I was so happy to be here and try this icecream for the first time.There were so many delicious flavors..I had to return a couple of times after.The palace was meticulous, the workers were very polite and didnt give me a tiny scoop so high-five✋You can select from cups, cones, waffle and lots of toppings.I loved it!I wish they would use biodegradable or recyclable spoons but just a thought 💭.Icecream was so good!

Elizabeth was a nice server..Much better customer service than some other Baskin Robbins on the Island. The ice cream was great as usualNo freezer burn and super fresh. 🍨🍨🍨 3 scoops, NUTTY COCONUT, BUTTER PECAN AND CHOCOLATE MOUSSE ROYALE.. TOTAL YUM! 🤤

We stood in line for close to 30 mins. We were never greeted or acknowledge! The three employees were all fulfilling one order. We noticed a roach 🪳 popping her head in and out of the toppings containers. The place was dirty. There was waffle droppings all over the machine. Customer service was the worse! 👎 The Puerto Rico Health Department should be notified!

The car-service lane is shared with El Mesón Sandwich and a terrible plug is formed. You can spend 45 minutes in the line of cars to get to order. In the end the ice cream is good and very expensive.

I paid $ 5.99 per banana because that Banana Royal barely had butter. My friend was filled with a glass of hard chocolate, and they did not even throw it overboard. Order 512 by servicarro on July 21.

VERY GOOD THE CHIKAS ARE VERY AMAZING AND ATTENTIVES

First of all, the car service intercom will not hear you well. I had to go through the window to ask for my order. The employee had a confusion with my order. I had to reorder my order three (3) times and when I sent the order which did not verify, they gave me something else that I did not ask for. This is the second time it happens. I DO NOT RETURN.

It is still a good alternative but it is time to renew your offer if you wish to continue with the current prices. Servicar very convenient
