Just went in today to pick up knitting needles and they got snarky with me for it being right before close (randomly were closing early, how was I supposed to know). I understand they were about to close, but I had the one and done purchase I needed in hand and was walking to the register where they were still servicing other people. Put it back and left because of the attitude. At least practice some grace in the delivery of what you’re saying as opposed to instantly treating everyone like trash. Very unwelcoming. Will be going to different locations going forward, even if less convenient. Been loyal for years. Bye.

Small store not much to choose from. They have many things but in small quantities. More on the pricey end. If you can wait its worth finding something on line.

Moved here last month, everytime Ive gone in, they dont have things Im looking for. What craft store doesnt have candle making supplies? Need to stop at Walmart before Joanns. Was really excited to live so close to a Joanns, but this one has nothing 😒

This is a awesome place to go if you are in faribault Minnesota. I highly recommend this place to go and shop at.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with what you are looking for. This place sits next to a strip mall and a Walmart.The amount of items they have is more than the ones I have been to in California. I like the cleanness and the place smells good.The prices here are better and cheaper than the ones I have been to in California. There is alot of parking spaces for you to park at.They have a big selection of fabric and fabric related items that you will need for your projects you have started.I am definitely going to be shopping at the one while Im in town visiting family. If you are in town visiting or just live here. I definitely recommend this joanns fabric place for you to go to for all of your crafting and sewing needs.

I go into there for one item, then I find myself wandering around. You never know what youll find.

Only 1 person to run the whole store. Cutting and helping and checking. Took 28 min to just buy thread and ribbon. Not good when a hurry!

So recently purchased the cricket and had a few questions went in Hailey took my name and number and said she would do some investigating and get back to me. A few days later she called and answered all my questions. She may not have known the answers to my questions right then and there but she wanted to find the answers, seems like just as much as I did. And not to mentioned the fact that she actually followed through and followed up with me! I may have loved to Jo-Ann Fabrics before but because of this incredible customer service experience Ill be going to only Jo-Anns for any of my project needs! Thanks Hailey!

This is the first time Ive ever been in one of these fabric stores and actually had to buy something. The employees pointing me in the right direction for what I needed which was nice. The checkout portion was very very very slow.

Like all Joann stores, make sure you have your coupons from the app, and dont pay full price for anything. But it is nice to have a store much more local to Owatonna than Rochester or Faribault.

Poor amount of items . Less sizes, prices higher then other stores. Just not that good of Store. Should be better stocked forsizr of town.

Smaller store but good selection. Only complaint, PLEASE provide bigger carts to fit a car seat. Lugging my child in her car seat while trying to pick fabric was a huge pain.
