Staff was extremely organized with regular updates and a cost estimate up front. A laser jet ink cartridge was inadvertently entered improperly into the printer and jammed. This company was the only one willing to try to get the cartridge out. Otherwise, the printer could not have been used. I was charged $50 to fix. Well worth it. Will recommend uBreakI fix to my friends.

From the second you walk in the door, these folks are here to help however they can. A broken phone screen is never cheap, but to have it replaced quickly and painlessly is so wonderful. Moshe took my phone, explained the repair, and had it fixed in just a couple hours. He was kind and helpful, and when you live on your phone, the extra care is so unexpectedly wonderful. Highly recommend this store (Falls Church location) and (though I hope not to smash my phone again) would use them again in a heartbeat!

People are nice and they fixed my broken screen in a few hours, quicker than expected! Make sure you back up everything before you go there. They made me do a factory reset (which I was not expecting for screen replacement) and assured me numerous times that the restore would put my phone back exactly as it was. Lost a bunch of local photos from chat apps, WhatsApp and signal completely wiped, locked out of discord because Authenticator reset, and phone settings reset. Mostly my fault for not doing a thorough backup on my own before dropping off my phone, but annoyed that they were so confidently wrong. They even insisted before I left that it would finish restoring in 24 hours (which is what it says if you Google restore from backup). But no way to restore the things I didnt actively backup on my own before resetting.

Today was slightly a day from hell and everything that could have gone wrong did. My appointment was scheduled for the wrong time…they took me anyway. My insurance claim had expired…they helped me file a new one. They told me the phone would be ready in 3 hours, yet I had my 3 small kids with me so I asked if it could be done quicker. They obliged. I took my kids to lunch and came back to get the phone and they reluctantly told me that the insurance had written up an incorrect claim so they weren’t able to fix the phone. My kids were losing their minds at this point and I didn’t know anything about falls church and needed to be back home in Alexandria. They helped me call the insurance company again and gave me a laptop and their phone to use (meanwhile the store was very busy). When the claim was sorted out, I went back to the counter and they said to come back in 1.5 hours. Embarrassingly enough, I started to cry (again lots of reasons for a bad day). So the kind tech looked at me and said “go wait in your car and I’ll try and do this quick). About 7 minutes later, he was knocking on my car window with a fixed phone. I can’t tell you how wonderful these people were…each and every employee I dealt with. I only wish I had taken the time to find out all of their names. Each interaction was top notch customer service. Thank you for turning my day around.

I have two phones so they texted me on my personal phone (not being repaired) which was so easy. They quoted me two hours but were done in an hour. When I went to pick up my phone they were just about to close and they waited until I got there to make sure I could have my work phone for the next day. They were so nice and so reassuring that if something wasn’t working properly to come back and they would fix it straight away. I guess I’ll see how it works in a few days and if the quality of the workmanship is as good as their service.

Ive had a few phones fixed and my PS4. Dropped off a laptop this time as well. The experience is pretty hassle free and the staff are helpful.The only negative so far is that the recently cut staff and wait times are a bit longer.

These people are great - theyve helped me many times, mostly with phone issues. Communication isnt perfect, but you just have to call and check to see if your phone is done. Very friendly, nice people.

Wow! Thank goodness a business like this exists so we don’t have to replace our electronics any earlier than absolutely necessary! I’m sure Apple hates that I didn’t need to shell out $800 for a new iPhone, but I’m thankful to have a phone back that works like new.

Took my fully functioning phone with a minor crack in the side. I went to pickup the phone but it wasnt ready. They dont have enough competent employees. After many unanswered calls, when we went to pickup the phone 2 days later, the guy says he tried to fix the screen but he thinks the motherboard is dead. Now I have a phone which turns on, receives call, etc but no display. They broke my phone but dont have time to fix it. I had used other UBreakIFix locations multiple times with no issues. Avoid this store.

Look, I understand when you have to order parts and it cant be fixed in a day. However if you tell someone youll keep them updated and thatll itll be done by a certain day, and its not, then at least let them know. I waited the next day to pick up the broken phone just to make sure it was done. That was not the case. Forget about an estimated time of when it would get done. Told them I was temporarily in the area for the phone. Other than that their customer service interaction was good.

Went in to break a broken phone screen. I walked out with a fixed screen - a no longer functional frontal camara and microphone were also thrown in just for fun!However, my phone was international so its *understandable* .They offered a free repair but were unable to repair it due to lack of parts (they would have to had ship it and I didnt have the time for that). So then they refunded me for the repair.They did have an amazing employee (the really nice guy with the nail polish from France!) He stayed on a SUNDAY 1 hour after closing to attend my needs as was extremely nice and helpful! Thank you so much! Sorry couldnt catch your name.Overall, Ive heard its a really good place to get ur phone fixed. However this was my experience with an international phone model.

A white line appeared straight down my husbands screen one morning. After numerous phone calls to Verizon and a visit to their store, we were told the screen needed to be replaced through Asurion (the insurance company). So we went to uBreakiFix to do so. We dropped the phone off around 4-430pm. The store closed at 7pm. And they were able to quickly squeeze us in and repair his phone for him. Customer service was great! Definitely recommend!

