Arranged show room. Not pushy staff, we took our time to see and get two rugs. The price and quality were good.

Good variety but slightly understaffed, which is understandable. The prices were acceptable but they had limited products in certain sizes.

Spectacular local rug shop. They have a wonderful selection of well priced, very high quality rugs, and their service is everything I look for in a local retailer. I hope they stay in business for a long time, and will definitely return next time I need a new high quality rug. I could not recommend them more highly.

Excellent quality and selection and priced lower than Home Depot and other standard retailers. The selection is great from traditional to modern.

Worst costumer service

A good place to get some affordable luxury rugs we found some good rugs at good prices staff was very friendly and helpful a must go to.

We looked ALL over the Washington area for a new rug for our living room and found nothing we liked. We live in Bethesda and were reluctant to traipse all the way to Falls Church, but it was well worth it! These guys had the best selection of any place we had gone. We walked into Bakersfield Rugs and literally within 5 minutes we found a rug we LOVED at a GREAT Price! Our salesperson was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. If your looking for a rug, START HERE!

Horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I called them to check that picking up a carpet in rainy weather wouldnt be a problem. They ensured me that it wouldnt be an issue and would be properly wrapped. The plastic it was wrapped in was such cheap quality that it ripped on the way home, and it was poorly wrapped too, with knots at the end, no ropes to hold the plastic in place. The rug got wet because the plastic ripped to shreds. I called them and they were no help. They said nothing could be done despite the fact that they ensured me that it could be transported in rainy weather. I wasnt even able to speak to the manager, who knew about the issue but doesnt deem his customers valuable enough to talk to them himself. Extremely disappointed and will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone with this horrible experience.

O M G rug lovers...... no no... real rug lovers ....... this is the place, I dont think we sowed so many rugs on so many ways, colors, designs, sizes, stules, prices, really this is the place, if you are looking for a nice original and specific rug you have to visit the store, do not just see the pictures they have go there and do a real life shopping it is a different experience like kid in a candy shopExcellent choice and deal we have today :-)
