful. Will come again.

Enforcing masks policy even after President/cdc said don’t need masks if vaccinated. Pure virtue signal store now. Told them fully vaccinated didn’t care about showing proof. It’s mask up or get out wouldn’t sell me groceries.

I come here often, the store is nice and big with lots of options. Sometimes it gets really busy and the check out lines are long. I love the rewards system as well. They have a great selection of greeting cards and household items as well as groceries. Oh and a big toy selection.

The store and staff are great. The reason for the 2 stars is the fact that I am regularly finding/trying to buy items (specifically toys), that are put on the shelves but when I get to the register, I am told the items have been put on the floor by mistake and cannot be sold until a further date. As you can imagine, this can be VERY disappointing when buying said toys as gifts.Please communicate this to your staff.Thanks

Why isnt there a display at the register so you can see the prices as there scanned? My Flip Flops were on sale for 9.99, but rang up as 14.99. I didnt notice untill I returned home, and I live an hour away. How inconvenient!

No self-checkout. Only two registers open. Still waiting to check out. It’s been about 20 minutes so far. They haven’t even requested additional cashiers. It’s a Monday night at 8:30pm. Worst Target I’ve been to.

While everywhere in the state of Washington is sold out of Animal Crossing edition Nintendo Switches.... I found myself in a pickle with BestBuy..... they failed to pull my order from the shelf.... sooooo my order was in limbo for days, my boyfriend already received info that his switch was ready for pickup in Portland.... but still no word on mine sadly.... while sitting in the parking lot we searched through Targets inventory and it showed Fairview, OR Target had limited sock we took a chance drove from our destination in Portland to Fairview.... I raced the the electronics department.... felt sad when I saw NONE on display.... my boyfriend asked the sales guy... he literally responded animal crossing? Ya we have 2 right here... right next to the counter. My day was made! We purchased and we literally canceled my order from Best Buy... who by the way is still sold out. Soooo thank you to this specific target for helping me out. My trip was well worth it.

Overall, great customer service, friendly! I’m immune compromised and need to shop online and pick up through the drive up service. I also use their grocery drop off services. I’m relieved to live less than a mile away and have all these accommodations on my fingertips.

Luis in electronics was exceptionally helpful. Helped me select some bluetooth earbuds and showed me how to connect them to my phone . Was very knowledgeable and professional. Its nice to receive service like that where service level overall has decreased in this country. Congratulations to Target for recognizing such an excellent employee.

The lack of customer service is offensive. They have their online order system, takes 3-4 hours to grab something off the shelf and click a button. Then they wait until its out of stock and youre screwed out of the item that you bought online. If you call and ask they act all super busy. Like get it together Target.

I find that Target always has good prices and the customer service is top notch. They help whenever needed and make sure you have what you need or they will help you find it.

Target is a great store that covers many of my household needs.

Most days spent in target are great but this one is so poorly mismanaged it shows in the employee’s behaviors and demeanor. I have shopped here over the last six months and seen a few red signs. I am a retail manager and can see the threads of under-management throughout this store:-Groups of workers huddled around laughing while some of their co-workers are struggling doing what looks like three jobs at once. Some of these look like management in the groups.-Zero communication while on the floor. I have seen employees blatantly not answer Multiple calls for help via their walkie-talkies, as they slowly do whatever job they were tasked to do. Not just one day, MANY DAYS.-No carts for customers. I will sometimes shop in the Morning and multiple mornings, 7-8AM, I see red carts everywhere. If it’s this bad in the AM when one opens then the night crew aren’t setting up the morning customers for a great experience.These three examples tell a lot about how this store is ran: as long as we make sales I don’t care what the employees do. I come from 10 years of leadership experience and all signs point to under management. The employees aren’t on the same page as the management. Some of the management don’t even care. Given I don’t know the entire scenario nor am I walking in their shoes but these behaviors are constant and consistent.I would hate to work at this target because it seems like some of the employees don’t have any direction and the few that do are probably over worked and burnt out from the lack of leadership.

This target has great and fast curbside pick-up. The employee was very friendly and was very polite.

Nice clean store but missed a star for a checker.I put my stuff on a checkout belt and few seconds later she turns the light out not saying anything to me. Fortunately another checker that was nice opened up and took me. Over all pleasant store, first time in a target in years.

Superior service from a woman in seafood department on a busy Saturday afternoon yesterday. Really impressed with her friendly help & the quality of what I purchased. When you splurge on large sea scallops & shrimp, you want to be sure its fresh & good. It was & she was great help.

The workers in the pharmacy section were so helpful!!! I was looking for a certain item that I wasn’t sure target stocked and couldn’t find it in the aisle, so I asked two employees if they carried it. They weren’t sure, but they immediately got into research mode and we went into the aisle where the item should be, and couldn’t find it, so they went into the back because it was supposed to be in stock and they found it!!! I was taking a shot in the dark and I was so grateful for all the help!

Star Bucks worker happily working where food is served and stored with mask around neck. Seemed very arrogant and belligerent when I was taken aback.

I found every item I came shopping to purchase, and it was a great experience.

I did not receive the item ordered. It showed IN STOCK when I ordered but wasnt available when I drove 22 miles to picked it up.

The app is easy to navigate, the order is always fulfilled within the 4 hours as promised, and its free.

Bathroom was disgusting told the manager about it and she said it was not her job. They kept making excuses for why the bathroom was completely dirty and they also said it was not their job on the cleanliness of the bathroom. Thanks Emily for not taking the lead as a manager.

