First, this is a completely unsolicited review. I was so pleased with this local company I wanted to post this in order to support them with the good work that they do.I recently did a complete remodel on my home and at the same time added a massage studio. We compared Fallbrook Glass with a few other glass companies and found their prices to be the best. They installed two large mirrors in my master bathroom, two transom windows over the entry doors to my massage rooms and another large mirror in a second bathroom, along with a shower enclosure in that bathroom. The attached pictures let the work speak for itself. They did a fantastic job. Also, all the workers who came to my project were prompt, friendly and professional! Did I mention quick? Sometimes I was surprised at how fast they completed the work. Two days after I moved in, I noticed a very minor scratch in one of the large master bathroom mirrors. I called them up and they came out promptly, confirming that yes, it was scratched. They put me on their schedule and replaced the entire piece of glass without a charge! I hope they made money on my project because Im very grateful for the work they did!At least check them out and compare their prices with other companies. Their quality is excellent!

I am shocked at how rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional the owner of this company is. The workers were fine. Never in 30 years have I experienced a business owner in my small town to be as nasty as this man. I ALWAYS refer people in town for services but will ALWAYS recommend people go out of town for their glass and window needs. This is not what we want in fallbrook. Its truly unfortunate what we have experienced.

I have had two very good experiences with Fallbrook Glass. They replaced glass in two sliding glass doors a couple of months ago and found a door handle to match one that was broken on one of the doors. They were slightly higher in their bid but Id rather pay an iota more to support a local business. Gary was a big help a couple of weeks ago when the hinges on our custom shower door broke (our contractor had not used FG to make the door) and he went above and beyond to find the manufacturer and get them for us! Keep up the great work!

I called one of their competitors and they said they couldnt even return my call for 3 days. With a broken window in my house that was too long. I called and not only got same day service, but same HOUR. Insane!!! Andy was my technician and he was super helpful and professional in not only replacing my windows, but getting me a quote for the window replacement in the rest of the house (old dated windows) at my request. Great service, 10/10. Will recommend.

The owner Gary was very very rude. After he sent the first guy out to measure for a free quote, he needed to send a second guy because the first guy didn’t bring his drill ( I told him it was boarded up).Because I thought his bid was high, I told him I was going to shop around. He started actually SCREAMING at me that I’m wasting his time!He wasted MY time because they had to come here TWICE. I’ll never do business with this rude business owner. He was going to charge $200 Over the next company’s bid.On a side note.Dan, his employee was very nice.Dan answered when I first called, he was professional and listened to my situation. He told me they would take insurance reimbursement for a documented break in situation if I had a case number. Then Gary rudely shot both of us down later that day when I brought it up.The owner needs anger management or a new career.I’m using Andy’s glass in Temecula.

Horrible customer service experience. I work for a san diego based coatings manufacture. I called in to ask for a quote in regards to a window that someone had broken during yard maintenance, as hoa covers this cost i needed a quote with a letter head or something that looks legitimateDuring my phone call the guy ( Dan Fox) he was rude, discuritious, and condescending. I made me feel like i was wasting his time for getting him the information needed.A a coating engineer, Im well aware of the types involved glazing options. I disclosed this information and gave him very precise requirements. Our windows are low e hard coat surface 2 (not usually seen in california but more durable over time unlike soft coat low e coating which have better SHGC).Before i gave him exact measurements, he abruptly puts me on hold, comes back and throws out a vague $400 quote, i asked to have it in email format, so that I can have it approved by our HOA. The guy then hangs up, no thank you no nothing rudeAs a customer i have many options, as a business you have one, your customers. I would employee someone other than Dan Fox to speak with customers.

Walked into Fallbrook glass today for the last time. Went there today to order a piece of plexi glass. Not my first time. This would have been my third plexi glass order with them. But, they didnt recognize me as a repeat costumer. Instead, I was talked down to. Instead I received the same speach as before about all the cheaper options. Then in a very condicending tone made aware of how expensive plexi glass is. Since this was my third time ordering from them, i was already aware of all the above. Then I heard the comment about dealing with these museum people. With that I decided to play the stupid customer role and act shocked over the price and walked out. I already know plexi glass is expensive. Ill pay the 80 dollars for the material. But will not be spending it at Fallbrook glass. It would have been much nicer to have just placed the order and been asked when I needed it. They are not capable of that. Ill take my business elsewhere.
