Unbelievable! This place has a great assortment of sandwiches. They all look delicious 😁. Ive ordered the Omelette Trio sandwich; since weve stopped here for breakfast. Which, by the way, they also serve breakfast all day long. There is baked potatoes, wraps, and, salads. This place looks small from the outside, but it is big inside. Plus its always busy and packed. Make sure to grab your seat 😁 and table. Love El Mesón!

Very tasty sandwiches on what seemed to be homemade bread. Being from the USA, the menu reminded me a bit of Panera Bread, but the atmosphere was more fast food.

I parked at number 1 called to place my order. No answer. It was 9.20. I called again and again. They answer I am placing my order and abruptly put on hold for 7 minutes so I hang up and try again. I finally ordered at 9:36. I just received my food at 10am...You need more employees. service sucks. The line was outside the door and the cars were not moving either...

Food tasty. They messed up with 1 item ordered as it was not in the bag when I left.When placing a large order, it would be very helpful to place all orders in ONE bag as opposed to small ones.

I arrived early to get my request and it was ready, warm, delicious. Their latte was excellent. And the smiles of the staff made my day.

The place looks dirty from outside. I order a turkey pocket sandwich and it tastes like the cabbage was not clean and OLD, dont get me wrong I love the sandwiches they sale, Fajardo branch is lacking of management or someone to taste everything before sell anything.

Ive been there many times. Inconsistent wait times and order inaccuracy are constant. Parking is almost nonexistant. Also presentation when ordering on the go could be WAY better. The picture was taken last time. Got home and saw that.

I always love this place but, the wait is horrible the employees saw us in line for about 10 minutes and never take our order the employee call Mileshka was so rude with costumers other than that the food was good.

No indoor seating at the moment. Park in the lot, call in your order (phone number is posted in parking, and they will bring it to you. I love el Meson above all fast food and sandwich shops. Must be the crunchy raw cabbage in lieu of lettuce, and their thick bread.

Everything is good in this place. Totally worth the wait.

Locals seem to love this chain. If sandwiches (cold or hot) is your thing, this may be the place for you. I personally found the food to be too close to fast food for my liking and the sandwiches barely had meat. You order at the counter and take your tray to your table. (Unless thats recently changed). Prices are comparable to other fast food places.

First time visitor- place was clean / organized and staff was friendly.Not a big fan of the food-Tuna Salad was a 85%slaw/15% tuna mix very skimpy.My girl enjoyed her pastrami sandwich.The fries were too thick, very cheap with ketchup only two packets.The Surfer Baked Potato left more to be desired, tasted bland in my opinion.Would probably skip next time.

Been there twice on Thursday evening and the cashier is not friendly at all, she was asked by the customer in front of me, was she having a bad day? And she responded no why, then the customer said to her because I have been here before and you never smile or greet me with a smile. So i was wondering if your life is so bad. Too which she answered well maybe it is! Rang my items up toke my name and went about her busy with me as her next customer! I honestly thought she would act differently with me but no such luck. I think it really sad how people do not value their jobs, whether its a part-time or whether its just for a little while youre in customer service you should be grateful to any customer whom go where you work at, without then you would not be getting your salary.

We hit El Meson each morning of our vacation for breakfast, the sandwich options here are fantastic. From a classic cubano to their El Meson Especial, always made with fresh bread that melts in your mouth. Great for kids, clean, fast, all cashiers were bi-lingual. I dont know why we dont have these restaurants in the states, we are huge fans.

Slow and poor quality

The sandwiches are great the bread is nice and soft lots of me the salad but the place is too damn freaking cold to sit and eat your sandwich in peace even if the weather is hot outside inside its too too cold to be sitting down

A LOT better than the other sandwich chain. Great selection, great service and great taste! You can have breakfast at any time of the day and the prices are excellent! Parking is limited but theres always a spot for you!

El Meson Fajardo is a nice sandwich and breakfast fast food restaurant. I bought the Bravo breakfast. Value food. The cuban sandwich is not one of their best sandwich. Parking is limited but you can use the plaza parking.

The service is very good. Ive gone in and gone through the ServiCarro (drive thru) they are friendly, repeat your order, they dont rush you. They have given me a correct order each time.The food is pretty good for fast food. Tasty and filling. My favorite is the roasted chicken sandwich I also special order a baked potato with cheese, broccoli, and chicken. ☺

My car drves here automatically when I am hungry. Baked potatoes are always delicious. Eat the skin... Thats where all the vitamins are. Yummy sammiches made fresh. There is even an ice cream shop there!

We came for an early dinner and they had a lot more options than your typical fast food restaurant. Lots of good vegetarian options and faux meats, so its a step above the cheese sandwich that most fast food places offer for vegetarians.

11 out of 10 if you dont live in Puerto Rico then you should come here specifically to eat El Meson. The coffee is cheap and their sandwiches are so good that you will cry. Get the omelette sandwich and tell them that Nate sent you.

Great place to eat. Plus you have the Baskin Robins there. One of the best places for good puertorrican coffee. Not only sandwiches. El meson holds its quality no matter what part of the island you go.

It is a nice location for breakfast and sandwiches all day. Also meals have affordable prices. I spend 35 dollars in a breakfast in a hotel near this store just in one meal. The next days I spend aprox 35 in this store and my two kids and wife and me had a complete meal. Their coffee seems a quality product but I think they needs to provide Barista trainning to their employees to make it right.
