I have been trying to call the store for 2 days now! Can i leave a message to call back? Of course not because the place that SELLS PHONES cant manage to get an actual voicemail set up! Does my phone work? HARDLY EVER! So I would appreciate it if the people I pay my phone through would actually pick up when they are called 15 TIMES IN ONE DAMN DAY so I can get it to work! $80 family phone plan mine is the only one that never works! Seriously pick a different phone company because they obviously dont care about there customers Or they would at least set up a voicemail so we could leave a callback number!
Never open when I go. Usually between 1 and 3 any day of the week. Is it closed for good?
I have never had issues with metro carlos always is very helpful and lets me know about the newest phones available. I would definitely recommend everyone to see him he is very nice and will help with every question you might have

Went in there to get three lines it took hours I think the female that waited on us was on crack shouldnt of taken that long. After 2 days and not using the phones went back to return the phones a different guy was at the store again it took hours before I was able to get help he had to of been on some thing as well. They need to get the people there some help so it doesnt take hours. Buyers be ware they lock the SIM cards to the phones so if you want to use it with a different phone you have to pay $10:00 for them to change the IMEI number and lock it to the new phone

Too busy and uncaring management. Need more than 1 person. And video cameras is creepy, watching staff instead of helping?!
Ive been w/ this company since Aug. I dont care for all their reminders of my bill being due.I am punished for paying in store 3.00 more. Wouldnt thst be beneficial for a business to have the customer come in and talk face tp face? I might even buy something besides Just paying my bill.

They dont train their employees and when you are there to get help they dont know what to do and on top of that they tell you to come back because they are not train to do a simple thing such as a return for headphones. Ridiculous. Think twice before getting their service.