Ok, to be honest this place is really good, but the call center that directs you to them for scheduling has no idea what is going on. They told me my repair would be done today and yet when i arrived they didnt have the correct screen for my phone and will have to order. Thwy also quoted me about $250 but i will actually pay arounx $270. I would get the insurance next time that covers all of your devices.

Very quick, polite and accurate service. Had two phones repaired there. One was a manufacturer defect through Google, the other was a broken screen through Verizon. Both times, I filed a claim with the appropriate entity then immediately brought the device in. They were already waiting with all my info. The screen repair was done in about an hour and a half.

Astronomically expensive. You should publish prices online so I dont waste my time. Took my Pixel 3xl for a diagnostic in the store and within 5 seconds you gave me a quote for repairing a broken screen of $290. You could do that online and saved us both time.

Came here to fix a Pixel 3a XL. Every person was great with their customer service and very informative. This is really a great place to bring any device you might be having issues with. As always, it can get a bit pricey sometimes but they also offer an insurance for most devices in your home. I picked up my phone on the same day and it was just like new. This location is definitely my first option when it comes to fixing electronics.

The phone had a chipped screen and broken frame. The phone would not come out of the SAFE MODE. The phone was repaired in one day as promised. Both techs were very professional in the way the repair was handled.

I dropped my phone straight onto some concrete. I went to uBrealiFix around noon on the same day, and they estimated about 4-5 hours to replace the screen. They were done in about 3.5 hours and I was able to see the status of the fix online from my home computer through their status tracker, which was so helpful. I came by after I saw it was ready, then picked it up. The people I spoke with were helpful, polite, and professional, and Im feeling great about the whole thing.

It is an authorized service center for Samsung so they did the repair free of charge as the issue was covered by warranty. The repair was timely, and they had clear and professional communication.

UBIF is the authorized service center for Google so for Pixel owners think of them as the Apple Store. There is a known issue with Pixel 4 XL for which Google has extended the repair period. All UBIF locations are fully advised of this. Three members of the UBIF staff at _this_ location concurred that I needed to have Google extend my warranty. After spending an hour in the parking lot dealing with that, Google made it clear no intervention by me was required and the store could fix the phone. Upon going in store for third time someone finally conceded that yeah we can do it we just have to do some extra work with Google. So basically they punted me to Google to make it inconvenient enough that I would do the legwork for them. To make matters worse, they called me a few hours later telling me it was fixed only to notice the battery was wiggling inside the device which ultimately resulted in more damage. I took it to the Springfield location to have it fixed and they were very helpful and fixed it correctly. Strongly recommend another location.

Ive had problems with my new Google Pixel 4as Sim Card Tray for 3 days straight.It got stuck in the phone because my sim card moved while I was pulling out the tray with the pin that came with the phone.We used to have a go to shop and guy that repairs both mobile phones and computers but he closed up shop and is moving away.We found this through both Google Maps and the Google Pixel Support Site.We scheduled an appointment for today at 1pm at their King St. Branch but the guy at that branch redirected us to this branch due to being understaffed.The people who attended to us knew what they needed to do to fix it after my dad and I explained how it got stuck.They started to get the tray out using their tools and a piece of plastic which worked and it took them a few minutes unlike the other shops we went to including Best Buy where I bought the phone couldnt do it.My parents and I are satisfied with their service and will go to this branch from now on for our mobile phone and computer repairs.Thank you uBreakiFix you just became our new mobile phone and computer repair shop.If youre the owner of uBreakiFix,please give the staff at this branch a raise if it is possible because they deserve it.

I was highly impressed with how they handled my damaged laptop. They kept me informed throughout the process, and went the extra mile (literally, by having someone drive over an hour each way to pick up a replacement screen) to get my laptop back to me in a timely fashion. My phone needed a repair so I took it to another place, they replace the battery but the screen was too loose, so I went back and they still couldn’t fix it, so I went to uBteakifix and it was amazing, they even didn’t charge me for fixing the screen as it was my first time and my experience was amazing, Shawnee what a wonderful guy, I highly recommend this place and definitely go back for anything else that I need.

I was particularly pleased that there was no hassle with the diagnostic. Mike explained the problem within 5 minutes, rebooted the dead computer and gave me options. And when I made the wrong choice and had to come back, he didnt make me feel like an idiot. I would recommend this place unreservedly.

I really enjoy the place I had issues with my IPhone 7 Plus speakers and my import, so I talk to the customer service rep on the phone he recommended a service but advised me to take my phone so they can inspect it and really diagnose it. A few hours after that diagnosis they let me know what the real issue was, and let me know what was going to happen what they needed from me and to double check that I backed up everything before resetting my phone. I really appreciate the service because they were always on top of my phone and always let me know what was happening, Constant update which I really liked and they sterilize it right in front of me when I came to pick it up. I would recommend this service to anyone and everybody.

