I see a lot of 1 Star reviews, like a lot a lot. I dont doubt the legitimacy of their complaints, but my experience has so-far been nothing but positive. Maybe its the person I request to deal with, but theyve always been helpful and shown interest in my needs. Just figured I should say as much. Hopefully there are more people that are having positive experiences as well.
If I could rate them 0 I would. Horrible communication, on call number never passed on messages to day shift, consistently doubted me when there was a problem despite lots of experience on our part (and I was always right). If we had any choice we would have gone elsewhere but Medicare had us locked in.

Worse customer service I have ever dealt with called about a product told me rudely your insurance will pay for machine but you have to pay $300. For a battery do you want it I said no will check with my insurance she said that’s up to you. Checked with my insurance said that’s ridiculous gave me another company and was treated very nicely they said they’ve never heard of such a thing.
Worst customer service my dads been a patient for years now and its always a headache to order his equipment and now hes not in their system how does that happen? I need to find a new company that is reliable for my dads health
Perhaps the most inept and incompetent company I have had the displeasure of using. Their communication is incredibly bad and their service worse. One hand does not know what the other is doing. Stay far, far away.
Horrible company! We have been waiting since last week for the correct oxygen bottles. I spoke to two different managers and was promised first delivery this morning and it is 1 oclock in the afternoon and no delivery. Over an hour on the phone yesterday and when I called today the manager on said it wasnt her that I spoke to. This is someones life line. This is unacceptable. We never had any issues with Enos and only because of Medicare we are with this company!
Im very disappointed in this companys lack of compassion for their customers. Terrible wind storm knocked our power out at 12 AM, my mother is on continuous o2 so I took out her 4 hour back up tank. Thinking this company is like Enos, I called to let them know about the power and that I needed a 24 hour tank as I didnt know when the power would be restored. The woman on the answering service was kind and relayed the message to the service tech on call. He promptly called me back and proceeded to blame me for not having a 24 hour tank and said I must have refused it. When I said I did not refuse it and that it wasnt even offered to me he basically told me they are not an emergency company and they dont have 24 hour tanks until the morning, so I said what do I do? He said call 911. Absolutely disgusted. As soon as I have a chance Im switching to a company that actually cares about their customers.

Since the new owners took over, the customer service has gone down the tubes. Truly a disappointment. Trying to find another company that cares about customer service. They no longer provide cpap components in an mergency, like a ripped mask etc.the are a Herman owned company. All their concerned with is the bottom line.
This place is a joke! I have been waiting for a wheel chair since June 19th. They may give the cheapest bids on equipment to Medicare, but what does it matter if they dont deliver!! I was waiting 31 mins on July 8th for someone to come to the phone. There was a problem with medicare insurance but when I called Lincare on the 8th, they said the wheelchair was approved to be delivered on 6/28/19. It was July 8th and NO CHAIR! After being hung up on, the girl called back & said THEY ARE WAITING FOR A SHIPMENT TO COME IN!!! THIS IS A MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY WITH NO STOCK!!!It is now the 15th & no response on the equipment from Lincare!!WORST COMPANY EVER!
Worst customer service ever. Have not received any CPAP supplys in two years. Every time I call they say it is taken care of and I am on automatic shipments. Left my CPAP with them over two months ago for repairs, told I would have it back in two weeks. Manager wont return calls. Stay away from this company they are the worst, should be closed down.
Lincare has got to be the worst run company in the healthcare field. Over 2 years ago, the company that had been supplying my CPAP equipment was SOMEHOW bought out by Lincare. Before the buyout, I was getting regular phone calls and emails in regards to my machine, myself, and on time refills on all of the replacement parts. After, I have had the discourtesy of being the one to initiate all of my refills. And every time (this was supposed to be my 3rd refill) they have classified me as a New Patient. After having been promised refills at set scheduled times, I never got a phone call nor an email. When I call, I get put on hold for over a half hour. And each time, I get transferred to either Nashville or a Florida office. I implore that anyone who has Lincare products remove yourself from this disastrous company. They are shoddily run from the ground up and need to be dismantled.
Absolutely abysmal. Go to Apria Healthcare instead. This company should not be in business.Even when you escalate concerns they dont call you back. Never received a call back in over 4 months of calling them and leaving my number.If you have elderly relatives using their services, move them away as quickly as possible before their neglect is your loss.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My mom got a Walker 3 months ago from this company and it is already broken. I called over 10 days ago and was promised someone would be out to fix it last Friday. Now brake on Walker completely broken off. I called at 2 this afternoon and after being on hold for over 20 minutes I was told someone would be out today.They then called my dad and said they would be out on Monday so I called them yet again at 4 PM. It is now 6:30 on Friday night. Called customer service again and representative was condescending and downright rude. If you have to choose this company to access your Medicare benefit it would be better to pay outright. I will be reporting this company to Medicare on Monday for providing inferior equipment and inferior service..
Yes have to agree with all the negative comments. I usually drive over myself and they take the tanks from my car, however right now not driving so my lst call for delivery in a long time. Was told they could only give me 6 tanks at a time because just dont have that many available. Asked when I started on oxygen told her since 2011. This will probably be my last order.
Worst Cpap company I have ever used. When you call, you are very lucky if you can even speak to a real person. Leaving a message for cpap supplies went unheard. Called by weeks later to be told I needed something from my doctor. They didnt have the decency to call me to let me know that I needed compliance letter. I think it is disappointing that it doesnt seem that they can use the cellular option on my resmed machine to check my compliance. How is my doctor suppose to know that either. He doesnt have a machine to read the SD Card. I have been a user of a cpap for probably over 10 years now. I have to use it every single night or my throat feels like it is closing up. Ever since Home New England was bought out by Lincare I have had too many problems with them to even share. Lack of customer service, lack of returning phone calls, getting the wrong items, the list goes on. I had lincare before I went to Home Care New England and they were terrible back then. Home Care New England was the best switch I ever made, and when they got bought out, I am back to Lincare and terrible service. I am very unhappy, and very concerned about patients like myself not receiving their supplies and some people have worst conditions then mine and require oxygen or other things that are crucial. If you can, find another company!
Horrible service. Gave my mom a bad oxygen machine that sounded like a jack hammer and after calling several times they kept rudely saying that was normal. Hospice came in and switched her back to Enos and the quietest machine was given even though it smash exact same model. Then when we canceled the service Lincare had to be called 4 times and each time they said they will put the order in to get it and no does it. Its like every time I call its the first time. Do not use this company. Their crappy equipment is still outside waiting and their customer service sucks. Better Business Bureau will also be alerted to this.
Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with. Must have called about 15 times over the last 2 months and excuses after excuses. Ill call you back, never called back. I must have been told 10 times Ill send an email to the department manager, called back next day, let me send an email to the department manager, when I would say, I was told that yesterday they had no answer. They could never just give me a straight answer or fix the issue.Ive heard every excuse under the sun from this absolutely horrible business.Finally going to a different company after speaking to my doctor. And when I told my doc about the experience with Lincare, he had heard the same story from multiple people.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, OR YOU WILL DRIVE YOURSELF CRAZY WITH THE LACK OF HELP FROM THESE PEOPLE!
This company is the worst you can imagine. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional. As a patient and a tax payer I think I dont deserve this. Stay away from it.
If I could give zero stars I would..I have called this company numerous times for equipment for my cpap machine and I have yet had anyone actually answer the phone! Joke!