Your store did a great job of social distancing guidelines at this stage of the game.... Also, you had the essentials all in stock with limitations so all could be purchased (Toilet paper, meat, grains, hand sanitizers, soap, disposable masks, etc)

I got to the store with 15minutes left before close. I had enough time to run in, grab what i needed and leave. The doors were locked and i could not access the store.With things the way they are and everyone closing early as it is, that is not cool. If you say you say you closer AT NINE, then close at nine, not 8:40.

Antonio I believed was his name back in electronics helped me checked out. I never heard of using the Target app with your stored red card to check out, but he helped me. We had a little problem with the app and I believed a manager came to our rescue. She was very knowledgeable about it. Bottom line, both were big time problem solvers and made my experience amazing!!

Target has everything. Its very convenient and had stylish clothes and a good variety of makeup, hair and nail supplies. I found everything that I was looking for and even something extra for my little brother that he loves.

If I could give my experience zero stars I would. Went to Target on Halsey in Fairview today with my boyfriend and I went to the customer service counter to purchase my items. I had 2 items to purchase and boyfriend had just 1 item to purchase. When it was our turn in line, the customer service counter lady with red hair waved over another customer and then started helping her pushing us to wait longer than we had already been patiently waiting. We told her we were next and she said the other lady only had a couple items. I mentioned I had just two items to purchase also. She was very rude and management should be aware of this employees disrespectful behavior. Boyfriend and I tossed our purchases on the floor and walked out in disbelief as to what had happened.

Unfortunately the service at this Target has gone down drastically in the last months . I recently had another poor experience when I ordered a coffee table to this store since they didnt carry it. I went to pick it up and had to wait 20 minutes because they didnt know where it was . The next day I opened the box to begin building it and the box had a hole but I didnt think to much of it so I continued to open the box and the table had a really deep dent in it. I was really upset because I had saved my money for awhile to buy this and I had to return it. I went back to return it and they were really unhelpful and rude. They said no one in the district carried it and I explained that I knew that which was why in ordered it to my neighborhood Target. I asked if I could order a new one and get it expedited because I felt this whole situation was really unfair. They said they couldnt help me and that I would have to call a number and figured it out myself. So after I got my money back they handed me a device and said here you go, you can order it. Then they walked away. When I had questions about how to do it they literally ignored me. I actually work in customer service and retail so situations like this are very normal for me but I would never be so rude, unhelpful and lazy to a customer .

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Target ever. The manager with the red hair(Hannah) at customer service refused us a return or store exchange despite having a receipt. To top it off, she had me walking around the whole store in crutches with a broken leg telling me to go here and there. It was to the point where an employee went out of his way to help me out because she clearly could care less. I just hope this lady’s superior gives her some kind of write up or better yet, save others from this horrible experience and remove her power until she learns the right way to use it.

Return policy is worth the trip. I hate the hassle of buying online something that Im unsure about. Just bought a vacuum at Target, and know that if I dont like it I can bring it back.

Only two cashiers long lines and no specialists for more in depth questions. If all you need is a toaster then your fine but if you have questions your better off going any where else.

I like many of the products, but the prices are high, and the customer service leaves A LOT to be desired.We were trying to buy an X-Box game. Had to search all over the electronics department to find an employee. When I did find someone, I asked if we could get help with an X-Box game, and he said he didnt have the keys. Didnt offer to help. Started to walk away. I said, Oh--kaaayyy and so he called another guy and asked for the key. That guy was in the break room. The first guy told me that the other guy with the key was in the break room and would be back pretty soon and walked away. Did not offer to help. Did not offer to get the key from the guy in the break room, or to find someone else who could help. Eventually, I see another guy moseying by, looking like hes headed back into the stock room. I asked if he was the one with the key and he said he was. I then asked if we could get help, and he then came over to help. Super disappointed with the lack of customer service. Wont be back to this store.

They got rid of the returns desk, so if you need to bring something back, you have to wait in line with people making purchases. There are a few dedicated registers for returns, but there is no way to stop people who are just lining up to buy, so be prepared for an extra long wait if youre returning, vs. Targets that still have the old, dedicated return counter

The slim, tall guy with long hair (should have gotten his name) that works in the electronics/video games department deserves a kudos. I was looking for rare/discontinued Nintendo Switch accessories, and he was extremely helpful and obliging. He went in the back to see if there were any odd things back there that Id be interested in, and he also took the time to look up other locations to see what their stocks were like. Its not particularly easy hunting down discontinued items, but he took the time to really help me out.Its rare to find people who care about what they do and take pride in it, especially in department store electronics areas. This guy, though, hes awesome. Thanks a lot for holding that item for me, man!

This location is by far not the worst Ive seen, but its still pretty horrendous. The bathrooms are pretty gross, the cafe area is rather dirty, and departments are completely disorganized and trashed. It honestly looks like a tornado had gone through multiple aisles of the store. Its the middle of the day on a weekday. The store shouldnt be nearly has horrible as it was. If you cant control the mess, perhaps its time to hire more staff or retrain the staff you have.

I love having a target so close to me and doing my target runs.

Staff at service desk are almost always the friendliest in the store. I depend on this pharmacy for all of my prescription needs and use the Starbucks as one of my regular locations.

Everyone knows Target has great stuff for a bargain price, so Ill skip all of that.. But this is definitely one of my favorite Target stores. Registers are usually staffed accordingly, shelves are always stocked & the store is clean & the staff is friendly 😊

The pharmacy staff at this location is not friendly at all. They say they give flu shots, but they apparently do not have the time to. Go get your flu shots at Walgreens, they are nicer.

Great service. Team members and Team Leaders are aways ready to help you. If theres not a team member in sight, find a red phone, pick it up and a team member should be there within 60secs.

Slowest and worst customer service ever received at a Starbucks. The barista was more interested in catching up with coworker/customer than even acknowledging our presence. Ill be sure to drive down the road next time.
