Service was impeccable, I called and Troy came out within one hour. The price was very fair, much less than I paid in California recently.I’m going out of town and I needed service quick to keep raccoons out of my interior. It was obvious Troy was experienced in his craft. I recommend Hodges for their well rounded expertise and speedy service.

I had my windows replaced by Hodges in November 2008. I was told by their salesman, at the time of purchase, we had a 10 year warranty on the windows we selected. One of the window’s seals broke, so I called the company up, assuming some runaround or hidden fee. On the contrary, they looked up my name, saw it was under warranty, then forwarded me to their scheduler to get the window taken care of. I am pleasantly shocked by the level of customer service at Hodges Company & do not regret buying from them at all. When I need windows again, they will be the ones I call.

Tom was late for appointment for a bout an hour when he arrived he couldnt remember why he was there, he did some measurements and said he will email me estimates, he forgot to do that too.. I wonder about this company
