Great place. Anything related to concerted. My sales man name was Octavio . He was very knowledgeable. He patiently explained everything I needed to know with all the tools I needed to start and finish the project. Very nice guy. I would Definitely go to him for any feature project.

This was my first time using the Concrete Counter top Solutions product. Different from regular concrete. These guys were informative and inquisitive. I used the material calculator on the manufacturer website suggesting 15 bags. Thankfully Octavio was listening, recalculated and suggested 20 bags...or I wouldve been short 2 bags. Crisis averted. HE also explained the differences with finishing and sealing. all around pleasant experience. Will be back soon for sanding supplies!

The professional and friendly service we received at BC exceeded our expectations, especially from Octavio. He patiently answered all of my zillion questions. He had assisted me several times over the phone in the past but I went to the store for the first time in person and we were blown away by his will to help and to provide solutions. We did have to wait a little bit but it was totally worth it.

After getting multiple ridiculous bids to do the floors in my new shop I decided to do it myself. Went to BC decorative concrete and Alex set me up with everything I needed To do it right .He informed me of all the products and helped me pick out the right equipment to rent . It was a lot of work (mainly in the prep and cleaning ) but the results were awesome ! I would highly recommend BC decorative concrete to anyone especially if you are not so knowledgeable but have the time to do it yourself- In my case I saved thousands of dollars.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staffTook the time to educate me and guide me to the right products for my size job- not necessarily always the most expensive.Rene helped us make it happen.UPDATE: what a disaster in customer service. After what I thought was great service and education, things went bad, then just utterly horrible.After I was clear that this was my first time staining, and I gave Rene free rein to supply me with everything I needed to make the job a success as well as heeded his instructions, the hours of prep I did were wiped (flooded away) with poor results. The stain I applied was dripping from the sprayer everywhere and produced messy, chaotic patterns until eventually clogging and making things worse. Disappointed, I read all the instructions to see if I missed something from Renes notes. I then read the instructions on the dye he provided. It clearly states that I must use a #8 conical sprayer. After reading up on the specs of the Extreme sprayer he supplied me, I discovered that the sprayer was a flat pattern with a 1.0 and .5 GPM nozzle.Disappointed but not discouraged I went back up and explained the situation to Rene and requested that I need a #8 tip. He looked a little put out but looked. He had no idea what a #8 tip was. After failing to find one for the sprayer he provided me, he did some research and by talking with an expert customer who happened to be listening then said I needed to get another sprayer which he would let me have at a discount of $69. I was simply dumbfounded. He wouldnt take my old one back and was asking me to pay for another. This wasnt even taking into the consideration that I now needed to spend a full day grinding the entire job site and buying all new product. I was in complete disbelief. He then stated that he provided me everything I needed to do the job right originally and that he had no idea where i got the specs for that tip with a condescending tone as if I made it up or was mistaken.Oddly, hes been sitting at that counter for a year. DIRECTLY across from him no more than 10ft is a large sign on the dye he recommended me stating #8. Then a customer steps in and says the sprayer he sold me should not have been used for this job. Still he claims to have done nothing wrong as he asked Octavio and that no one in a year has had this issue. His exact words which sent me over the edge were: its not my fault. Youre lack of experience is the reason why the tools didnt work. Then he proceeded to ignore me.Furious doesnt begin to describe my disposition. I walked in, bought everything he told me, then went back actually expecting to buy a new tip and redo my job- it happens. Instead he now escalated a customer situation into a disaster. The point of all this isnt that the job went bad, its that he would take no interest in helping me turn my job around, then proceeded to make snide remarks, take no ownership or even try to explain why he kept claiming no fault when even a professional trades man stated he was. And in case Rene reads this, the tip he provided had a flow rate of 1 GPM where as a #8 is .16 That is 6 times the flow recommended. Thats like spraying with a firehose.Thankfully, a seasoned sales manager named JJ stepped in after witnessing the escalation. He was patient and listened. I cant say enough about the great representation and sincerity he conveyed to partnering up to turn my job around.That being said, I took the time to originally write a great review of Rene and even tried to let it go but the cost in my time and money (repeated man labor and lost customer good will) was too much to ignore when paired with Renes indifference and offensive interaction. Had it not been for JJ, I would have found a way to give BC a negative star review.BC has the supplies you need and I would garner their other employees are better trained in customer service so give them a shot. This place did look like it had some of what I need. I wasnt sure of the prices because very few are listed. However, the real issue that warrants giving only 2 stars is that even though I was in there for 15 minutes no one said a single word to me. Admittedly I wasnt dressed like a contractor and there was 1 other customer being helped, but I saw 4 different employees during that 15 minutes. No one was with a customer or even looked that busy.They didnt even say anything when I slowly walked out without purchasing anything after all that time. I will keep shopping next door at Barnsco.