I was _very_ impressed by them. When I called about my broken iPhone connector port, they told me that usually they can fix such a problem by just cleaning the port with a special tool - in which case there would be no charge. If not, they quoted me a very reasonable price and average wait times of a couple of hours for the repair.. Fortunately the cleaning worked, but I would absolutely return anytime my iPhone or iPad needed a paid repair.

This was a truly awful experience, and it occurred a few months ago but I feel so unfairly treated that it needs to be made public and posted in a review.I was directed to uBreak iFix by the insurance from apple care for a broken screen. I took my phone in for the repair, and could actually hear some kind of disagreement in the back between the manager and an employee while they were working on my phone.When the phone was returned (by an employee who had bloodshot eyes and frankly appeared a little bit blazed), there was a dead spot running all the way up the middle of my screen. I was told this happens all the time and it would resolve itself in 5 minutes.I then went out to my car, and was barely able to even type anything into googleMaps as my key strokes were registering all over the screen in a random cadence (i.e when I tried to click a, it would randomly give me a letter on the other side of the screen like f or l).At the same time, none of the keys in the center of the screen worked anymore (goodbye 6 button, good luck typing %, and go F yourself if you want to swipe across to turn the phone off).I immediately went back in and alerted the manager to these issues, who then told me - Im sorry, thats now an insurance issue and no longer our problem. It took me another 6 days to organize a 2nd insurance claim in order to solve the problem the REPAIR SHOP ACTUALLY CREATED. The real kicker here is that the screen was functional (only cracked) before I took it in, and these guys completely bungled a repair they must do 10s of times a day.Absolute clown show over here, not an oz of professionalism to be found in there. Will be avoiding this chain like the plague if I ever need that service rendered again

Cracked my Pixel 3a XL screen. Went in right as they opened yesterday and they replaced it quickly (a few hours).I should note they required me to backup data, remove all accounts and factory reset phone before they would fix it (best to do before you arrive). This was them protecting me and my stuff so I really appreciated the repair guys watching out for me.

Obvious that techs are trained to put best foot forward in helping customers—and try to get jobs done quickly for clients bc it’s so hard to live without functioning devices!

I just had my phone repaired in one day at uBreakiFix, Falls Church Virginia store. Moshe was very professional and courteous and explained to me what the repair entailed when I brought the phone in. Phone was ready for pickup actually little bit before the time he quoted me. I called about 10 or 15 minutes early before the 3 p.m. time on a Sunday and it was ready for pickup. I will definitely be going there again in the future for all of my smartphone or PC repair needs!

Made an appointment, showed up, the door was locked, no one was in the store. I called the store and the machine said they were closed, I tried to call the main ubreakifix line, but they just put me on hold indefinitely

Excellent location. The staff here are so great, friendly, professional, and courteous. They go the extra mile to ask how were doing, if theres anything else they could help with, just really investing into the customer instead of just seeing us as another dollar value. For any and all of my technical repair needs, this is my shop, even if its farther away from me. Ive tried their other store in Fairfax as well, but their staff werent at all as friendly as the ones here. This is the one you need to go to.

Left iPad for battery replacement and the rep confirmed I would get it back the next day. I called the next day only to be told by the tech that they wont be able to fix for another 2 days. When I asked about the confirmation the previous guy had given me, the tech just shrugged it off. At no point did he acknowledge or apologize for the false promise, but made sure to laugh at me and tell me that I was being frantic for no reason. Cant think of a worse customer service experience! Honesty and accountability? Not at this place!

When I drop my laptop the first technician wasn’t as professional and was going to give my laptop back without proper resolving the issue but after I spoke to this other technician about issues not getting resolved him personally and the manager took a look at my laptop and it has improved a lot. I would recommend this place.

They said it would take 2 hours to repair my IPhone XR, they sent me a text to pick up my phone 30 mins after I had left. Very efficient and quick response time.

My out-of-warranty five year old iPad Pro wasn’t charging and it couldn’t be turned on. Apple genius bar was also unsuccessful in their attempts. I took it in to Ubreakifix on the advice of a friend...my first time there. Initially, they thought it might be an expensive fix but when they actually worked on it, they were able to charge it and turn it on. They could have lied and stuck with the original estimate and I would have been none the wiser. Saved $$$$$$$. Thank you!

Took my iPhone here in June after the phone wouldn’t stay on... first they said it was the charging port and would be ready the next day... the next day when I went to pick it up they said it was the battery and to check back the next day... then they needed to order it... then I called back the next day and it hadn’t been ordered but they did because I reminded them... then they said the guy still hasn’t had time to work on it. I finally went back in and took it back after 6 days because I couldn’t get a straight answer on the phone... the best part was they first said I couldn’t get it back until some guy came back from the field and when I started to get upset, they pulled it from the back and gave it to me... the even better part was they charged me for the new charger port and handed me a broken phone.The real problem was how disorganized they were.

They were quick, effecient, friendly and overall wonderful service!

When my computer was having trouble charging, they tried everything to fix the original laptop, but, sadly, it was determined that the damage was not fixable. Since I was covered under their warranty, they ordered me a new laptop. Thats going above and beyond. Will be returning for any further tech issues.
