Used to be a great shop, been going there for 30 years. This time its under new management, and its very bad. I wish I would have taken the car to Reno or anywhere but Crown Collision Center. Iam in Fallon but the drive to go somewhere else would have been worth it. Very bad service.

It was great in and out . 45 mi wait and on my way

Did a great job on repairing the left fender and door hinges. Matched the paint and replaced the windshield. But left streaks on the windshield. ( no big deal, except when we were told they were cleaning the vehicle, you expect them to DC o a good job. But hey, its a body shop, not a car wash.🙃)

They have good customer service, but I think they charging too much, I needed a dent taken out they wanted $1200, I found someone who did it for more than half of that

Kept my vehicle for 4 weeks, and still did not fix all of it, that my insurance paid for. Had to take it back.

We have brought cars here several times now for large repairs and small. We have been 100% satisfied with their work every time. They went above our expectations. They are honest and friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

These folks are super accommodating, do great work, are timely, and friendly. They finished my work a day early and went above and beyond. I really appreciated it.

If you wreck a vehicle and the insurance will cover the repair costs they could be the place to go in Fallon. But... They repaired a damaged rear hatch door for me and left a lot of broken glass in the door. (Its still in there!)
