Vehicle windows never seem to break at a convenient time, but thankfully Fast Glass has been there to help me out on more than one occasion. They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will keep coming back here.

First of all, the actual employee that took our initial call was awesome. When the windows (4) and screens (8+2) were brought out to be installed, the screens were torn (2), missing the bathroom sunshades (2) and the spline was coming off almost every screen. It was fine that they broke one window trying to install as stuff does happen. So when the windows were again brought out to be installed, and the two screens replaced that were torn, I noticed they were the EXACT same screens I sent away (torn in exact same place on each one.) No bathroom sunshades were ever brought and as I am now replacing every screen with the correct size spline, I noticed one of the installed windows has a 1/4 inch gap away from the frame, with no rubber nor silicone nor anything to hold this window in its frame!

Fast glass replaced the windshield on my daughters 88 jeep. They tried several times to put on the rear view mirror but could not get it on. I said that it could glue it on to which the said ok and left. When I glued the mirror onI noticed two cracks near the mirror. My wife called fast glass and told them, they said they would come take a look. At first they said that they would replace it, then my wife called to see when they where going to do it they blamed me. All I did was glue on the mirror I used no pressure. I will never use Fast Glass again and would not recommend them to any one. Consumer beware!

Cory was super professional and got me an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. I had to drop my truck off earlier in the day than my scheduled appointment due to my work schedule. They had my back window installed and my truck ready to go before my originally scheduled appointment time. Super nice surprise! Definitely would recommend Fast Glass in Fallon.

On My Day Trip A Rock Was Throw Up By A Passing Semi Truck, Struck My Windshield, Bullseyed In The Center. Made A Call For Insurance Claim In The Parking Lot. The Staff Member At Fast Glass Had Me Back On The Road In Less Than 30 Minutes, Well Done. Very Friendly Staff.

My windshield cracked last weekend and came to fast glass to fix it, my insurance paid.. they fixed my windshield but as I was driving home after didnt notice but my clips were not pushed in flew away going down the highway. The rubber was tucked under the bracket. Felt like they only did half the work. Went to auto glass and more, Shane fixed it, and replaced my clips for free!

They gave me a deal and were able to put a windshield in on my rolled vehicle. The guy was very fast as well.

Have lost order 3 times. Stopped in several time to check on glass told it will be cut nope never cut. Unfortunately I really need this glass so played the game for over 2 mths to get glass. Maybe its because its a custom order. Never had an issue with friendly reps but the lack if actual fast glass

Go to Fallon Auto glass and more if you want good service. I called fast glass about a month ago to get my window installed on my house. First off when they called to a measurement they never called me back to give me a quote or let alone let me know they had been to the house. I should of known then to stop my business with them then. But no I let them quote me 200 and tell me it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the window to be order. I waited 3 weeks called them to see whats going on. They had my window but never called me to tell it was in. I set up an appointment a week out. That appointment is today, Suppose to be in the morning. By afternoon I had to go to an appointment no one had shown up. I called the business to tell them I would be gone for an hour they said ok we will let our guys know. Im home in less than an hour waiting and waiting now Im supposed to pick up my daughter from school, I call fast glass. They tell me that their guys tried calling me they did not call, but they had been to my house, I have had my phone with me this entire time. Then come to find out they dont even have the right sized window! What? So I have the choice of having them make me a glass but thats not guaranteed or they can order one that has to take 2 to 3 weeks to get in. No thanks so I called a local glass company such better service already received a measurement and quote for 60 dollars less than fast glass. My best recommendation is to go to Fallon Auto glass and more

We have a mirrored back splash in our kitchen (not our choice we rent) its about 5 long and 1/4 inch thick with 2 socket cut outs. We had Fast glass come in and give us a quote in June, we then had to put off getting it replaced due to getting married in August. We had them come back in to redue the quote in November, the qouted price stayed the same which I waa impressed about, the glass came on time and was installed quickly and with care. All four of the technicians that came to my home where respectful and knowledgeable. I will differently be using them again if not for the service but for the consistency in price.

Five months of waiting for right piece of glass. Four trips with wrong piece. Would not return calls. Constant apologies and promises to take care of it. Last trip, wrong piece installed and left no note or call explaining why work wasn’t done. When we called, they said they couldn’t do it. Five months of incompetence. No excuse for this.

The staff is nice but kirt an colby have both told me 2 different days with time frames an its still hard to get them out to fix my glass.

I live in Yerington and these guys showed up right on schedule and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. I would highly recommend!

They kept losing my quote for home windows. They finally, after several phone calls and my wife going down there, said they didnt want to do my house windows because it was a 2 story house. No matter, we were treated poorly and strung out with phone calls.
