Worst customer service ever the manager is rude af!

Nice store glad its here but the stock variety is lacking. There are too many times that I go in the store and its either not in stock or they dont carry it. So I still have to make the trip to the Oceanside or Temecula location which kind of defeats the purpose of it being here.

Visited this location while on a trip from Texas!!! The young lady was very informative and not to mention knowledgeable.

Employees were 20 minutes late to open the store, And extremely rude on the phone when asked when they were going to open......then when checking out she told me about the rude lady who called asking when they were going to open, she said she was only calling to do a return...that was me miss and I wasn’t doing a return.

Horrible customer service . I took advise from one of their employees on shampoo for my hair . I spend about $44, came back to return because it made my hair fall out like crazy . I was told it was the shampoo. When I return to the store from only using it twice. They tried to return only $27 because they said it was on special . I showed them that I payed $44 . They wouldnt return my money and also they said store credit only . Insane . Never again . Never will I shop there again .

Usually they have very kind people and they help you if you have any questions but in my last visit the person who was in that day did not help me
