I dont go into Walgreens much anymore. I used to go as a first stop store. Over the yrs, employees just got rude. I would only go maybe 3 times a yr. I might give the store a second chance

I have been to the pharmacy 3 times in 24 hours to pick up a script for my 4yo. 1st time, was told were busy come back in a couple hours 2nd time your insurance doesnt cover this script, come back tomorrow . Next morning, just got order, come back in a couple hours. Looks like 4 tries for a simple prescription. I am not happy AT ALL! I should have been told at first attempt to pick up, insurance didnt cover it so I could have called the dr office myself and saved 4 trips. Thanks Walgreens!

Today, went in to drop off some boxes for FedEx to be shipped out. Have call tag scan for them to print out the label to stick to the boxes. Im hard of hearing, and rely a lot on lip reading. With the Covid-19 mandating everyone in the store to wear a mask, makes it harder for me to communicate with the worker. Worker was not wearing a name tag, so I am pointing out to the worker that is working at the studio counter where Fed Ex boxes are dropped off at. The worker was shaking his head and mumbling at the same time. Wasnt sure if he was saying No or i do not know how. I informed him that I couldnt understand him with the mask on. Again, he kept shaking his head and pointing to the box. I again had to make it clear that I still could not understand him. Then suddenly he started shouting at me with an attitude and shaking his head. I still could not understand him, so I grabbed the boxes and left. Wasnt going to deal with this kind of service. The odd thing is that the state school for the Deaf is in Faribault, a few miles away from Walgreen. Still workers dont have some awareness when it comes to communicating with the customer on different levels, and wonder if that is how workers there treat the elders with hearing loss?? Suggest workers at Walgreen get a different kind of a mask where it;s transparent for others to be able to lip read.I for one will not go back to this Walgreen, will need to find another place to ship my boxes in the future.Maybe Walgreen workers need to do some trainings on how to communicate with people INSTEAD of shouting at them!!

People are nice but forced to pay a reload fee when I tried to load money on a prepaid card. When I have an app that has a barcode for Walgreens to scan to load it for free.

A great store to shop at, always many deals and points to earn and save even more. Friendly staff.

Store is always clean. Interest items are right at your eye level. Items are easy to find. Cashier is always friendly and helpful.

Went to walgreens with the wife yesterday, always a pleasant experience for us. Had a few percriptions to pick up and they said about 20 mins. So we walked around found a few things to pick up while we are there. Always asked if we needed help by the many workers in the store, with a smile. Cashier at the front was very friendly! Love faribault Walgreens!

The staff is always friendly and inviting. Great supply of items across the board. Pharmacy staff is ok. Wait time at pharmacy could be improved. Knowledable staff across the store.

They are always kind and have always been helpful for me. Also the location is amazing

At $40 worth of product in my hands ready to pay for and the cashier was more worried about putting parts away and talking with your friend! Left my product on the counter and walked away

People in pharmacy give pick up date. Tell you it will be ready next day. When you go back next day, they tell you it will be done tomorrow. Constant making excuses for not being able to do their jobs.
